When I bought my first house the loan process alone was such a nightmare I swore I would never refinance...it just wasn't worth the headache. That was before I met Zach. Zach and his team did a wonderful job with one exception. That exception being Daniel, the young man assigned to my file. Daniel, cost me thousands of dollars in interest payments, not to mention a lot of unrest. As a result of not following through on the commitments he made or the answers he provided my rates were not lock in as he said they were, the Title Company I specifically asked for was not used .... When called him out on this, he was not forthright with me or Zach causing a lot of back and forth. Daniel seems like a nice young man who will always tell you what you want to hear, however his follow through is marginal at best. The other members of the team I worked with, Sharon and Taryn were amazing. If you are considering Wain Capital, insist that you work directly with Sharon.
