I have been sending my older dog to Waggles since they first opened and have since trusted them to care for my puppy when she started going to Waggles. I have trusted them with caring for my dogs during daycare and boarding. My dogs love it there!! I am sorry to hear about the tragedy that occurred with the dog on the bus, and my heart goes out to the family! I sincerely hope nothing like this ever happens again! It's now national news that this company left a customer's dog inside a crate in the back of a closed van for the entire day -- and it died. See link on another comment below. The CEO of this company needs to reevaluate how they train their staff -- and maybe the amount of compensation they're paying the staff? -- and perhaps needs a refresher themselves on proper business management. Always thought about bringing my dog here so she can have some fun and socialize but now I'm not. I will never bring my dog to a business where they do not have common sense. With that lack of common sense they killed a poor dog. Person responsible driving that van and picking up Miller should be fired and charged with animal abuse (cruelty), as should the business - for not having a great system put in place. This was preventable. How does someone not realize that the 110lb black lab they picked up was not in the play group?? An idiot. How does someone not see Miller in the crate when unloading the others? Do they not have a list to check when unloading the van to confirm they got everyone out or even a second pair of eyes to confirm? Reckless. This poor dog suffered a brutal death while thinking he was going to have the best day at daycare with his dog friends. read more

We absolutely love Waggles and the staff who have cared for our dog over the past five years. She gets so excited every time they pick her up. The staff have always been so caring, loving, and attentive to her, and we have always felt comfortable knowing she was in good hands. What happened yesterday was absolutely heartbreaking and terrible, and I sincerely hope something like this never happens again. That being said, I can only speak from our own experience over the past five years, and we have seen firsthand how much the staff care about the dogs and how much love and attention they give them. We had the worst experience at this pet resort. Took terrible care of our dog and accused him of being aggressive even though he's never once been an aggressive dog. Makes you wonder how they were treating him. Don't recommend at all. read more

It gives me no pleasure to write this, but unfortunately this is a horrible company run by horrible, greedy people. We took our dog here for training, doggy daycare two days a week and boarding when we were out of town. It cost us thousands of dollars. Our pup successfully learned to sit and stay and lay down and all the other things you expect a dog to know. He will do pretty much anything for a treat. Everything was fine for several months. The feedback we received about our admittedly rambunctious dog was routinely positive. They regularly sent pictures and videos of him playing and having fun. Then some of the good, experienced staff left. In hindsight this should have been a big red flag for us. Apparently, most of the new and remaining staff doesn't know how to deal with animals. Suddenly, our dog, which they trained, was not well behaved enough for them. A few days later they called to say he is no longer welcome here. No conversation. No discussion of more training, if that was their actual concern. Nothing constructive to offer at all. They didn't even have the balls to do it in person. Don't waste your time! All they want is your money. They don't give a damn about your pets! read more

Waggles staff and owner are all amazing , caring and know each dogs likes and dislikes too !!! They are one of only Pet Resorts that would accept my rescue pitty. I had training and she now goes th their enrichment center for more specialized needs and training . My Bella loves going 4 days week . 2 years since my initial review, so I'm due for an update! I've since been given a tour of the facility so I now know what the play areas and suites look like. The Waggles staff keep the whole facility spotless! I also adopted a second dog, Juniper, last year and she goes to Waggles with Reese when I am at work. Juniper is very high energy and Waggles does an amazing job making sure dogs with all play styles are matched with the right play group. Lastly, I've put both of my pups through Waggles' training program and cannot say enough good things about the trainers. Reese and Juniper have shown a lot of improvement in obedience because of the training. As such, I am updating my review to 5 stars (although getting live feeds to check in on our own would still be amazing!). read more

This place is amazing! My dog, Billy was not feeling well one day while he was a daycare, they contacted me right away, I took him straight to the vet to be treated. Abby came to my home a few days later with a care package and get well card , hand written and signed by the staff!Her visit was a complete and unexpected surprise . I have used Waggles 4x as of the date of this review. I have a newly adopted and very playful big pup Rocky. He's about 1.5ish years old and has endless energy. He likes to wrestle with his fellow dog friends as well. Waggles has managed to find other dogs to match his energy and he comes home exhausted. Peaceful nights are great! The staff is very attentive and appears to genuinely care about their human and canine clients. Rocky being the first dog I've ever had where I felt daycare would benefit him, I'm always asking questions during drop-off and pickup. The Waggles staff is quite patient with me. :) Rocky has had one bath and his nails trimmed twice and the groomer did a great job. He has shorter hair so no real grooming is necessary. I really wish they had webcams of the indoor and outdoor play areas though (the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars now). For a newer facility, it's the one thing they're lacking. They will send you a video of your dog for no extra cost if you ask them to, though! :) This place is great and I will continue to bring Rocky here. I will update if I am ever in need of their boarding services. read more

Waggles staff, especially Angel is amazing!! They all clearly love the dogs so much. My son's very energetic Bernie doodle Bear was trained beautifully by Angel! They make the training fun and engaging for the dogs! The training is easily transferred to the pet owners, which is awesome! Training at waggles for my golden doodle puppy was terrific, thanks to Angel! She's truely the 'dog whisperer' sorry Cesar! I'm impressed with the the facilities here. Some of the staff seem very attentive and the owner was very reassuring explaining their processes and giving a tour of their facility. I would prefer to get more updates from them when I board my dog. And also a few photos would be nice, to see what's going on and provide reassurance. I had a young shy (by nature) Italian Greyhound, Waggles was the 3rd Day Care I tried because I was dragging him in places and something didn't sit well with me. Within 3 weeks (he only goes once a week) my puppy was walking in the front door, yes still a little scared but I wasn't dragging him. The owners give you that special time and truly care for your dog like they are their own. I am one of those "overprotected" dog moms and they put up with me . They sent me videos and worked with him and always called me back. I 100% recommended them, and I truly believe they got my puppy out of his shell. I can not say Thank you enough!! read more

We have boarded our Standard Bernedoodle here several times. It's a very clean facility and they are always accommodating. Best part my dog never smells when he comes home from here. They also have pick up and drop off service although I've never used it. read more

This place was horrible. They treated my dog like shit. They only feed him half of his food and he came home with bites and was limping. They caused him to pull a muscle and his leg was broken. The owner doesn't care about dogs just wants your money. I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

I wanted to update my review and give Waggles 10 stars, but alas, five is the limit. My fur baby tore her ACL earlier this year and so she had to stay home from daycare for several months, and today was her first day back. Not only was she super excited once she walked in, but the staff was kind enough to call me with an update (because I was nervous on her first day), as well as send me a video that made me so happy to see how much fun she was having. They also let me know when I picked her up that they took extra care to make sure she didn't push it too hard with "play and chase" which I can't tell you how much I appreciate while she recovers. Their system for grouping dogs by play style instead of size is also such a comfort, because although Jolene is a big girl, she's a gentle giant and they take great care in making sure the dogs are socializing with a group that match their energy. I just can't say enough great things about Waggles, the facility and the excellent staff! read more

My two pups love it here . They are exhausted when they come home from daycare . We do the chauffeur service and have our dogs picked up and dropped off at the house and never had any problems . We have also done the bath and grooming service and the dogs looked and smelled amazing . My only suggestion would be to post more photos . Overall I highly recommend read more

Waggles Pet Resort was amazing! We had never boarded our dog before, as he always stayed with family, but that wouldn't work this time. Waggles made me feel very comfortable, and even when I described my dog as "a grumpy, old man" they were excited for him to come stay. They were very accommodating as well. Our flight was cancelled due to a snow storm, so I was so grateful when they let Tonka stay an extra day. They were always quick to answer my questions and give an update on Tonka. He slept for a whole week afterwards because he was so tired! I know he had a good time! We treat him as our child, and I would recommend this pet resort to anyone who wants to spoil there doggie! read more
