The size gargantuan, the aroma intoxicating, and satisfaction guaranteed. Garlic Lovers Ramen - It starts with Tonkotsu AND Miso broth, which was redonkulous. Then the fried onion, grated garlic and black garlic oil elevated the bowl into one of the most intense ramen flavors I've had. The grilled chicken was odd, as expected, it just dried out too quickly. The Seasoned Egg (phenomenal!) tied the entire dish together. The Garlic Lovers Ramen from Kokoro officially landed a certified place in my ramen hall of fame. #BeastFromTheEast may have hindered our Dublin trip, but Kokoro warmed our souls during our final night. The meats in the raw buffet were labeled but none of the other ingredients were, so it was hard to know for sure what I was getting and whether it was free from soy or not. I feel fine now (a couple hours later) so I think it was safe, but only time will tell. They didn't keep the buffet super stocked up and we had to ask for some things to be restocked a couple of times. They said it was because they were busy but they weren't - there was only a handful of people there between both rooms. Overall this place was alright.
