When I bought my first house the loan process alone was such a nightmare I swore I would never refinance...it just wasn't worth the headache. That was before I met Zach. Zach came highly recommended to me by a friend and at first I was hesitant, not only because of my original mortgage experience, but also since I lived in Los Angeles and Zach was all the way out in Arizona. But my friend insisted and since rates had come down as much as they had, I decided it was worth giving it a shot...it was absolutely the right decision. Within hours of our conversation he provided specific details he needed to get the ball rolling. I sent everything over via email and from there the train had left the station and shockingly to me it was smooth sailing from there. It was just how smooth and streamlined the process was, but also his insight and expertise. Rather than just taking a rate that day (as many do), he followed the charts, the trends, the news and watched where rates were going and provided insight into where he thought they were headed. By waiting for a few days we not only got 0.125% off of our rate, but also additional lender credits that offset most of the closing costs...essentially it was free to me and saved me hundreds of dollars going forward for the next 30 years - which is critical with a 5 and 3 year old at home. If you're afraid to refi because of bad experiences in the past (like I was), rest assured this is the guy that not only breaks the mold, but reshapes it. The refi process was quick, smooth and seamless and thanks to Zach and his expertise and insight, I saved tends of thousands over the course of the loan at practically no cost...easiest and best decision I've made since marrying my wife who is way too hot for me. read more

I have worked with Zach and Sharon on my client's home purchases, refinances, and now on a personal home, and they truly make things easy and stress-free. I have received nothing but positive feedback from clients, and I can say that they made our home purchase a breeze. From start to finish, we were only working with Sharon and Zach, which really has made deals so much smoother. I have had so many complaints in the past with lenders who had too many contacts to work with, and my clients and I had no idea who we were to reach out to. They are knowledgeable and have done an amazing job in every experience we have had. I highly recommend them as being part of your team. read more

I have been a Realtor in CA for over 25 years and it is very rare for me to work with an out of area lender but Wain Capital is the exception! I can say firsthand they are GREAT, they are professional, experienced, very informative and great at keeping you informed throughout the entire process! My fiancé and I were referred to Wain Capital by our friends who recently purchased a home in Phoenix. Zach, Daniel, and Taryn were able to get us approved at a competitive rate and purchase a home within 30 days. They knew we wanted to move quickly, so they worked tirelessly alongside our realtor to push our offer through and meet our timeline goals, making themselves available at all times to answer our many questions. Buying a home in this market is extremely stressful, however Zach and his team made it a smooth process. A+ highly recommend! read more

Zach and his team did a wonderful job with one exception. That exception being Daniel, the young man assigned to my file. Daniel, cost me thousands of dollars in interest payments, not to mention a lot of unrest. As a result of not following through on the commitments he made or the answers he provided my rates were not lock in as he said they were, the Title Company I specifically asked for was not used .... When called him out on this, he was not forthright with me or Zach causing a lot of back and forth. Daniel seems like a nice young man who will always tell you what you want to hear, however his follow through is marginal at best. The other members of the team I worked with, Sharon and Taryn were amazing. If you are considering Wain Capital, insist that you work directly with Sharon. She is thorough, and most importantly honest. she stands behind what she says. read more

We had such a great experience working with Zach to get a loan for our dream home. Zach went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and and secure a fantastic rate for us. Due to some delays on the part of the seller, Zach had to do our paper work twice. No questions asked, he provided us with our same rate and was incredibly responsive when we were frantic about this hiccup in the closing process. We have recommended Wain Capital to several of our friends and colleagues and will continue to do so for anyone looking for responsive service, patient guidance, and the best rates. read more
