A very underwhelming and magicless experience from start to finish... I've been wanting to experience the magic here for a while....too bad there isn't any. My entire experience was lackluster. Upon arrival the only employee was on her phone. No greeting, no hello. I was looking over the menu and she didn't even ask if I had any questions or anything...as she remained on her phone. I decided on ordering #8, Magi-magic. Again, no magic or anything special or "wow." I was given an overcooked waffle with ice cream, strawberries, bananas, and chocolate and caramel syrup. A #3 was ordered as well. That one was Oreo Passion. Cookies and cream ice cream, strawberries, Oreos, and chocolate and caramel syrup. 2 underwhelming waffles cost over $17. They also DO NOT accept the check-in offer on Yelp. I would not return. I will find magic elsewhere.

I think is this the kind of place that does a lot of things, but spreads itself too thin to do all of them well. This is a good dessert spot if you can't decide what you want to eat. There are smoothies (milk slush), bubble tea, frozen yogurt, iced green tea with flavorings, milkshakes, smoothie bowls, coffee and tea. We ordered two hot teas and two special waffles. The first waffle was a bit over done. We asked to have the second baked for less time but we realized the batter is too thin to give the waffle the satisfying, fluffy texture we wanted. The thinned out batter also means the waffle cools down too fast once it comes out of the waffle maker and becomes tough to cut. I wish they made the waffle thicker and were less stingy with the toppings. I also wish they handed out real utensils to make the cutting less difficult I'm in no rush to come here again. But I happen to have a craving for dessert waffles, I wouldn't mind. It's nothing special. Gets the job done. Warning: they will trap you into spending $10 when using a credit or debit card

Super upset First of they charged me 18.95$ for one bubble and this waffle with ice cream. Bubble tea was great which was 7.05$ I mean I think it's expensive. they charged me 50cent for the damn box they put in and they put peanut butter charged me for it horrible. I don't think I'll go there again . And if you make sure to take ur own container

Brown Sugar Milk Tea(Large) 2. Pineapple & Mango Tea

Everyone needs to stop sh*tting on this place. The workers here are really nice and obviously doing their best. The brown sugar bubble tea is amazing, if you're in the mood for something more fruity get the pineapple mango. The waffles are also very good as well and the vibe inside is different and unique. They have a variety of different things to chose from on the menu from desserts to shakes to sandwiches. I definitely recommend this place!!

I was very excited to come across Waffle Magic because who doesn't love a warm waffle with Ice cream on it right? I just don't love it from here. The idea of this place is grade A, but the execution is very poor. The waffle was very thin and by the time it got to me to eat, it wasn't even warm anymore. Even if I got passed the temperature, the waffle was tasteless, which was depressing. The toppings were old and underwhelming and the utensils weren't able to work with the dish. If i had to give some constructive criticism, Waflle Magic needs to work on their waffles.

This place has clearly gone downhill. We stopped by recently and the prices are sky high! Not worth it for me. I bought one bubble tea with brown sugar boba (it was not good at all) for almost $9! I'd rather have a meal for that price. I understand COVID has affected businesses financially, but this place seems like they're robbing customers. I don't see it lasting long in a mostly empty, dingy and boring strip mall. read more

Bubble Tea Awesomenss!!!! So good finding one close to home vs having to trek into the city. Awesome place the owners are very nice and we are regulars. You must try all the flavors of tea as they are refreshing and delicious. Also the waffle sandwiches are such a different spin on things. Really interesting combinations that has a taste for everyone. and of course you got frozen yogurt with all the toppings you can find. Definitely a place to go indulge make your way there !!! read more

i drove by this place a million times and finally stopped in. absolutely amazing, i wish i came in sooner. so many choices from ice cream to frozen yogurt to açai bowls to bubble tea. the famous reese waffle was amazing. my girlfriend ordered a peanut butter shake and that was amazing too, totally coming back here as a regular it was so good read more

First time here, I was curious about the place due to the parking lot it was in. However like the great saying goes never judge a book by its cover. I love my niece and I wanted to surprise her with some ice cream today. She loved it, and if she loves something than I love it as well. The place is definitely child friendly, very nice decorations. Was craving a delicious late nite snack and this spot nailed it! I had one of their Magic waffles and it was just, that magical. We all know that feeling when you want something to hit the spot and this did... just that. The waffle was the perfect combination of buttery and crispiness deliciousness. This place is great! They have so many options here! They have frozen yogurt, BUBBLE TEA, all other types of teas, waffles, shakes, etc. The prices aren't bad either and the staff is good. The bubble tea here has been hit or miss to be honest but it's one of the better ones in the area. The staff also is really nice and let me legit try all the frozen yogurt flavors lol read more

Very good ice cream waffles! I got the M&M Parfait with Chocolate and Cookies Dough Ice Cream and it was excellent. Waffle was delicious and crispy and the ice cream was very good. Plus the place is decorated very nice. Love the family atmosphere. read more

I have been going to this place since 2019, and all I have seen over the past few years how much it went downhill. I stopped going for about a year and today I decided to go again to give it another shot and I was so disappointed. there was only one person working , the poor lady was so busy w all the customers so the the wait was so long. prices have skyrocketed so much for food and drinks that are not even that great. I ordered a waffle that had strawberries on it and the strawberries were spoiled you could tell because they tasted so bad. to be honest I feel like the place needs new management that actually cares about their customers and workers. read more

Five stars for bubble tea and the guy behind the counter! Taro Iced bubble tea is so good, the Thai iced tea is pretty good too. they'll make the teas however you want them too, I get Taro Iced Teas without ice sometimes so I can take it for later. I'll admit I stop by once a week or so, I'm addicted. I don't get waffles that often, though. I think the reason is because the ones they advertise on the wall all have a million sugary toppings on them and look way too sweet. When I do order a waffle I always ask for it "sans ___" If they had simpler options on the wall I think I'd get them more often. This whole aside is not to be taken as bad waffles. The waffles themselves are super yummy when they aren't loaded with maple syrup and chocolate sauce and powdered sugar and granola and wet walnuts all at once. read more

Went here tonight and there were roaches crawling around on the candy counter. The worker was very apologetic but after coming to this page I see this isn't the first issue they've had in the last few weeks. I frequent this place for the bubble tea but I've never gotten the frozen yogurt before today. Unfortunately I will not be returning. read more

I've been coming here since the spring for the frozen yogurt. Good selection of unusual flavors, and decent toppings. What I love is that they charge by the cup size, rather than by weight. So you don't have to worry about whether or not you can afford cookie bits on top of your froyo. xD Today, at a friend's recommendation, I tried one of the waffles. They live up to the "magic" in the name: very light and sugary, with a delicate combination of fresh fruit, ice cream, and raspberry syrup on top. It wasn't a heavy breakfast waffle but a dessert waffle. And the coffee is good. What's not to love? read more

Whoever is that young blond girl is RUDE!! I walk in, and she's turns some of the lights off, so I ask, "are you guys closing?" and she says with attitude "yeah, in literally one minute, if you look on google, it says so" BUT IT LITERALLY SAID 10:30, and I walked in at 9:55. so I said that, and she rolls her eyes and says, "no, it says 10 pm." And I'm very nice and understanding because I know how frustrating it can be when someone come in so late but the attitude she gave was so unnecessary, especially her rolling her eyes several times at me and other customers. I never leave reviews, but she was insanely rude, and I hope she gets fired!! read more

The workers here were nice and friendly. I love that I am able to add whatever toppings I want to my açaí bowl, and thought the food was good. Only problems I had with my bowl was that it melted REALLY quickly even when sitting in the air conditioning, and because they made mine before my friend's and we ordered together, mine was just sitting on the counter. I was also not a fan of the container they used. It was flimsy. Overall though glad I went. read more

We went out to dinner with the family and decided to have a little dessert after dinner. We happen to be driving around West Babylon and saw this sign out of the corner of our eye. Who decided to stop in and got ice cream for all the kids and a waffle sundae for my wife and I the waffles are thinner than a Belgian waffle and tastes so much betterperiod I am very excited to have this place in the neighborhood. This is one of the best waffle places I've found on the island!! They've got a lot of choices and they're all pretty yummy!! They also have yogurt as well where you can make your own toppings! This is located in a big plaza, with lots of parking! Omg love this place! The staff is so nice and sweet too! Definitely my go to when I'm feeling for waffles and ice cream! read more

The bubble tea was good the waffle not so much. It tasted like something I would whip up at home... No big deal Your average sugar waffle covered in your choice of toppings. It was good but personally I hate skinny waffles and these were super flat. Decent cookies and cream ice cream. read more

Honestly? Very surprisingly decent bubble tea for a place on Long Island. Those are hard to find! I didn't try the yogurt. But I did have an M&M waffle. It was fantastic! The only thing I wish I did was read the menu better and realized that I didn't want the raspberry drizzle. Only thing that I didn't quite like was when my brother and I walked into the place, not even 30 seconds later one of the girls who worked there (who turned out to be quite loud..) says to us "are you getting a waffle? A sandwich? Yogurt? A drink?" I haven't even gotten a chance to look at the menu yet. Although her manager quickly said take your time, and pointed me to the menus. All in all, I've already recommended someone else who enjoys bubble tea there and I will certainly go back. read more

For $11.. the waffle is super thin and crunchy and falls apart. Also my boyfriend told cashier that I had a nut allergy and she seemed confused. As someone with severe allergies I was just nervous about cross contamination because many items contain nut products. Waffle is not awful but for the idea of it, could be a lot fluffier and more solid for the price. read more

Went to Waffle Magic for the first time today. The menu board is great because it has a picture of the waffle along with description. I got the Magi Waffle that had vanilla icecream, strawberries & banana with chocolate drizzle. The waffle was thin & crispy. The fruit was fresh. Overall a delicious dessert. read more

I would give zero stars. It's way to expensive, they also charge a percentage if you use your card as payment. The acai bowl was watery and taste disgusting with just banana and granola added to it. And the boba tea was not what I expected. Only thing my kids actually enjoyed was the frozen yogurt. And that was even limited because most of the flavors of the frozen yogurt weren't working. Almost $60 down the drain, I wouldn't recommend it. read more

Place is ok. Nothing wow. Waffles are light in texture and tasty. They could be slightly bigger in size for the price. In comparison, I can go to a diner and get a large waffle with 2 scoops of scream for the same price. They do have a big menu for other items as well. I may go back if im up for some bubble tea. read more

I have lived in West Babylon for awhile, always seen this place but never tried until yesterday. Yogurt was yummy, tons of topping and you pay her cup not by weight (which was fine by me). Also tried a taco waffle YUMMY. Place was clean and the girl who was working there was super polite. Will definitely be back again! read more

This place has a smart concept. Everyone loves ice cream so why not pair it with waffles. I love just about all the flavors. You can't go wrong with any of them. It really just depends on what you're in the mood for. The price usually comes out to under 10 bucks and you could share between two people if you choose. You can also get a big cup of frozen yogurt and fill it with as many toppings as you like. This is definitely a chill, cool place to hang out during the summer (all pun intended). I was searching for dessert and stumbled upon here randomly. I ordered the waffle combo which comes with a drink for a 2 dollar charge. Definitely worth it. Their waffle was so crispy and just the right amount of sweet. I got the famous reeses and the strawberry green tea. The drinks are a big size which is nice. They also have frozen yogurt but i dont know how good it is. I wish they gave everyones food out together instead of one persons then the second persons minutes later but overall a nice joint read more

Wow. I'm blown away by the selection they have to offer here. I've been looking for a new/ different take on dessert and I think I just found my new spot! Waffle magic has a variety of ice cream, waffles, shakes, amongst other things! Everything seems phenomenal and the ice cream was fresh! Even the bubble tea hit the spot! I recommend trying it for yourself and seeing how good it is. It's nice to have a friendly ice cream place in the neighborhood that is not overtly commercialized. Good job guys! read more

Waffle magic is so much better than swirls and twirls. They have a HUGE menu and variety here. They still have the yogurt machines with all the toppings in the back too!!
