I wanted to check out Salt & Stone, Necessaire, plus see what they had from Urban Decay. In hope they had anything left in stock after what seemed to be a busy black friday. Sure enough, the store felt clean, organized, easy to move through and surprisingly well stocked. Holiday gift sets were everywhere, which was great for browsing and picking up extra gifts. There were quite a few employees on the floor picking up after customers and checking to see if anyone needed help. Helpful without hovering, which is nice. Urban Decay options seemed very small this time, so I didn't find as much as I hoped for in that section. Still, the visit was success overall. Checkout was fast.

They would have refunded to my card but I asked for it on gift card and they obliged. Everyone was very nice, offered me a bag and all that. I told her I was looking for a Dewey, close to full coverage foundation that'll really last some wear. She looked at my skin, used the most delicate cleanser and her first pick in foundation choice was right on the money. She helped me to also find a good setting spray and answered my questions with so much confidence and knowledge. I told her I was in a rush (my husband and our child were waiting for me) and she was quick. Comparing this location to the Muldoon store, I think this might be the better one. The shelves were well stocked and it seemed like they had a wider product availability. It was also very clean inside. Everyone was incredibly friendly. Great visit. Finally after 30 minutes of sitting at the register with them, they realize the account was set up wrong and was linked to some different number. In addition, they had 50% off sales signs up, but when I got to the register, I guess, even though the whole display was covered in 50% off signs it was only for one specific product in one specific color. A lot of false advertising. I will never return to the store. The employees made me feel like a thief when they're the ones that messed up setting up the account. I did not like the way they treated me or their attitude. This happened 2/18 around 7pm. I highly recommend driving across town and going to Sephora.

While checking out with all my items that totaled $75.84 after discounts the cashier asked if I was an employee. I said no and the cashier replied "you are absolutely not allowed to open the drawers." In a rude and condescending tone. I said I'm sorry, I won't do it again and proceed with my checkout. After leaving my family and I were taking about how rude it was for the cashier to act like that especially after not assisting me in locating the Chapstick. The comment "you are absolutely not allowed to open the drawers" stuck with all of us. My husband said we should return the items based on our customer experience and we all agreed. No business should receive a customer's money when the employee is rude. While returning the items my husband informed the same employee that we were returning the items based on her attitude. The employee said she was sorry for the way she acted and my husband said "we are absolutely returning these based on your attitude and the way you treated us." My husband said there are no signs informing customers not to open the drawers where extra items are located. The employee agreed and said you are correct there aren't any signs informing customers. This location is really pretty awful. Unfortunately, it's also the only 24 hour pharmacy in town. Recently I took a prescription for antibiotics and cough medicine to be filled at 9 pm, just after other pharmacies had closed. I waited in line for half an hour as one pharmacy tech busted her ass helping people while the other two stood there and chatted to each other. When I finally got to the counter, I was told their computers were down and that it would be a while before they could fill the prescription. When I asked how long a while was, she just shrugged. I left my prescription and said I would pick it up in the morning. When I did arrive for pickup, I was told they didn't stock one of the drugs at all. When I asked who did, they recommended a different Walgreens. When I asked if they could call to check to see if the medication was there, the guy said "no, we're too busy." I just looked from him to the two other techs who were busy comparing nail polish colors and shook my head. If there were any other after-hours options I would never go here again. read more

Walgreen pharmacies are the new DMV in customer service expectations. My wife went into surgery and I rushed over to the nearest Walgreens for some post op meds. I waited an hour in line and then they closed right as we made it to the counter. I drove to another Walgreens across town and they were out of the medication. On my third attempt the following day, I was told there was a mandatory wait time of 90 minutes for the controlled pain meds. What have I been doing in line this whole time? I asked for the prescription back to try again at a pharmacy closer to home. I could not get the prescription back because I was told it was a controlled substance. I am leaving empty handed to take my wife home. The employees all appeared to be on Valium. read more

The pharmacist did not pay attention to me at all. He was not not rude, but soemhow not interested in my question and needes. Hellow Walgreens, I am a client, a client in a hurry to buy from you! It took him ages to find the medication from the prescription. Instead of giving them to me, started to argue that some of the pills might not come well together. Listen, I am taking those medication since ages and everything is going fine. Well, at least the place is very well supplied and maintained. Clean and low prices not overcrowded. Tere is no other 24/7 pharmacy around, no elce to go, so can you please consider your cleints needs and time just a little bit higher. read more
