A complete pet store with all the products but impossible to find any help. I've been there twice and had to find what I wanted because other than a cashier there was no one to help. read more

One of the only pet stores that I have seen that really takes good care of the fish. The employees seem to really care.

Had what appeared to be the pleasure of visiting this store while outside the area, until I got home and found out I was overcharged. Calling and speaking with Vee the Asst Manager made no difference unless we would drive 1 1/2 hours north again ! So here's how it all went down .... Visited in morning and worked with Alan the manager. We found a deal on treats in which they had a BOGO offer. He checked and said it applied. When he rang up the two items, he did not realize his error, or that discount had to be applied. We had multiple items so when asked if all came up correctly, we entrusted he reviewed. He didn't We drove home South only to see the error and thought they could quickly remedy over telephone. Nope ! Every excuse that while they were aware they made error, that they would not easily correct. Sometimes it comes down to principal. We contacted their Corporate Client Service to find the same lack of any care. Over the week after purchase, we left two messages, and three emails to request help as their phone service requested. Nothing more than a message late Friday that they could not find email and will try to look further. In looking at BBB we noted they appear to have moved Corporate Offices to Florida and no additional contact available. Reviews online are mixed at best. We are now heading to return both items and full price and will no longer support this company. To many other pet stores that truly care, and code their technology to work properly and meet discounts offered. When they applied refund that actually tried to take back part of BOGO for the others items too, and it took almost ten minutes for repair from another Manager visiting locally. read more

Very little supplies, and what they do have is dusty. The employees pay no attention to customers and all they do stand around and talk. The last time I went in. The two associates that were working would get rude and roll their eyes at you for asking questions on where things were. The last time I was there was three years ago. And they had a young male manager. And he found it funny to pick up a sanconier and stick it in its mouth. That poor bird was petrified. It sicken me. er. read more

Im not sure what everyone is complaining about Ive been coming for years, because this is the easiest parking lot, and it's never crowded. The employees are always easy to find, and spent 20 minutes one day trying on collars with my latest puppy. read more

Probably the rudest group of bitter old women in there this morning. I will never bring my dogs in to this location. Maybe you shouldn't have your birds cages inches off the ground if you don't want them interacting with pets that are brought in. To be chastised, eyes rolled and then nasty words exchanged about me & my dogs to your coworkers? No thank you. Then that coworker is the one to check me out and is silent and rude?? Bad bad experience. I own a local dog walking and pet sitting company and have been working with animals for over 20 years and this store is a sad excuse for a welcoming place for pets and their owners. Laziness all around. Lift your bird cages up if you don't want something to possibly happen to them. That's not on me! That's on you! Do better. I will be referring all of my clients to other locations or pet stores from here on out!! read more

Terrible customer service starts right at the top. The young girl was trying to help me with measurements for a dog crate for a rescue this evening. Not once but twice the manager failed to acknowledge my existence. He actually instructed the clerk to leave me and help another customer all while he was fiddling around on his cell phone. The crate was $170 alone and I had gathered food and treats as well. Maybe he can put it all back on the shelf when he gets done playing on his phone. I won't be back. read more

They have new employees there, specifically a blonde who answered the phone and runs a register and a brunette in fish, both ladies are the first I have found that have fully planted ecosystem tanks at home like I do. They are the most knowledgeable people I have spoken to in four years ( this includes all fish related businesses) they even knew about local amphipods (scuds), live daphnia, beneficial microworms (substrate/detritus worms) and shrimp parasites. They knew plants by species and where very helpful. The young lady who answered the phone even new fish species and checked to let me know if they had what I was looking for. These are the first employees I talked to that knew how to sex crayfish,shrimp and live breeders, before this I had to educate the employees if I asked for female shrimp (even when it was obvious as they were gravid). I have been shopping at this location for a few months now. Today, I needed some dog food. I questioned one of the employees where a certain dog food was located. The employee did not know, so he asked another employee. I was told that the particular dog food that was on promotion ended. I proceeded to buy the other food that I needed and on my way to the cashier the same employee told me that he spoke with the manager and that she would honor the promotion for me. That was very nice of her. She helped me to save money. I will definitely be back. read more

I have nothing but good to say about this crew! They are always polite and helpful and informative about my pets and creatures. I was a bit timid at first shopping there because some sections for my pets are not stocked with many options or extras. This place is my #1 now. That was really due to the service that made me a loyal customer. This place has always been staffed with great people and managers. Remember that everyone has their days too and someone had mentioned a manager on their phone in another review. Yes lady, they are managers a lot of the business and internet and work communications is done on the phone nowadays. I called to check if they carry my dog's prescription food. Nicki was very sorry to have to answer the phone and conveyed that. Said she'd "have to go check." Left me on hold and I finally figured out she wasn't coming back. I tried calling for another 40 minutes to see if they carry it and got a busy signal. Why so rude? read more

Very helpful & knowledgeable staff. Much more, high quality merchandise than Pet smart & Petco.

They will lie to you just to sell they gave me false information way more than once and never have what i need they know nothing about fish they even had a beta with guppies fighting each other and catfish with goldfish and brackish fish with freshwater fish they told me mono which is a brackish fish and they told me its fresh they just hire anyone know mater what they know i know were im going either petco nearby or aquatic n exotic read more

I am so disappointed in the way pet supermarket has guided me about a bearded dragon! They almost caused me a $400 vet bill! Not pleased one bit, when I got on the phone with one of the lower managers, she wanted to start raising her voice at me when questions couldn't be answered! Uneducated completely and rude! read more
