This company has no integrity. Kevin Mills was the loan officer on our refinance that he dragged on for 4 months and ultimately couldn't close! This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with any loan. The worst part was that he kept promising that he could get the loan approved and stringing us along with good rates and low projected monthly payments, but we kept waiting and waiting for a closing date and ended up losing the property. Rick Momsen with this company did a classic bait and switch on us at the very last minute. We were told we could do 3% down at 4.25% up to $450K. He got too busy to give us the prequal letter at the end of the day yesterday when we were ready to make an offer but he "promised" us that he could do that...he just needed to finalize things in the morning. Next morning comes and we get a prequal letter for 15% down 7.75% ARM. Do not use this company unless you enjoy a last-minute headache! Off to find a more reputable mortgage broker now. read more

Being a home owner for about 10 years now, my wife and I have had the chance to refinance our house a couple times when rates dropped. Well after getting conned into a rate, by a smooth-talking, un honest Mortgage adviser, our new mortgage payment went way higher then I was led to believe it would be.
