Sure enough, the store felt clean, organized, easy to move through and surprisingly well stocked. Holiday gift sets were everywhere, which was great for browsing and picking up extra gifts. There were quite a few employees on the floor picking up after customers and checking to see if anyone needed help. Helpful without hovering, which is nice. Urban Decay options seemed very small this time, so I didn't find as much as I hoped for in that section. Still, the visit was success overall. Checkout was fast. I went to the prestige side of the store in search of a really good match for a new foundation. Marcia was a super help. I told her I was looking for a Dewey, close to full coverage foundation that'll really last some wear. She looked at my skin, used the most delicate cleanser and her first pick in foundation choice was right on the money. She helped me to also find a good setting spray and answered my questions with so much confidence and knowledge. I told her I was in a rush (my husband and our child were waiting for me) and she was quick. Comparing this location to the Muldoon store, I think this might be the better one. The shelves were well stocked and it seemed like they had a wider product availability. It was also very clean inside. Everyone was incredibly friendly. Great visit. I go back the next day to return something, and my rewards program was set up wrong, the receipt was not emailed to me, and the people at the counter made me feel like a thief for not having their receipt. Finally after 30 minutes of sitting at the register with them, they realize the account was set up wrong and was linked to some different number. In addition, they had 50% off sales signs up, but when I got to the register, I guess, even though the whole display was covered in 50% off signs it was only for one specific product in one specific color. A lot of false advertising. I will never return to the store. The employees made me feel like a thief when they're the ones that messed up setting up the account. I did not like the way they treated me or their attitude. This happened 2/18 around 7pm. I highly recommend driving across town and going to Sephora.

They helped me to find products free from my daughter's allergens that also smell good. This is so meaningful to get so much care for allergies.

I didn't see it so I closed the drawer and located the chapstick directly in front of me was that hiding in plain sight. While checking out with all my items that totaled $75.84 after discounts the cashier asked if I was an employee. I said no and the cashier replied "you are absolutely not allowed to open the drawers." In a rude and condescending tone. I said I'm sorry, I won't do it again and proceed with my checkout. After leaving my family and I were taking about how rude it was for the cashier to act like that especially after not assisting me in locating the Chapstick. The comment "you are absolutely not allowed to open the drawers" stuck with all of us. My husband said we should return the items based on our customer experience and we all agreed. No business should receive a customer's money when the employee is rude. While returning the items my husband informed the same employee that we were returning the items based on her attitude. The employee said she was sorry for the way she acted and my husband said "we are absolutely returning these based on your attitude and the way you treated us." My husband said there are no signs informing customers not to open the drawers where extra items are located. The employee agreed and said you are correct there aren't any signs informing customers.
