As others have stated below your dog will get zero attention here. We had our dogs there over Christmas and over the few days they had literally ZERO interaction with people. We would check the cameras daily numerous times and never once saw people spending time in the common areas with our dogs. On Christmas day the dogs had been left in cages for over 17hrs before someone came in to let them out. Unacceptable. I hate to leave this review but I think it's needed to let these owners know this is not what people expect when spending hundreds of dollars to have their pet looked after. Dogs need attention. Not to mention the lack of personality at the counter. They dont even say hello. It's like its run by a bunch of kids who no one knows what is going on. The cameras turn off everyday and on every day at the same time. Not sure what purpose this serves. read more

Unfortunately I went in to get dog food... was not greeted when I walked in, instead I got to listen to dirty booty shaking music playing. I got ignored and not once did the lady I think her name was sam look me in my eyes. She asked for my card and when the payment was done she just walked away...that was it... bad customer service to me.. I also did smell something foul kinda like weed. Hope the works are sober dealing with dogs very disappointed. Will not be back. read more

Poor quality care and lack in customer service. My pup attended daycare only three days. On his last day, he spent 20 min playtime with other dogs and the rest of the 4 hour hour duration was left alone in a room. (see photos) During that time, I called to voice my concern but Elaine, didn't want to be bothered and hung up abruptly. Sadly I had to finish out my work day feeling furious as I watched my pup pacing the floor, curled up in a ball or sitting next to the door waiting :( In addition, on 1st day I also questioned his care because I didn't see him on the cameras most of the day. Later I found out he was also kenneled Then he had 2 accidents in the lobby upon picking and immediately went again in the grass. Apparently his is needs were not met while attending The Dog Stop. This is not what I imagined a puppy daycare would be like. I looked forward to dropping him for social play time and puppy interaction at least 3 days a week. The Dog Stop came highly recommended from my hair stylist however, I am not comfortable returning and will share my negative experience with her. I also gave Elaine my business card and asked her to have the owner call me. Its been 5 days and I have not gotten a phone call :( read more

I have a 2 year old schnauzer who I bought during Covid. So needless to say he is antisocial. The dog stop over exceeds my expectations for boarding, daycare and grooming. The staff is amazing. They are very professional and caring. The facility is Immaculate! I went away for 10 days out of state. My dog did amazingly well. I would highly recommend The Dog Stop. read more

I'm still relatively new to Florida and the Palm City area. I needed a groomer for my long haired dacshund (Zoe) - who somehow morphed during the past week into a walking dust-mop! I called The Dog Stop and the staff were very helpful and "squeezed" me in for an appointment the same day. They were so pleasant and helpful. Barry came out to greet Zoe and I, and took time to make her feel comfortable before leading her to the grooming area. As promised, Barry called me to say that Zoe would be ready in 20 minutes and when I arrived to pick her up she was ready and very very happy. Barry did a beautiful job with her haircut, ears, and tail shape. The staff at the desk were extraordinarily helpful too - providing assistance to obtain the paperwork I needed for Zoe's vaccination records. The Dog Stop is fantastic!! When I called Dog Stop they were very professional and returned my call promptly. My dog has special needs and is hand shy especially with strangers. He comes off as aggressive because of it but he is very sweet if he knows you. I spoke to Dog stop about his needs and the groomer took special time out to let my dog relax outside with her before getting groomed. I was so amazed at the care they took with my dog! He came home HAPPY!! He is 6 yrs old so he's been groomed quite a few times and never has he been happy about it until now. Thank you Dog Stop for all you did to improve my precious boy's experience. I highly recommend The Dog Stop! I am very protective with dog, as she is my right hand. However, I had to go on an unexpected over night and my back up person was unavailable. I found this place and as we pulled up and walked in, Tesla, my pup was immediately happy, and comfortable. I had issues with my paperwork and the friendly staff helped me get it corrected. Tesla had such a good time, so I brought her back within the same week for a play and a bath. When we pulled up to the store, Tesla nearly jumped out the window with excitement. My heart was full and warm. The staff greeted her as if she was family. Tesla went to the back with the staff as if she new him since birth. It was great. I boarded my blue nose pit bull dog for a little over a week, before doing that he went through the evaluation program and I was told that he was amazing. Once I left I almost never saw him on any of the pup cams, when I inquired I was told that he wasn't feeling comfortable around some of the dogs so they were going to be rotating them so everybody got to be on the play room. Later that week again I inquired because I haven't seen my dog and when I called not only was he having trouble with a couple of dogs but it was now him being uncomfortable and aggressive with ALL of the dogs so I asked if my dog was being kept all day in his kennel to what they said that he wasn't and that he was receiving one on one attention to which I could never verify on camera. At this point I asked for them to send me a report of what was going on and a picture, but lets be honest a picture of a dog unless he's really abused doesn't tell you much. Bottom line when I picked up my dog they returned his bed which had been soiled with urine and he had literally destroyed it which he has never done at home, for him to wet his bed he must have been on that kennel a long time. Not having cameras panning across the kennels is really convenient if your dog is being caged for long periods of time, you'll never know. He also had scratches on his muzzle which the care taker attributed to pushing his cushioned bed around. Once is enough, never again. read more

This place is awesome! We contacted them because we needed boarding for an upcoming vacation. They offered us 5 free days of day care so our dog could get used to them and they could assess our dog. Puppy loved it! She played all day and I was able to watch her on the video cams. During boarding, the dogs play in the day care area at no extra charge. I've also used the grooming service and have been satisfied. And, they have a retail store with cool stuff at good prices. The staff is so kind and caring. You can tell they love dogs and love their jobs. The facility is clean and they're open 7 days/week. Prices are reasonable. So far, 3 friends whom I've recommended to the dog stop have used them (grooming, day care, and boarding) and all 3 have loved it. Take your pup there, you won't be disappointed. read more

I am absolutely impressed with the customer service! Very accommodating. We are in FL for work and needed our puppy clean. They did wonderful! Lots of items for sale! Very clean shop!
