During our conversation, i was spoken over repeatedly, dismissed and finally hung up on. These people have no business treating animals, and they have no business dealing with their human owners. Knowing what I know now, his prognosis was not good, but there were some real things that could have been handled differently. For one thing, the doctor did not truly examine my dog or think to xray him to find out why he began coughing in addition to his surface infections. Turns out, his lungs were collapsing. They sent him home with me that day and he died the same night. I wish I could have at least known what was going on so we could understand how much time we had left, it really hurts. I did not feel like Mount Plaines provided adequate care. They just didn't care to look closely at all, and seemed to be uncomfortable with me as I started to panic that my dog was in serious condition. They don't even call the next day to follow up on your pet, good vets do this. I regret using them after i had to switch vets after I moved.

They always leave happy as well and then the take a nice long rest when they get home , which makes my life ten times easier. I actually made sure to brush her body before the appointment and again, without even touching her hair you guys decided she was unable to get a cut only based off knowing it's been 3 months. The only option I was given was she needs to be shaved, to which I responded please don't shave her too short because what else was I supposed to say since I was being told NO when I asked for a cut only. You're contradicting yourself because those who have this type of a dog will know the one place that gets most tangled is by the face which is the only place she got a cut!! So yes, you're capable to cut when she has tangles.

We had been through at lot with 5 other daycare facilities with their promise not to let anything bad happen and thousands in vet bills. Then Pet Suites opened. They don't give the dogs toys in the all day play daycare-I will never understand places that do. Before and after the 8 hours of play the dogs stay in suites with no plastic trays to snack on. When she was at dogtopia I would watch on the cameras as the dogs just circled around the room all day. It was very stressful and for the animals too. That is not the case at Pet Suites. Thry have indoor outdoor play weather permitting. I never see dogs circling - just playing or lounging! When I unexpectedly got a puppy from the shelter during a very busy work time I signed her up right away for the puppy preschool. I could tell my puppy was happy, loved, and well cared for. The program is great. She is now in the regular daycare and I am more than happy with how the days are scheduled and how they are cared for. Having a clean, great facility and daycare/boarding programs is only part of it. The people that work there are ALL incredible. They all care for animals that much is obvious, but they are all great with people too--they must have high hiring standards. I thank them all for making rescuing this puppy possible. I can name them all as they all keep me coming back, but this is already too long - thank you Tina, Kaitlin, Jillian, Amanda, Danielle, Lauren, Mia....everyone else!

When I toured it was HOT and they were very proud of their out door area - with no shade, that the puppies had been in for 30 min. It gives me no pleasure to write this, but unfortunately this is a horrible company run by…read morehorrible, greedy people. We took our dog here for training, doggy daycare two days a week and boarding when we were out of town. It cost us thousands of dollars. Our pup successfully learned to sit and stay and lay down and all the other things you expect a dog to know. He will do pretty much anything for a treat. Everything was fine for several months. The feedback we received about our admittedly rambunctious dog was routinely positive. They regularly sent pictures and videos of him playing and having fun. Then some of the good, experienced staff left. In hindsight this should have been a big red flag for us. Apparently, most of the new and remaining staff doesn't know how to deal with animals. Suddenly, our dog, which they trained, was not well behaved enough for them. A few days later they called to say he is no longer welcome here. No conversation. No discussion of more training, if that was their actual concern. Nothing constructive to offer at all. They didn't even have the balls to do it in person. Don't waste your time! All they want is your money. They don't give a damn about your pets!
