But when I came inside to ask for a refund because it took way too long, then she got sassy and POOF. My food was ready in mere seconds. Almost like the staff weren't paying attention like my food was ready but just sitting. But the wait definitely isn't worth it. Call ahead before wasting your time waiting. Or take yourself to a place worth your money & time. Really disappointed, everyone recommended this place to me, I'm new in town. Maybe I'm just used to quality service. If your expectations are very low for things like your time the service you receive & used to crap quality this is the place to go. Also I noticed they don't practice prebussing their tables so it just doesn't look like a place that cares about customer service. I should've went to lake city. Now I know.

WARNIng - the address is correct, but the YELP directions link, pinpoints it on the wrong side of the road. The restaurant is in the Post Office plaza on the West side of 129.

Service - our server was very good. She was pleasant and attentive. Food - I ordered a cup of chicken and rice soup and a chef salad. The soup was very bland and there was very little chicken. The chef salad is offered in half and full size portions. I ordered the full size and it was huge! The picture does not do justice to the size and the generous amount of protein and other toppings. It was very good. Overall Value - This seems to be the only true restaurant in the area (every else is pretty much fast food). As a result, the restaurant could probably get away with charging more or being less generous with the portions. Therefore, I consider this restaurant to be a very good value

We got a high top table in the bar area. Our server came over and took our order after a minute or two. The menu has plenty of options. I ordered a cowboy steak salad and my husband ordered a burger. However, it took about 45 minutes for our food to come out. When it finally did, my steak was cold. It was very disappointing. I think they need another cook on staff.

I'll admit I wasn't too excited when hubs picked Krystal as I've never been a fan of their burgers BUT I've always liked their chili cheese pups. 1-star- For serving customers with both bathrooms out of commission and not being able to wash hands. Thankfully, their neighbor Taco Bell had operational, clean bathrooms. 5-stars - For chili cheese pups as good as I remember! Their crispy , skin on fries were good, too.

We also wanted to see the band since one of our friends is a member. Well, the 2nd time was no better than the first. The food is bland and both of our sandwiches were dry (when they should have been moist). Also, it seems as if the cook doesn't season anything. The only reason that they get 2 stars in the review is because of the great service and the nice drink specials that they ran. Band was great but the food was on the low side of very average. The place may do better with a new cook but until then we won't be back to eat.
