Damn good local southern BBQ. Don't pass this place up. Outdoor seating or to go. Fast, great flavor, nice staff / owners.

The brisket sandwich and slaw were absolutely delicious! Very reasonably priced, very friendly service. Not fancy, just good!

The location, interior design and ambiance are unlike anywhere else and tonight is a beautiful night in May and the patio is full and there is a musician playing the guitar and singing and it is very festive and there are lots of people here.

My wife ordered the hamburger, which she said was good. I ordered the bacon and onion pizza which wasn't fully cooked and was runny and flimsy in the center. The taste was ok, but for $21, I'd had rather bought 4 Hot n Ready pizzas from Little Caesars (which I don't even love). Took an hour to receive our entrees, which added to our disappointment, and we didn't get refills on our drink for over 30 minutes. It was decently busy (Saturday night with Keeneland and prom happening) but not overly crowded or packed. Definitely won't be back, which stinks, because I want to see local businesses thrive here in our town.

The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal with friends. Especially on a day that it was 17° and snowing. We went with a group of six and had plenty of space to sit comfortably and enjoy the experience together. The service really stood out as well, very friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling rushed. Our server made sure everyone had what they needed, checked in at just the right times, and kept everything running smoothly for a larger group. Best of all, the prices are very reasonable for the quality and portions you get. If you're in Louisville and want satisfying comfort food in a cozy setting, Ricardo's is definitely worth a visit.

It is very green inside Southern green as a matter of fact. I enjoyed all the architectural derails. They offer a full bar and lunch menu. It was completely covered in cheese and mornay sauce. My wife ordered the ribs. They had just the right amount of sauce and the meat was falling off the bone. The restroom was clean and the train motif was there too. Outside seating would be available if the weather was better. If you are a fan of trains you should eat here. So I called the restaurant and asked if they had the game on; the staff member that answered quickly found the manager and said yes we can put it on for you. Bingo! We stopped in and it was a beautiful day so we asked if we could sit outside sitting - definitely and they put the game on out there as well. Lucas was out waiter and he and the manager ( I believe Mike was his name ) would banter back and forth jokingly; which made for more fun. They also place us by an outdoor propane heater just in case. Three of us had Burgers and 1 had a salad. 2 burgers were 1/4 lb and looked like it after cooking; they were tasty. I have the dbl a 1/2 lb also delicious. The brew selections were decent. The game wasn't going our way but we watched to the end enjoying brews and food. The sun went down quickly and they bought another propane tall heater. The first one didn't ignite ( out of gas ) 2nd one out of gas ( apparently someone did shut off the valve but the owner appeared and got a new tank of propane and got it lit. I can't say I've been to a place with so much customer service in a long time. Service was great, food is very good a good sides. Drinks were decent selection and atmosphere was perfect. I know I will be back but I hope sooner than later. This place is in an old strip mall; looks like an abandoned Kroger and possibly a vacant Hope Depot ( that's under discussion still ) I think they have been open about 7 years now and both our visits were awesome in all ways. If you're in Versailles or at Keenland save your appetite and money to eat here instead. You money will go further and your taste buds will appreciate the better food choices and taste! Thank you Versailles staff and owner! I've passed the word to many already that if in the area; stop!

Trivia was on the other side, which was good because the trivia music didn't drown out our conversations. Our folks arrived at staggered times so the staff was able to get drinks going a few at a time. They were friendly and did a good job serving us all but could've used another server. I had a Reuben sandwich and a baked potato. The potato was easily 1-1.25 lbs, huge! Cooked perfectly. The Reuben was really good. Others in our party had burgers, pretzels, wings, sandwiches, and pizza. Everyone I asked really liked their food, except the pizza. It was rated "just ok". The two beers I had were theirs and were good, an Oktoberfest and an Oatmeal Stout. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Inside in your typical brewery look. Decent place for beers and food. Try it out.

There are two buildings and you check in at the one building, near a parking lot, but then get on a tour bus and they take you to the other building, which has the gift shop. It seemed a bit counterintuitive to start at the other building, then. Before this, I was super hungry, so we went to their bar area in the gift shop and ordered the charcuterie, which ended up just being like a metal box with some meats, cheeses, and other things, and a bag with a few pretzels in it. Disappointing especially for $33, although it kinda worked out because we only had a half-hour before the tour. I didn't know that Woodford Reserve has actually only been around since 1996 but the campus they purchased has buildings from 1890 and later - I would've loved to have heard more about that history even though it wasn't technically Woodford's. At the end of the tour, they return you to the gift shop and that's where you do the tasting - there is a private tasting room. I should probably note that we did the basic tour - it was $35 and my husband said you could get a similar tasting to the one we got, in the gift shop area, for $30, which made the tour only $5, which isn't bad. I did end up buying a pin, a magnet, and a sampler box of their bourbon treats (chocolates etc. - expensive, at $46 or so, but looks good) and my husband bought a few of their bottles. However, next time we are in Louisville we can probably skip this one, I'm thinking.
