Chicken ramen and a veggie katsu curry.

Now that I'm back on the eating healthy wagon, this is one of the two places in Blanchardstown Shopping Centre, where I'm guaranteed a decent selection of light, tasty options. Wagamama was quiet enough when myself and friend arrived for a late lunch (and wine - don't forget the wine) on a busy Sunday of shopping. The seating is made up of small benches and the upstairs restaurant space is bright and open. The food, as always, is gorgeous and came out fast - however, I did notice that the staff were very forgetful. Items were forgotten more than once, and I watched in a hunger-induced horror as our yummy gyoza sat out for aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaages on the bar after being prepared. It's not the cheapest of places, and my slurpy soba dish would make a terrible and messy option for a first date - but there's nothing like a lovely plate of Japanese grub to fuel another hour or so of trawling the shops.

I like restaurants on the first floors. This is no exception. Loved siting by the window and observing traffic. Yes, I love looking at cars, pretty much like looking at pretty girls :) Tables are smart made, each of them has under-the-table shelf and hook or two. Plenty seats for infants and for 2-4 year olds. Recommend you to try fresh juices. I tried beetroot with various fruits - super delicious. My missus ordered some dish and when it arrived it was enormous. No lies here, we looked at other people's plates - huge! Loved sake. Not cheap, but affordable. Vine, in contrary - very overpriced. We paid, I think, €9 for a glass. Correct me if I'm wrong. When eating or waiting for food, you can observe chefs. One guy made a huge fire flame for like five seconds :) was cool.. amm... or should I say hot? :) Wheelchair access is available, tables are made to fit wheelchairs. I'd go there again, but remember, dishes are huge!

Love this chain and great to have one here. It's the same menu as all the others of course, but nice that this one has windows- unlike the city centre version. Good to get a window seat and look out on the delights of blanch shopping centre. This visit I Got the Yaki soba, which I can't resist ordering all the time. Desserts are surprisingly good. White choc cheesecake with ice cream is a personal favourite.

Japanese food is my thing so I really love Wagamama. This time I had the chicken ramen with you one of their green smoothies. The ramen bowl is huge hit somehow I managed to eat everything! This places has a nice seat view, from the second floor you can see most of the shopping complex. There's a little coffee shop just beside Wagamama, perfect for coffeelovers

I love visiting Wagamama during my lunch break with friends from work. Service is good, efficient and the staff are always friendly. The food is always really good! They do a lunch menu where you can get a main and drink for €9.95 and it's well worth it. My favourites are the chicken bento box and the Raisukaree curry with chicken. If you're around Blanchardstown Centre you definitely should pop in.

This place is a refreshingly healthy change to all the fast food style restaurants in blanchardstown. It's got a querky decor with benches that can be found in many Japanese restaurants. I give it a 4 out of ten They loose 1 star for there drinks which always taste watered down and because they grill there gyoza instead of steaming. It leaves the gyoza tasting overcooked. Other than that they get full marks for presentation, friendly staff and quality of food.

Limited seating made it crowded for lunch on a holiday, but they still got people through in a reasonable amount of time. It's upstairs so if you get a window seat it's good for people watching with lots of foot traffic since its across the street from the Blanchardstown center mall. I had a teriyaki beef bowl. The food was good, could have used a little more meat in the dish. The meat was tender. Never saw a waitress again until it was time to pay the check. They do advertise takeout.

    Chicken bento..so tasty

There's a lunch menu with cheaper prices, but also a full dinner menu if you'd prefer that. I ordered the charsiu pork and was REALLY happy with it. The pork was a bit on the fattier side, but the flavoring was spot on. The rice was cooked perfectly, and the side dipping sweet soy sauce was amazing. The meal came with a fried egg and some bok choi. I was in heaven! This is some of the best charsiu I've had for a long time. My other two friends both ordered noodles - there were some flavors they felt were lacking. The mini shrimp commonly used for flavoring (we call it xia mi in Mandarin - but they do look a little freaky and could scare people unfamiliar with it away) was a different type so it just lacked a little bit of additional oomph. I do have to say, both noodle dishes (Mee Siam & Char Koay Teow) tasted extremely healthy and used fresh ingredients - but that could have been the part that was lacking. I think the really oily and flavorful street food feel was what was missing. But don't get me wrong, both noodle dishes were yum! Just missing a few key things to make it authentic Asian street food.
