What a great store for dog and cat lovers! They have a large selection of toys, treats, and even clothing (!) for your pets! They carry many brands, most of which I've never heard of because they are from specialty vendors, not the big, mainstream brands. So a bit more expensive, but you're getting a better quality product. The staff were knowledgeable snd friendly- you can tell they are all animal lovers. A nice shopping experience to treat your 4-legged friend to something special!

Wags "tail" a lot and there are a few good reasons why. First off... The owner Michele (spelled with one l) is the friendliest and most knowledgeable person when it comes to your furry friends health and diet. She absolutely loves animals especially s. She also bakes healthy treats in store without all the added and unnecessary ingredients. Wagnolia's offers a wide variety of wholesome cat and dog foods as well as top of the line pet supplies. I would definitely recommend this amazing store to anyone who is interested in having a healthy pet and wants to help a small business owner live the American dream. Highly Recommended!!

Super cute location! The plaza it's in is nice cause there's other cute stores & a few restaurants. The dog section is awesome! There are all sorts of great treats, clothes, toys, etc. My husky turns 6 in a week so I even got her a custom cake from them! The cat section is pretty simple, though. read more

Wow!! What an amazing store to serve all your pet's needs with not only the highest quality products but a variety of products that I've never seen anywhere else! The ladies that own & operate this adorable shop, are incredible & so passionate about serving their customers (that includes the furry ones too ) I'm so glad I found Wagnolia's, I live over 30mins away & I will not hesitate to make the drive over here as often as necessary!! I also happened to visit while they were in the middle of baking all of their fresh homemade treats which are made from scratch right there in the store!! My dogs are my babies so I have gone to great lengths to find the best foods & treats for them, which includes visiting an endless number of pet stores & I can genuinely say I've only ever been to one other store that is of the same quality & service as Wagnolia's!! read more

Wagnolia's has some of everything, including a large selection of organic treats and non-processed foods, as well as clothing for our puppy. The ladies were very nice and caring with our puppy, and even recommended a local event to celebrate Easter Sunday! read more

What a very happy and well-stocked pet store this is. Michele is extremely knowledgeable and so very friendly. Love her smile! She carries the wonderful Orijens brand dog food which is GREAT for our chicken-allergic dog - they have a pure fish kibble that she can't get enough of. read more

Really great shop!!!! I love finding local pet stores, they always sell really unique high quality foods and treats, toys, etc and Wagnolia's has it all!! I love the wide range of products they have and their prices are as good, if not better, than your big chain stores. The food I buy is actually cheaper in their store than at at big name places. Also, the ladies that work there are SO kind. They really genuinely care about giving you the best products and advice. Sooo happy to have this shop so close to home! They have mentioned if they don't have it in the store, they can order for you or have your food auto-ship to the store so they always have it ready! Pretty sweet. In the beginning years I found this veterinary service excellent but as time went on my opinion changed. Recently these are a few of the issues I have had. A few months back my dog had an appointment for a health certificate to travel abroad. The vet who took care of us found that the dog had an ear infection. Medication was prescribed but a culture was not taken to find out exactly what antibiotic should be used. Following application of this prescribed drug my dog went deaf within 3 days. Come to find out this is a possible side effect of this medication of which we were never informed. Upon returning to the vet to be seen because of this complication the vet was uncaring and dismissive. When I stated my dog needs to hear my commands the response was "oh well, you can teach him hand signals". Upon notifying Dr Reis about this she started to treat my dog, at her expense, with acupuncture. Fortunately this has helped to a degree. Another issue is the constant wait time for a scheduled appointment. Every time I have brought my dog in there is always a long wait. I had a scheduled 10:35 appointment this week which I arrived on time for but was left sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes, then taken into the examination room and waited another 30 minutes. At no point did any staff member even acknowledge that I was there. After this hour wait I decided to leave. Stopped at the receptionist desk and told them I was leaving. No explanation was given to me. I found this to be unacceptable because it wasn't the first time this has happened. Today I requested all my dog's records and started with a new veterinary service.

The vet promised to call results within 20 minutes when that didn't happen. I called at the end of…read morethe day and they told me they would call me in another hour before they leave. They never did. I then called the next morning. They said they needed to go through their morning rounds and they would call me after that; they never did. I called in the afternoon and I was placed on hold for 10 minutes and no one ever apologized for the wait or the length of time it took to call but they asked me to come in the next morning based on the analysis reports and that they would like to see her first thing in the morning. . So first thing in the morning we go there and we are waiting now 50 minutes and then told very rudely that if we didn't like the wait then our records could be sent somewhere else. No one ever asked how my dog was doing. No one wanted to hear how many times it took to get someone to pay attention to my dogs urine analysis results indicating a kidney infection. Super bad care never on time takes them 20 minutes to check you out and they are very disrespectful and rude. Justified I was upset when being dismissed and and spoken to rudely. Do not go here if you actually want to be respected and seen in a timely manner.
