I went in because I needed to use the restroom and the lady at the cashier stand said oh I'm so sorry but they're not open to the public I find this unacceptable!!!! This was our 3rd Walgreens that we stopped at in 1 day to get a passport photo taken. If this one wasn't able to take the photo then we would have given up for the day. They DID however it was like pulling teeth to get it. We walked up to the counter and asked if we could take a passport photo. The gentleman behind the counter said yes and then said let me get the camera ready. No problem. So we waited a bit. He asked the lady behind us if she had a pickup, she said yes. He said okay and then went back to messing with the camera. The he asked the lady if she had a QR code, which she did. he looked at it and then went back to messing with the camera. This literally went on about 5 times back and forth. If this was him trying to multi task, he shouldn't. After taking about 7 photos he said we need to come back in an hour to pick them up. Their sign says printed while you wait. We were not near our house at this point after going farther and farther to find a Walgreens that could actually take the photo. We decided to go to a sports bar close by and watch some football while we waited. We arrived 2 hours later and there was a sign stating the photo section was closed and would re-open in 15 minutes. Waited for 20 minutes before someone came by and handed over the photos. They were not printed in 1 hour, they were printed after 2 hours, so we would have had to wait another hour before getting them anyways. This was rediculous. Went up to the counter and the lady who was ringing up the customers kept complaing about how her back hurt, she didn't want to be at work, the photo guy rushes and the photos won't ruing up. She complained about everything she could. My husband was also getting some energy drinks. She scanned the watermelon one and asked if he liked it. He mentioned that it was for his wife and that she really liked the watermelon. The cashier then said, well does she like bubble gum because I think it taste like bubble gum and I hate it. Honestly, why would you even need to mention this? She was taking so much time complaining that the line of customers to be checked out kept growing to about 7 people before she finally finished. I will never be going to this Walgreens, the one of Mississippi and Chambers or the one off Iliff and Chambers ever again. All three were bad experiences one right after the other. We finally got the passport photos. read more

This is the most disgusting retail store I've ever been in. No hyperbole, I'm being 100% honest. Filthy floor, greasy staff, just dirty everywhere, things misplaced, the shelves are a complete mess. Ive been coming here for my scripts and this place has just gone down hill the last 2 years. It's a staffing issue for sure. Drive thru is always closed due to no staff (using excuse to do Covid vacs.. thru the drive thru?!?!?) When you go inside you are waiting for a minimum of 20 mins on a good day and some days you'll have 20 Or more ppl in line. When you call just know you'll be on the line for over an hour at the least to talk to someone. My script is called in once a month on a Sunday. I work full time so the day I can come get it is normally at Tuesday after 5pm and that's when I'm out of my meds but lately thé don't even fill it not unless you show up saying you need it. Then they'll say to come in the next day. What a waste of time and I can't go a day without my meds or else I can't work. Did I mention the needles caps left on the sidewalks? It should be burned down at this point. read more

This walgreens is terrible the staff up front a young Hispanic he is awesome I deal with him on a regular .Pharmacy not sure whats going on they must of ran the female Pharmacy mangers off no issue until she left and I go after 9 am and they have the sign no pharmacist on duty I have been waiting on my eye drops all they have to do is print sticker they act like they are making the eye drops which is crazy went again today same thing no wonder they are losing business they hire anyone but if you really want a job they wont hire a reliable person this store Pathetic customer service is no better!!!! read more

Worst Walgreens I have ever been in an hour wait for a bottle of mouthwash they have four people working in the pharmacist yet one window open and no window to drop off so you have to wait in the line with 10 people to drop it off then come back and pick it up and wait in a line with another 10 or 15 people to get your item completely on organized don't come to this Walgreens they do not care about the customers they were very matter-of-fact and could care less. The worst customer service. My husband got his vaccinate yesterday here as a walk in. I was looking for a place where I could get the vaccine as a walk in. My husband called Walgreens pharmacy last night before the close and asked them if walk in vaccines were ok. He was told yes, I drove almost an hour this morning to be there as soon the pharmacy open. When I got there I was told that "We are not doing any kore walk in, I explained to the pharmacy manager (as she said she was the manager) how I was told last night by phone (I even gave the exactly time my husband called and what he was told) she said they are "no longer taking walk in. Only with appointment" I explained to her that I drove an hour and I was leaving the country today but she was rude and condescending. Sadly I wonder if I was a white male it she would treat me different, just they did to my husband. :( read more

I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of professionalism displayed by this person who considers herself a Store Manager of Walgreens, on Colfax and Havana, Denver, CO. Viera, the afternoon manager, came charging at me like a heavily pregnant hippopotamus pointing a wagging finger, demanding to know, 'where are the two t-shirts.' I was stunned to see this disheveled looking person charging at me, I thought she was a hobo trying to rob me, the way her hair looked like. "Where are the two T-shirts that were in your hand?!" "Excuse me, are you talking to me? I haven't got any T-shirts, I've only got IMAN cosmetic products in my hand." "Show me." She grabs the items out of my hand. Ok, what else are you buying?" "I still need Magnesium tablets." "Here they are." "What is the meaning of this?" "Oh my colleague said you had some T-shirts." "Well you colleague is mistaken." I told her I don't appreciate being accosted like that and she ought to apologize. After refusing, I asked to speak to the Store Manager. Realizing this piece of work is the store manager, I asked for her name so I can write this official complaint. Her disrespectful attitude is totally unacceptable, and is beneath any business ethics I presume Walgreens intends to exhibit. It does not behoove Walgreens to have such an incompetent, rude and unpresentable person as a manager, even on Colfax and Havana. If there is a problem with theft there, then invest in more security. But NEVER, NEVER accost a paying customer the way this person did. read more

I had my prescriptions from UCH sent to be filled here after an ER visit. The pharmacist was extremely rude and insisted that no matter through my name phone number or birthdate was I anyway in the system. I told her that I've asked used Walgreens exclusively and even filled a prescription two days prior in Miami. She told me that was not her problem because I was not in the system. Lo and behold, I call my regular Walgreens pharmacy in Tennessee and they pulled my name right up out of the system immediately. I believe this pharmacist was lying to me, potentially because it was late. My girlfriend can attest to her shortness and rudeness as well. additionally, she said that the albuterol that the hospital was only going to charge $12 for was going to be $80 and it wasn't her choice because she did not set the price. I've been on standby for a call to the Pharmacy for over half an hour and you can hear them pick up and put the phone back on the ringer every 3-4 minutes. Absolutely insane they avoid taking calls like this when I have an urgent medication/insurance situation I need to get figured out as soon as possible. They've picked the phone off the ringer and immediately placed it back at least 10 times now. read more

The staff here is friendly and efficient. They have all the normal stuff you want from a Walgreens. There is plenty of parking. My only complaint is that all too often there are kids from the high school down the road out front begging for money. Other than that, not too shabby... read more

Love the store aspect of it, as for the pharmacy I don't like it even a bit. Pharmacist was so rude when I called I wasn't sure of the name of the medicine I was looking for and he replied, "Well if you being the mother doesn't know the medicine name how should I?" I was calling cause I had two prescriptions and only got one of them..I told him the name of the one I had gotten all he had to do is give me the other one which had the different name? So rude and just bad customer service. He seemed really annoyed and rushed. He had an accent I'm not sure of his name, you should do something about the way your pharmacist talk to your customers. And previous prescriptions were always problematic where they never had my prescriptions ready I ended up changing to King Soopers and it worked out amazing there. I only have this pharmacy still for the kids of my family though, probably switching it over as well. read more

I just love this Walgreens, they always have best clearance department. They always have items down the seasonal isle that you won't find any where else. Didn't get a lot of service in the photo department, however cashiers are always nice and professional. Also managers walking through the store ask if you need any help everything they walk past. read more

I do not live close to this location but I am willing to go out of my way to go to here. I have gone here since it opened. The staff is courteous and professional. I usually do not have to wait very long at all. Great place for all of your prescriptions and shopping needs. Will go here instead of the one close to me. read more
