My server Jordyn, was so kind to me and my 4 kids. Her and the other employee savanna made sure we had everything we needed and got 4 free waffle house hats. I recommend this waffle house out of all the other locations honestly for the employees. I came in and sat at the bar because I didn't want to take a table all by myself. There was a waitress standing there doing dishes. The entire time she was slamming dishes so hard it was rocking the bar and she was complaining the whole time about doing said dishes. It was to the point where I had to get up and sit at a table just to eat in peace. Then when I went to check out the same waitress Ignored me would not take my check to let me pay and leave! She kept taking the checks of everyone around me even though I was first in line. The manager actually came and cashed out my check. If you hate your job that much find a new one! first ill start with theb$2.95btrogo fee they charge well togo means u supply eatting utienles and condments that i did not recieve strike one.. then the $2.95 service fee they charge u... for what i order a patty melt plate for my husband with lettuce toms and bacon he got one sliver of lettuce no toms and very little bacon and then it was burn on top of that.. and plate means hashbrowns lol that was a joke he got a smigit of hashbrowns.. smh... u need to hire backur old waitress and cooks u had they took care of ur cust... needless to say $36 bucks and for shitty ass food... will not be back!!!! if i cld of posted this with out giving it a star or even half star i wld of but i had to give it one but trust they did not even desreve it!!!! read more

I'm not sure what y'all have going on here lately, the employees have gotten incredibly rude. They get an attitude about orders. This used to be my favorite location I've had at least four problems lately where I've had to go somewhere else for food. Tonight I came to get dinner at 10 after work and they said the place was shut down so they could clean the grills off.. I don't understand why y'all would do it so early. I saw multiple cars pulling out before I pulled in. Good way to loose money. The employees also didn't have to be rude about telling people that they couldn't cook. read more

Food is great and all, but ever since they hire some new employees a little after February the place aint the same anymore. They take forever to come and take your order. I have actually walked out twice. The night shift is so loud and childish. Especially one of the employees, she was actually serving us and a friend came in and decided to go and sit at their table and have a long chat about beer....
