While in Colorado I had a handful of printing needs and Walgreens is one of the few places that can quickly turn things around, often same day and within the hour. Over the years I've found Walgreens could be a hit and miss and so I sent a few test prints over to this location to get a better idea of the quality, material, and size of the prints. Thankfully they always have discount codes available which help a lot. When I went to pick up my first order, my initial experience wasn't so great. The 8 x 10 printed ok, but when I saw my poster board print rolled up, I immediately knew it was the wrong material. The worker said he still needed to print my largest print (20" x 30") and that came out 'rolled' as well. I asked him if that was indeed the right material and he pretty much was not sure and said he printed what it said. I knew it was wrong because it's supposed to be a 1.3mm thick BOARD. He told us we could come back the following day when then actual photo specialist would be in. We weren't too far away and I knew it wasn't printed right, so we didn't push it and decided to come back the next day. We returned and Ebony apologized for the error and I asked if I could see the "photo board" material so I can confirm it's really what I needed. What she gave me was what I was looking for (I've done these prints before) and she was able to reprint them the same day. The quality was good enough for what we needed, but I do recommend that you update your upload settings on the website/app and always upload the *full resolution* file for the best quality prints. Ebony was very kind and patient and what stood out was her interaction with not only me, but other customers as well. She provides great customer service and it really stood out to me as many places lack this level of service and kindness these days. All in all, we got what we needed and were happy with the results from poster board prints to photo prints and received a lot of compliments from the event. Walgreens is one of the most affordable options thanks to their coupon codes and is a great value for larger format printing when you need something quickly.

She was practically yelling at me, telling me that my order wasn't ready. Then, one of her coworkers came over and handed me my order, but it was literally thrown at me. I am extremely upset and disappointed by the way I was treated. I am an American citizen of Latin American descent, and it was very clear to me that this was racially motivated. So we said, okay, so we cannot get a passport photo today? the her response was 'Some people might have the magic touch but I some don't'. This literally went on about 5 times back and forth. If this was him trying to multi task, he shouldn't. After taking about 7 photos he said we need to come back in an hour to pick them up. Their sign says printed while you wait. We were not near our house at this point after going farther and farther to find a Walgreens that could actually take the photo. We decided to go to a sports bar close by and watch some football while we waited. We arrived 2 hours later and there was a sign stating the photo section was closed and would re-open in 15 minutes. Waited for 20 minutes before someone came by and handed over the photos. They were not printed in 1 hour, they were printed after 2 hours, so we would have had to wait another hour before getting them anyways. This was rediculous. Went up to the counter and the lady who was ringing up the customers kept complaing about how her back hurt, she didn't want to be at work, the photo guy rushes and the photos won't ruing up. She complained about everything she could. My husband was also getting some energy drinks. She scanned the watermelon one and asked if he liked it. He mentioned that it was for his wife and that she really liked the watermelon. The cashier then said, well does she like bubble gum because I think it taste like bubble gum and I hate it. Honestly, why would you even need to mention this? She was taking so much time complaining that the line of customers to be checked out kept growing to about 7 people before she finally finished. I will never be going to this Walgreens, the one of Mississippi and Chambers or the one off Iliff and Chambers ever again. All three were bad experiences one right after the other.
