The previous groomer would always shear our dog right to the skin, telling us he was too matted. Turns out he just didn't want to spend the time, taking too many dogs at the same time. Every staff member is friendly from the moment you call to the time you leave. I love that they immediately put your pet in an exam room so you don't have to deal with lobby germs and interactions and you also pay in the room to scoot out quick.
