We eat at this Waffle House all the time and have never had a bad experience until today. Our waitress was Kim, and she was perfect in service personality, all. However, a "new" waitress named Rita made our experioence less than pleasant. She was rude when she literally threw menus at us and my husband said we didn't need them. She came back with a very rude attitude and remarks. She then proceeded to stand at the counter next to our booth and eat celery and peanut butter, sing in a very loud voice, and yell loudly across to others. Yes, Waffle House isn't necessarily a quiet place, but she seemed to be deliberately trying to be annoying. And she certainly did succeed. I highly recommend this Waffle House for quality of food, service, and all else; just avoid Rita and try to go on days she is off! read more

I love Waffle House! This location in particular though took our order immediately and had extremely fast service--even faster than usual Waffle House Service, and even while they were training a new cook and only had a few empty tables. The food had the same great taste and was served extra hot. I got my usual chocolate chip waffle and side of bacon and it all came perfect. read more

We ordered carry out when we got back to the hotel we were missing food. Went back to restaurant to let them know of the missing items and they wanted us to return the food. ( we ate what we got) so they said for us to come back tomorrow. So we went back the next day to be told by the manager we got what we paid for. The girl that took our order took the wrong thing down for our order. What we ordered before tax was $33.00 and the manager said if we ordered what we said we did that the bill would have been over $66.00 we asked why and he said they charge 20% for carry out. This was not told to us when we placed our order. Very poor customer service and rude manager. read more

I eat breakfast at a Waffle House every Monday through Friday somewhere in the south east. I found myself at a motel this night with not many dinner options. I usually eat Mexican or Chinese. I ordered the T-bone with two eggs over easy, hash browns and wheat toast. Unsweetened tea and Splenda (diabetic). The service was fast friendly, steak was cooked as I asked, eggs were perfectly over easy. Steak was not steakhouse quality, but I am not at a steakhouse. Best, Fastest Waffle House with the friendliest service in the area!!! Very very quick, almost like a drive through and great service.

The waitress was nice and professional first of all. I proceeded to order a T-bone bone steak dinner with hashbrowns and a salad. The salad was terrible it had choped up peices of the tomatoes end where it connects to its vine in it once again that was ok I didn't expect much for a waffle house salad so no big deal. Once my main entree was brought out I put ketchup on my hashbrowns and immediately heard the chef say "it's disgusting to put ketchup on hashbrowns" loudly enough I could hear him in the corner booth. Honestly I didn't really care and acted as though I didn't hear it figure he's probably just jealous I have to teeth to eat with. But then I cut into the steak I ordered it medium THIS THING WAS SO RAW ON THE INSIDE IT WAS SCREAMING HELP ME AND I THOUGHT I WAS CUTTING THROUGH A BONE BUT NO THE DAMN THING WAS FROZEN ON ONE SIDE! So I politely payed for my meal left it un eaten and left without tipping something I've never done. I always tip well and have always had excellent service prior to tonight but it only takes once to lose my buisness I suggest your cautious with what you order at this particular location and look before you chew. read more

I'm 62yrs old now I remember this place quit well,I was 14 the first time I ate there and in all these years that place hadden changed at all except the employees then again they haven't changed either,just kidding but this waffle House looks as if it has frozen in time nothing has changed not the food drinks nothing it's as if time stood still error feeling huh that would place it back around 48 years ago. Man I hope th at food hadn't been there that long but you know waffle House was always looking for ways to cut back on cost.
