He actually runs in the door, delighted to see the owner Danny, his 'personal stylist,' Karen, and Adam (who bathes the pets). The grooming is always excellent. We stop by in between groom and bath/nail visits to get his nails filed (keeping them short is important to me). We visit 4 times a month and truly could not be more pleased. Wish there was a 50-star rating!!

Initially, it was to get her nails trimmed but I then brought up a full groom. She wasn't available until Monday so we reverted back to setting up appt to get her nails trimmed. At that time she told me that she only grooms small dogs which is something that should've been said prior to attempting to set up an appt for Monday. After several texts back and forth, she asked if I could come in the 9 am the following morning for the nail trim. I asked for something a bit later to which she responded, "I'm going to have to pass on the nail trim I'm sorry I just have a bad back and can't do big dogs". Why did she waste my day when I relayed the size of the dog and sent a picture?! It's not a good business practice to keep a customer "on the leash" for close to an entire day and then end it saying they have a bad back. I'm seriously disappointed in how she presented herself and then let me down. I will not be recommending her as there are enough groomers in the area that don't misrepresent their businesses.

The dog was badly in need of grooming....his regular groomer was not available. We were also dealing with my dad's hospitalization. Mary said she could groom the dog on Christmas Eve. During the grooming, Mary discovered a sore on his back side. She let me know that I should take him to get checked out at the vet. Turned out to be somewhat serious and he was put in antibiotics. If not for Mary, he would have suffered in silence. Oh and the grooming job was great too! Thanks to Mary for helping us during a time of stress!

One star bc then you cannot leave a review. She behaves as if she's perfection, horrible interpersonal skills!!! When I remarked @ the haircut, she became extremely defensive & stated, "that I was not allowed to criticize, complain or give any negative feedback @ her staff grooming." Really??? According to beccas world, no one is allowed to express their valid dissatisfaction with her or her staffs grooming! And then clients she's had for years she just kicks them to the curb. A lot of dogs seemed unhappy because of the noise level and lack of room to play, making it hard for the dogs to feel relaxed. When I asked the staff how they supervise and divide up the dogs, I got no valid answers. I left feeling like I would be taking a huge risk if I left my dog there because clearly, none of them had a clue what they were doing. While there are likely some people who have had a good experience with this facility, I will not be returning again.
