Everytime I hear another story from a student who is attending this school I kick myself for not having complained at the time. Three years later the experiences of these students are getting worse. The brain does not work well when there is screaming and grabbing and speaking to a frightened new driver on the freeway. This most recent story include the instructor grabbing the student's head and demanding he look at him while driving OVER THE SPEED LIMIT (instructor demanded it). The student described the instructor as maniacal and likely on drugs. Do not send your kids here.

We went two different times once during the week and again to do a retake on the weekend. I experience two different women staff members, and the experience was the same, lack of customer service, cold, careless and get you in and out as fast as possible. The women wore masks around their chins, there was no friendliness and neither of these ladies seem to be able to mulit-task well without becoming frustrated and taking it out on anyone that walks through the door. Take you money to a company that at least acts like your business matters.

The instructor ( Mohamed)was callous, impatient, and unhelpful, and made the experience more stressful instead of supportive. There was very little guidance or encouragement, just frustration when mistakes were made which is exactly what beginners are going to do. A driving school should teach and build confidence, not make students feel inadequate for not already knowing how to drive. I would not recommend this school to anyone who is new behind the wheel.

He attended the first class and when we noticed his name was missing from the list, we tried to call again, they were closed. He reached out to the secondary teacher that told him the school location is moving and that is causing some system issues. She assured us she would help and asked him to check in with her directly for the attendance checks while they figure it out. I got an email this morning saying because the payment was not made, he is not able to be added after the first day. I requested a call. Anna called me back and I explained the website issues and the first class. She said there was no proof he attended the first day, even though he was in direct contact with the teacher, Ann. She also stated because the payment was not made, she could not add him. It did not matter that their website would not give me the option to make a payment. I was looped back to sign the terms and conditions 3 times before we got the confirmation email with all of the class information. I received the confirmation email with the Zoom ID and Password along with the class workbook.They acknowledged errors on their side but refused to resolve it saying I didn't try before class. I let her know I called several times and no one ever answered. She said she saw my number called multiple times but they do not answer live calls and will ONLY return voicemails. Due to vacations and sports he is now out of luck until December. Anna was rude and very unhelpful and I am beyond disappointed.

All of the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. A lot of times I will call and not get an answer, but if I leave a message it is always returned. This school is clearly committed to teaching safety above all else and the influence to not drive distracted is a major focus. Greg doesn't just help with passing driver's tests, his tips and methods really focus on making you a great driver overall. He focuses strongly on being safe and provides tips and context for why we need to build certain driving habits. A holistic approach I really appreciated. An additional plus, he picks you up and you drive. No meeting up at an office which was extremely convenient for me. I highly recommend.
