No estimate for repairs was provided because as D&L stated, they don't know what's wrong. The bill justification was that they need to be compensated for their time. They may want compensation for their time. But I want compensation for my money. Paying a $120 to a "mechanic" to have them repeat my words back to me a week later, is garbage.
