Great breakfast food. Stopped in heading to vacation in Daytona. Always a great stop off and refuel before hitting the road. Service was impeccable and great atmosphere as always. Loved it. Stop in and get you some!

It is hard to give this place to five star is also hard did not give them five stars. This location is way out in the middle of nowhere. I never been to a huddle house before I was expecting more football players in a huddle discussing the next play. My expectation was incorrect apparently Huddle House means pancakes or maybe waffles. It's like a Waffle House but with everything better. Places like Waffle House don't usually constitute a five-star for me just because of what they are. Huddle House did deliver so they must be rewarded with all 5 stars. The place seemed so slow I thought it was closed. Turns out I was the only customer and then we're open. The store was very clean and the bathrooms were clean. My waiter was quick to be there. I look to the menu briefly it made a choice before he came back. The service was great the waiter was really friendly. The burger I ordered turned out to be really good. It came up fast and hot. It look good as well. I can't complain at all they did a really great job at meeting my needs.

4 stars because the service was so wonderful! The food was a bit over dry. But I'm from Texas so our food may be different. I love a place where the staff is friendly!

Stopped here for a quick bite on a road trip. All day breakfast places I'm usually in for. Hot sandwiches, coffee, and a decent hot chocolate... nothing extremely fancy here but a meal none the less.

    Setting on every table :)

When you see the daily specials on their menu, you know it's the real deal. Not only is there fried chicken and chicken n dumplings, but the vegetable sides include such grandma favorites as Jello with fruit and often several kinds of peas . . . and rutabagas, any time you actually can find rutabagas on a restaurant menu you know they're not playing around in the kitchen and they're catering to old timers who themselves know how to cook. I had chicken n dumplings with fried eggplant and cucumbers and onions salad as my sides and cornbread came along with the plate as well. Everything was delicious. The cucumbers tasted fresh from someone's garden--like they had that just-picked taste you don't normally encounter in restaurants at all. Service was fine, an older waitress who checked on me and kept the iced tea coming. The interior is comfy, old license plates on the wall, regulars greeting each other and coming over to each other's tables. But the food is what stands out: not at all fancy, indeed, it doesn't taste like restaurant food but literally like eating at a Southern friend's grandma's house and I don't believe there could be a higher recommendation than that.

I requested eggs to be cooked over medium and they were absolutely perfect!!! I was thrilled because this is not a typically happens when I order this type of egg. That tater tots Tasted like they were cooked in fresh oil and the bacon was amazing. A friend ordered the same except with home fries and a hot cake. She was a little bummed at the home fries as they were just sliced & just not what she expected. Her eggs and bacon were also amazing and her hot cake was wonderful. Coffee was nice and strong with good flavor. I visited the restroom and although the building is obviously old it was very clean. Crystal was our server and she was warm and engaging. 10/10. I will definitely visit again when I'm in the area!!

It seems that their familiar logo beckons in all of its bright yellow neon glory road-weary travelers, partying college kids, parents with kids in tow, hungry workers seeking a casual and quick sit-down meal and just about everyone else from every walk of life. Since Waffle House opened its first location back on September 5, 1955 in Avondale Estates, Georgia, it quickly established itself by offering a consistent selection of food and by being open twenty-four hours a day. For me, the biggest appeal of Waffle House has always been their hash browns, which you can get basic or topped with a variety of toppings such as chili, white sausage gravy, cheese, ham, onions and so many more items and you can combine these toppings in a multitude of ways. For my main course, I have usually gone with their patty melts or one of their egg breakfast options. I myself can see the strangeness that I have never had a waffle in a business where waffle is in their very name, but I prefer a more savory breakfast than a sweet one. If you are in the southeast United States, odds are you have probably passed a Waffle House location. It is common knowledge that many things in the Atlanta area are expensive especially alcohol but tonight we were stunned at the amount we were charged for a beer in Lake City at Longhorn. We had a lovely steak and had commented throughout dinner at how very good the meal was and at a fair price. That good feeling went right out the window when we received the check. Charging over $12 for a 12 oz can of beer is insulting and it ruined our Longhorn experience. We dine out several nights a week and we are very loyal patrons but now have a bad feeling towards Longhorn. We don't have to have alcohol but we enjoy a good, cold beer and we are aware that restaurants make good money off of alcohol sales. We are fine with a restaurant making money and we contribute to those profits regularly but tonight we definitely feel taken advantage of and I'm not sure we will return to Longhorn.
