My driving instructor, Chris, made me feel calm and confident behind the wheel. We had small conversations during the test, which made the testing environment feel relaxed. He also mentioned that he's learning new languages like Ukrainian, Russian, and Arabic, so if someone taking the test has trouble with English, he can use directional terms in their native language. I even asked him to say a few words in Russian since this is my first language, and he pronounced them pretty accurately! I thought that was such a kind and thoughtful thing to do -- people have said it's really helpful for them!

There was very little guidance or encouragement, just frustration when mistakes were made which is exactly what beginners are going to do. A driving school should teach and build confidence, not make students feel inadequate for not already knowing how to drive. I would not recommend this school to anyone who is new behind the wheel.

I experience two different women staff members, and the experience was the same, lack of customer service, cold, careless and get you in and out as fast as possible.
