Everytime I hear another story from a student who is attending this school I kick myself for not having complained at the time. Three years later the experiences of these students are getting worse. The brain does not work well when there is screaming and grabbing and speaking to a frightened new driver on the freeway. This most recent story include the instructor grabbing the student's head and demanding he look at him while driving OVER THE SPEED LIMIT (instructor demanded it). The student described the instructor as maniacal and likely on drugs. Do not send your kids here.

After the student has completed all requirements, the school is very slow to post the completion reports to the DOL, so students must wait two weeks to take the DOL skills exam for their license. My driving instructor, Chris, made me feel calm and confident behind the wheel. We had small conversations during the test, which made the testing environment feel relaxed. He also mentioned that he's learning new languages like Ukrainian, Russian, and Arabic, so if someone taking the test has trouble with English, he can use directional terms in their native language. I even asked him to say a few words in Russian since this is my first language, and he pronounced them pretty accurately! I thought that was such a kind and thoughtful thing to do -- people have said it's really helpful for them!

Greg doesn't just help with passing driver's tests, his tips and methods really focus on making you a great driver overall. I felt they took their job seriously and wanted my kids to be "confident drivers". I loved that the classes were on zoom and I didn't have to drive my child to class and then wait two hours to pick them up, as I did with my older daughter. I took my daughter into this driving school to take her permit test. I wish I would have read the…read morereviews before I did. We went two different times once during the week and again to do a retake on the weekend. I experience two different women staff members, and the experience was the same, lack of customer service, cold, careless and get you in and out as fast as possible. The women wore masks around their chins, there was no friendliness and neither of these ladies seem to be able to mulit-task well without becoming frustrated and taking it out on anyone that walks through the door. Take you money to a company that at least acts like your business matters.
