We went two different times once during the week and again to do a retake on the weekend. I experience two different women staff members, and the experience was the same, lack of customer service, cold, careless and get you in and out as fast as possible. The women wore masks around their chins, there was no friendliness and neither of these ladies seem to be able to mulit-task well without becoming frustrated and taking it out on anyone that walks through the door.
