Ok, even though this store made the list as one of the worst grocery stores in the US from a list compiled in March 2024 (coming in at #8), I think improvements have been made. Granted, there was an elderly employee who was sleeping in a wheelchair accessible cart instead of watching the carts (it made me chuckle). Once in the store, I was greeted loudly and cheerfully by another employee. Shelves were being busily stocked by other employees and there was plenty of products to choose from. Produce looked fresh and there was a nice variety. I was able to find everything I needed on my list. There were several cashiers, and I did not have to wait long to checkout. read more

Usually I wouldn't write a review about a Walmart but I kind of had to for this one. First off I want to say I have never been inside a fancier Walmart than this one in my entire life. Walmarts in NC do not have glass ceilings up front. We stopped in here to get us a box fan because I can't sleep in a hotel room when I hear my neighbors movement in the room beside me every 5 seconds. Also we came in to get some medicine because we live at sea level, and we're now in what's considered the mile high city so just incase the elevation gets to us we got some medicine just in case. This review is for the auto center specifically. I had a 2 o' clock appointment to get a set of tires changed over to a new set of wheels I had purchased private party. I show up at 1:45 to get checked in and was finally checked in at 2:15 after the manager fought her way through the system for 30 minutes. So about 2:25 I finally leave expecting to mosey around for an hour while they complete the job. I get a text at 3:10 saying they started work on my vehicle. I then receive a phone call at 4:05 pm stating that they do not have the correct lug nuts on hand and requesting I supply my own. At this point they have made an hour long job drag out for 2+ so I decide to just head back and see what's up. Upon arrival my vehicle is back in the parking lot with no signs of ever having any of the tires dismounted and re mounted. At this point I request my keys back so I can take it to a real tire shop the following day. Would literally never come back here. From check in to 2 hour dishonest update this whole experience was terrible. read more

This Walmart is a MESS -- Literally. Customers are either very inconsiderate or the staff doesn't block and organize their products very often. We had to come here twice. Once 30 minutes prior to close and another around dinner time. Parking wasn't terrible. Checkout is what you would expect in any Walmart. Grocery bags have to be purchased here if needed. We are from Florida so plastic bags are available, and free. Products we came here for were in stock and had no issues finding them. read more

I stopped in the Walmart parking lot this on my way to work this morning to make a phone call. I was greeted by a friendly security guard that asked me why am I here and said I need to leave. I told him I'm just making a quick phone call and am not staying in the parking lot. His response was "are you refusing to comply? " I said no, I just pulled into the parking lot to make a phone call and that I wouldn't be there for longer than 5 minutes. He then said "I need you to leave now. You are not allowed to be here. You're refusing to comply so I'm calling the police." I asked him what the big deal was because there were dozens of cars in the parking lot and even RV's. He refused to answer. I asked him for his name and why was he harassing me, and he refused to answer still. I left the parking lot. Is it now illegal to pull into a parking lot to make a phone call? This place looks like the worst areas of Florida that I visited. I have been to the Walmart in Oakland California in the BAD area of Oakland, and this was worse. The parking lot is trashed hardcore, and there are people running around absolutely everywhere. It just looked like they are homeless, on drugs, crazy etc. that's fine whatever just letting people know. Needless to say after my experience going into the flying J I didn't even attempt to enter this Walmart. The parking lot is full of trucks, RVs, vehicles, people working on their cars, people everywhere in and out of cars that I'm pretty sure have no intentions of going into the Walmart for anything. I am extremely disappointed. I used to love coming to Denver several times a year not to mention when I actually lived there. DTC, Englewood. Lakewood, Cherry Creek, etc. but the past few years it has seemed to do nothing but go downhill. Every time I come back it just seems to get worse. The last time I made a trip out here I had two extremely bad experiences within one week. After this experience- i'm pretty sure I won't be back for a very long time. read more

Walmart on Tower in Green Valley Ranch: This was a order I received on Saturday January 5, 2024 at around 5:00pm. The eggs were missing and when I called they told me I had to be transferred to another line, which leaves you on hold for about 30 minutes every time they transfer you. I used to just be able to get the delivery issues resolved through customer service, until on one call I got transferred to the second 30 minute wait hold line. One day it went bad, because a African American Woman got on the line telling me a door they delivered to was my door, but that clearly was not my door according to a picture comparison they looked at. She was just angry, and harassing me purposely. Then her supervisor, or manager got on and said it was not my door, and refunded me, finally, I spent over a hour on that call that wasn't necessary. Now every time they don't add a item, or the delivery person doesn't deliver my items, I have to go through this grueling process. I believe that I am purposely being treated with prejudice, because the people I was transferred to are retaliating against me, and taking out their anger driven revenge against me. They have also made it where I can't use my Walmart Visa, and gift cards on my Walmart Account. I don't know who is in charge of this, but I do know I am being treated unfairly, unjustly, and with prejudice. I payed $100 for this Walmart membership for a year, and am now being mistreated by some of Walmarts employees who have control over my account. After the disagreement I had with the African American lady possibly named "Latoya" the next day after my disagreement with her my Walmart Account was blocked, and I couldn't do any transactions. Then when I called, the lady I spoke with on the transfer, said it was a mistake that happened, and she would call somebody in the company and get it back on within a few hours. Today, I had to pay for more eggs because mine were never delivered. I shouldn't have had to, when it's Walmarts fault, or the delivery person's "Deana". I need to speak with corporate personnel, and hopefully they can stop this harassment, and correct it. This is not how their customers should be treated!!! read more

Mark Yang at pharmacy did me a huge disservice. I am stranded here in Denver because of flight cancellations and needed heart meds. After waiting for a couple of hours, he told me that he sent my prescription to a different Walmart "a few minutes away" because the store on Tower was out of my strength of the meds. He wrote the address on a business card. I had to pay a Lyft $25 to get me there, since we don't live here. When I arrived, the clerk said that the press was sent to yet another Walmart. 45minutes to get a watch!?! When We first arrived at the Jewelry counter, there were already 2 people ahead of me; after 20 min, one gave up (I wish I had as well). When I started writing this post, we had been waiting 30min to purchase a watch. During that time, I asked 2 different employees if they would get us some help & I had gone to the Customer Service desk 3 times. What is the deal!!! Of course I'm told, someone would be there right away. Almost 10 minutes later, I go to a 4th person, her name was Jalyssa, and when I said we have been waiting a really long time, would she please get someone to help us, she shrugged her shoulders - 'We've been busy'. 5 more minutes, I go back to the Customer Service counter and for the 4th time, tell Juliette that we are STILL waiting; shortly after that, Jalyssa walks by and said, I'll help you now. Then after we were handed out items, we still had to go get in line at the cash register She said, "Jewelry closes at 8pm" (it was 9:30pm). My thought is, "Then where was the sign on the counter telling us that Jewelry closed at 8pm?" And, "Why didn't one of the 4 people I talked to tell me that when I first approached them?" Stopped here on our way back to Oklahoma and needed a battery for our vehicles key fob. Checked with the jewelry counter and CJ looked for nearly 20 minutes until she found us what we needed! We were ready to give up, but not CJ! She searched until she found the battery we needed and walked us to the checkout. 5 stars for CJ! Super clean and well maintained store! To the Manager Brandon, My name is Monica Paige, and I would like to lodge a formal complaint in the strongest terms regarding the rude treatment I received by two of your employees today 4/26/2021 at your Supercenter #5334 3301 Tower Rd, Aurora, CO 80011 Store @ 21:50:30. The employee working the Customer Service area cashier was wearing the name badge, Kimberly or Kimberley. I informed Kim that I was returning an item I bought online. She said with immediate hostility that she needed an order #. I calmly explained to her that the return process online didn't state that I needed an order # and to just bring the item back to the store unopened the way it was delivered to me. She adamantly repeated she can't take it back without an order #. I asked her was the order # on the packing slip and she snottily said "no, it wouldn't be on there!" During this time who I now know as "Shelly" or "Shellie" (her badge was turned the opposite direction so I couldn't read her name) walked by and asked if the customer # would be on the packing slip? Kim told her also that it wouldn't be on there. I opened the packing slip affixed to the box and low & behold what do you suppose was on there? Precisely, the customer # that was needed to return my item. By this time Kim was fuming & beet red with anger. She angrily processed my return and slammed a return receipt at me. I asked her if she found the information she needed on that slip and she with the tightest lips I've ever seen said snappy of course "yes!" I asked her if I could please speak with her manager and she happily with a smirk said ok and went and got Shelly. And they stood there with together, smirk still on Kim's face as I proceeded to explain how unnecessary, hostile, and unhelpful Kim's attitude was. Shelley who I assumed would be empathetic since she initially witnessed and pointed out that the customer # Kim demanded she needed might have been on that slip. But instead, she took Kim's side and commenced to defending her and being even more rude and unprofessional than Kim was! The proper response for Shelley would have been to apologize for any misunderstanding and to have a great day. Apparently, my complaint was anticipated due to the very hostile & loaded response from the manager Shelly because clearly, she & Kim were besties & clique. Favoritism is obviously alive and well, unfortunately for your company. At this stage, Shelley had begun to raise her voice to me, wanting to have a shouting match with me! Kim chimed in at that point, they teamed up and did everything short of cursing me out and telling me to get the "h" out of there! For this reason alone, I choose to order online because the shopping in any Walmart across the nation, especially associates in your store can be quite infuriating & aggravating when you just want to spend some money. Associates who sign a company handbook that has a racism mission statement that claim Walmart "understands and exemplify one important company value: customer respect". That claims to train and continually remind employees that customer service is one of your company's most valuable assets, and it's important to respect, support and delight every customer they come into contact with. They also should be more conscious of the way and manner in which that they speak to people in these capricious days. Especially Senior Citizens. Why is that so hard for people to who are getting paid to at least have a human attitude do so? I am looking forward to a positive response and hope that this letter relays an idea of my feelings and disappointment with what has occurred. This is definitely a -5 star review! Manager and are rude and they forget that the consumers are the ones giving you a paycheck. How are you gonna tell me at 9:55 that the store is closed when clearly when you locate the stores information online or maps including calling the actual store clearly saying it closes at 11pm! To top it off have a staff member just close the door on your face in front of other consumers when your trying to ask a question!!! Seriously one of the worst Walmarts I have ever been in. No one is tasked with straightening shelves or racks so this location looks like a disaster. As it is always busy, you'd think management would have some proud in this store. I moved here almost a year ago and while I immediately assumed it was a disaster due to the week of Christmas/New Year I have since realized that this is just how this store is kept. Team members are non-existent. Everything requires an associate to unlock a case. Staff is rude. I did pick-up twice, never again. Both times took over 30 min of waiting after I checked in plus half my order was incorrect. I finally accepted items I didn't want just to finally leave. My substitution wasn't even close....a single bottle of lemonade in place of ground coffee?? Bratwurst in place of Italian sausage? Lastly my husband and I were racially profiled outside in the parking lot. We are white. Both have jobs as he is active duty military on the base nearby, man kept yelling at us about being f*cking skinheads!? For reference, I used to work at Wal-Mart so I understand how their tasks work. This location is improperly run and should either be redone or closed. I actually drive further in order to shop in a cleaner, safer target. You should as well. read more

I'm speaking to a Walmart operator as I'm typing up this review, the woman operator claims its Walmart policy that you don't have to give out a name! She was uncomfortable giving out her name, so I'm flabbergasted by the fact that you can call Walmart and get mistreated-- you will never know who it is! That's why service is awful.
