    ZERO, If I could! This place is terrible!!! I made an appointment on Walgreens.com for Covid vaccine at 7:30pm&7:45pm one for me and one for my wife , this is the place has that time available when we got there the pharmacy was closed only drive through open, asked one of the worker there and was told they short of staff so they closed and I was asking how I can make sure it won't happen when I schedule an another appointment? She said i don't know ! So ridiculous! Why you have that time slots open to the customers? It took me about an hour back and forth , Won't come back!

    *** Note this review is not based on any contact with the Pharmacy. I see some terrible reviews of the pharmacy here but I did not have any contact with the pharmacy. Pretty nice, open, clean Walgreens that is fairly easily accessible from the Southlands area. My Mom needed something after an appointment I took her to and it was easy in, and easy out. They have a daily wide range of items here, more so then my local Walgreens. This store is quite large, well lit, wide aisles with a photo center, grocery items, and the medical items you would expect from a Walgreens. Bring your Walgreens card as there are quite a few deals to be had, and the card is free. Who doesn't like to save a little money for doing next to nothing? The checkout was fast and friendly.

    Amount of time it took waiting in line at the pharmacy 1/23/22. I have back problems and the wait sparked a flare up.

    Picture department is terrible. They are fast but the price should be halved to match the terrible quality of the prints.

    This Walgreens pharmacy is simply terrible. They have continually dropped the ball filling prescriptions.

    This was our 3rd Walgreens that we stopped at in 1 day to get a passport photo taken. If this one…read morewasn't able to take the photo then we would have given up for the day. They DID however it was like pulling teeth to get it. We walked up to the counter and asked if we could take a passport photo. The gentleman behind the counter said yes and then said let me get the camera ready. No problem. So we waited a bit. He asked the lady behind us if she had a pickup, she said yes. He said okay and then went back to messing with the camera. The he asked the lady if she had a QR code, which she did. he looked at it and then went back to messing with the camera. This literally went on about 5 times back and forth. If this was him trying to multi task, he shouldn't. After taking about 7 photos he said we need to come back in an hour to pick them up. Their sign says printed while you wait. We were not near our house at this point after going farther and farther to find a Walgreens that could actually take the photo. We decided to go to a sports bar close by and watch some football while we waited. We arrived 2 hours later and there was a sign stating the photo section was closed and would re-open in 15 minutes. Waited for 20 minutes before someone came by and handed over the photos. They were not printed in 1 hour, they were printed after 2 hours, so we would have had to wait another hour before getting them anyways. This was rediculous. Went up to the counter and the lady who was ringing up the customers kept complaing about how her back hurt, she didn't want to be at work, the photo guy rushes and the photos won't ruing up. She complained about everything she could. My husband was also getting some energy drinks. She scanned the watermelon one and asked if he liked it. He mentioned that it was for his wife and that she really liked the watermelon. The cashier then said, well does she like bubble gum because I think it taste like bubble gum and I hate it. Honestly, why would you even need to mention this? She was taking so much time complaining that the line of customers to be checked out kept growing to about 7 people before she finally finished. I will never be going to this Walgreens, the one of Mississippi and Chambers or the one off Iliff and Chambers ever again. All three were bad experiences one right after the other. We finally got the passport photos.

    I like supporting locally owned business over the corporate giants, so I was glad I could use my…read moreinsurance at TKS. At first, I thought TKS to be a great pharmacy, but my opinion has changed dramatically. The one positive thing I can say is that the wait is always short. Now the things that have gotten worse over time: 1. The staff are not well trained, nor are they always pleasant (pharmacist included). Turnover seems high which indicates problems at the business. 2. They rarely have the medications I take daily on hand despite needing refills every month. Thus, they always "have to order them". Orders rarely arrive when promised and were sometimes not ordered at all until I arrived to get them. Extra trips = poor service. 3. They are inconsistent in what they charge and especially inconsistent or uneducated about pharmaceutical company savings cards or programs. 4. It is ironic that they play religious / Christian music yet have no qualms about overcharging their customers and refusing to rectify the situation. I am tired of having to work so hard just to pay the correct amount and not what they demand. Way too much hassle! The final straw was being told I had to pay nearly $200 for a refill that has cost me $25 for years. They insisted my savings card was applied correctly. I pushed back. The pharmacist (Alice) was very rude and told me to call my insurance company. She clearly did not understand that the issue was not related to insurance. I paid the demanded price and asked how to get a refund when I resolved the issue. The pharmacist said they don't do refunds. Honestly, the problem was on the TKS side, and they should have resolved it. Maybe they'll give my overpayment to Jesus. I immediately went to Walmart to ask the price for the same medication. They gave me the correct copay of $25. This was no more than 10 minutes after I paid eight times that amount to TKS. Because of all these increasingly negative issues and experiences, I will no longer give them my business and cannot recommend them.

    This pharmacy does what it should, though the service you get greatly depends on who answers the…read morephone. There seems to be one person (maybe the pharmacist?) who knows what they are doing and follows up with requests, while the other 2 (maybe more) I spoke with took note of things and had to ask someone else for help each time or didn't give me a call back when I was supposed to get one. It'll work in a pinch as the main pharmacy in this neighborhood, but I wouldn't want to use it outside of emergencies. Too much of a hassle to get answers.
