The environment is nice, moderately loud, but you can still hear the people you are talking to. After speaking with Fanny, the bartender, who is awesome, the manager came over and made things right, because of my long wait! They have karaoke every second and fourth Saturday. Dj was awesome! A lot of people complain about their food, but I'm not sure why because all my experiences were great. I never experienced staff that were bad... I'd say perhaps I just hit them on good days but I went so many times and didn't have a bad experience, I'm not exactly sure what the complainers were going on about.
