    3rd time that my ordered arrived damaged now we need to go to the store and return these items, how inconvenient is that???

    Another weak video game selection at Walmart. And this place rivals their competitors for how barren their physical game selection is. And their digital alternatives are even WORSE! There is one end cap of digital cards and even that selection is an outright tragedy. It is like this store hates video games. Which is weird, considering it is the only store I have seen with a working PS5 demo machine.

    Wow, I cannot believe they gave me sour cream that's over a month expired in my curbside order. I'd understand if they gave me one a few days expired by accident. But 40 days expired, now that's crazy. I didn't even think stores keep items that are a month expired.

    They had loud, annoying music playing in the bathroom. I asked an employee if they take PayPal and she didn't know what PayPal is.

I've been to this King Soopers for a very long time until a recent experience on April 28 went to pick up few things had to get a detergent which you'll think they'll have a button to call someone or think you'll have nice employees to help out their customers but nope. I went to go ask this chubby sorry, fat guy who's bald for help and just rolled his eyes when he was just sitting there looking comfy chatting w this other lady none of them bothered to help me out . I the went all over the store to find other employees most of them were very busy I asked another employee that was by the self check out I noticed he was done helping a costumer and then mid sentence got ignored. all I wanted was if they couldn't help to maybe send someone to go other there and help . Also another thing not that long ago a lady was stocking some cheese talking to her coworker from the chicken area didn't watch out her behind and started talking shit in English to my mom thank god I wasn't there but as an employee be more mindful where you're going if you're walking backwards or chatting up if you know most people go through that area since it's the produce area anyways i don't know what happened with the other nicer people this place went to shit and saying stuff about a customer in front where other customers can hear you is crazy

I started yelling to the other customers about how they did a story on 9 news about how this place rips people off. I got the manager over there. He marched me all around the store checking the prices. Yes I was right. Security came over told me I should respect the employees and not yell at them. I yelled back I'm not yelling at the employees I'm telling the other customers to check their bill. This place is a rip off!

    Incident Statement - King Soopers…read more Date: December 30, 2025 Time: Approximately 22:48-22:50 (10:48-10:50 PM) Location: King Soopers (store location unspecified) On December 30, 2025, at approximately 22:48 PM, I entered a King Soopers store during normal business hours. The store's posted closing time is 11:00 PM. I entered the store to purchase a small number of items, specifically organic bananas and peanut butter. As I was walking inside the store, a female employee attempted to speak to me. At first, I believed she was speaking to someone else, so I continued walking to the right to pick up organic bananas. After I picked up the bananas, I noticed she was still attempting to talk to me. I removed my headphone so I could hear her clearly. The employee stated that the store was closed. I responded by explaining that the store was not closed, that it was approximately 22:50, and that I had entered the store before closing time. I also noted that the store closes at 11:00 PM. The employee replied that the store had to close at that time so employees could get out on time. I asked how that was my responsibility and stated that employees choose their jobs, and if someone dislikes their job, they should seek other employment. The employee responded that she loved her job. I replied that her tone, raised voice, and confrontational manner toward me did not reflect someone who loved their job. As I walked toward the peanut butter aisle, the employee again stated that the store was closed and that I could not get peanut butter. Instead of attempting to de-escalate the situation, she involved a security guard. The security guard handled the situation professionally and respectfully. He assisted me in locating the peanut butter and helped ensure that I was able to complete my purchase and exit the store without further issue. I completed my entire purchase transaction and exited the store before the store's posted closing time of 11:00 PM. At no point did I remain in the store after closing. If the store intends to stop serving customers at approximately 22:50, then the posted business hours should reflect that policy clearly and accurately. While I was leaving the store, I overheard the employee speaking sarcastically to the security guard about how I was "going to call corporate." I confirmed that I intended to contact corporate because I felt the employee had been rude, confrontational, and unprofessional. I also stated that I was unsure whether King Soopers wanted my business, as I had only entered the store to purchase bananas and peanut butter. This interaction was distressing, particularly given that I was purchasing food to maintain my health and avoid passing out after using a sauna. I believe I was treated unfairly and subjected to hostile behavior, which I perceive as discriminatory. When I asked for help completing an online order I was met with extremely hateful energy basically accusing me of trying to steal...I deliver primarily to disabled and sick people and kids..sometimes hundreds of pounds up 3 plus flights of stairs...thousands of dollars spent. This is the only king Soopers that's ever given me such a hassle. Some employees are kind including security sympathetic when I mentioned the consistent harassment. Marryann told me to "shop somewhere else" and screamed "I'm not talking to you!" In front of line of other patrons when I was polite and respectful as usual last time I tried. I save reviews like this for special occasions but I've been met with anger and hostility EVERY VISIT! 655 Peoria deserves to be shut down. Some sort of power complex over fruit and vegetables. Again every other local king Soopers has been polite and helpful besides this one.

    This is one of the nicer King Soopers in the metro Denver area. There are two locations way closer…read moreto our home, but my husband and I will take the time to go out of the way to go to this one off of MLK. That is, if we decide to do King Sooper at all. It's more spacious, the shelves are usually well-stocked. And during COVID-19 they're taking extra care to wipe down carts. Customers wearing masks wasn't too heavily enforced, but I can't imagine telling people what they can/can't do these days. Especially in a grocery store. Just stay far away from these rule-breakers, keep your face covered and wash your hands when you get home. Beyond that, it's a pretty standard grocery chain experience.

And with my recent visit these are the two fools are the reason I'm writing this review. I founded them to be very rude and when I came to my mom scanning her food items. Treating her like she trying to steal, but she wasn't and didn't like how she scanned her items and putting them in bags. Like my mom scanned one pineapple first then proceeded with other she just didn't forgot to scan the second pineapple that we picked and was bit on her ass about it. Though she did soon scan soon when that came to her attention her attention. That added a lay these two employees I felt this bad energy coming from these people exchanging serious glances. Plus it's not like these people get paid enough their job is not that important In fact my mom has been going through a rough time and lots of stress this summer losing her job along with is recovering from a deadly blood cancer diagnosis With getting back into shopping stores can be a bit stressful and hectic, especially when she's have been in a hospital bed for little over year ago. My mom and I really didn't feel great after the visit.
