This be might be too far north. Service was ok, eggs over easy cooked right, toast and bacon good. Waffle, how can you screw that up? But the hash browns - scattered (broken up), smothered (onions), covered (slice of cheese on top) chunked (diced ham). Well, look for yourself read more

The place has not been remodeled or reconditioned since it opened at least 20 years ago. Food is good but the air blows so cold your food is aso cold in minutes. If you want quick service it is ok but local diners are same price with better atmosphere. read more

Amazing food. Nothing more to say besides a great place to eat at any time of the day or night.

SO LANA DEL REY. Vintage americana slaytastic. Kitchen was super noisy and we were seated right next to it, where we could see a literal mess of appliances. But I chalk that up to an authentic waffle house experience. Our server was really nice and the food was suprisingly really good. Perfect first time at a waffle house. I hope next time I see a fight go down! read more

The crew working this Waffle House this morning was a little bit more "senior" so it was less rowdy. That was nice to see because I don't need the noise and whining while I'm trying to eat my breakfast. Easy order and my meal turned out perfect a few minutes later. No complaints at all. read more

I give the cook a A+++ I give the waitress a C- For being ignorant but it was cash only I had to dig 4 bucks out in quarters well after she made a mistake it's fine the cook made it right and she forgot my soda that ok I was gonna go out still and dig up another 3 bucks in quarters to run back in but the waitress blew that with ignorance read more

This location has great service overall. The order came out quickly, the staff was friendly, and the meal was good.

Service excellent and so was the food. Never been to a better waffle house. My waffle and bacon were delicious.

They get a zero from me! All Waffle Houses are open all the time and we showed up at 8 pm and restaurant had customers but they had homemade sign on door that they were closed and we went in anyway and were told they are closed until 9 pm!! This was terrible! read more

Pretty awful. Eggs and toast were okay. Bacon undercooked and rubbery. Hash browns barely cooked and in a pile of grease. This is what happens when you're flapping your gums and not paying attention to your job. That woman talked and talked, loudly. The so-called cook. Waitresses not much better. Mine just disappeared. The worst Waffle House and I've eaten in many, Knoxville, Staunton, Chambersburg. read more

We went for breakfast Saturday & Sunday while visiting Haggerstown. The food was ok, good enough for us to go two days. Lynda our waitress was amazing and friendly. She was fast and checked in the table frequently. They do need to use something different to clean the tables because even after wiping the they still felt sticky to me. And they need to wipe down the seats more. read more

The food is usually good here but is anyone cleaning? If you look at the cooking area below the griddle, on the floor,or at fridges it looks like the place hasn't been cleaned in decades. read more

I mean it's Waffle House, as always the All Star is my go to and it did not disappoint!

Waffle House is my new favorite fast food restaurant! I can't believe that I never heard about this until recently when I took a road trip down the West Virginia to visit my friend! Who doesn't enjoy waffles and breakfast food at any hours? This fast food chain is usually open 24/7! Not only do they offer crispy yet fluffy waffles with or without chocolate, they also offer burgers and hash browns! When our friends and I took a pit stop here, we ordered an omelet, burger and chocolate waffles to share, and the meal was very satisfying with sweet and savory flavors, great and efficient service, and surprisingly clean ambiance! The burger definitely get the spot with its juicy meat and refreshing lettuce and tomatoes. The size was not too big or small, which filled me up just right. However the hash brown was a little lacking in flavors and a little oily. Other than that, I had a lovely meal! read more

At every Waffle House, they greet you when you come in the front door--they shout it out from behind the counter. Dependable comfort food. Stopped here for breakfast before our trip to Florida on Allegiant Air at nearby Hagerstown Regional Airport. Wife had the biscuits and sausage gravy. I had the pecan waffle and two eggs over easy. Both were tasty. See pictures. read more

Hi! I think I may have left my wallet at your location last night. I have been trying to call but can't get through to a person. Is there any chance you found a blue wallet at your location late last night, April 30? read more

Review is about how filthy the restaurant is. I sat at the counter and therefore saw everything - butter packets, creamers, and various other garbage littered the floor, piles of waffle batter on the counter, just filthy. I was afraid I would see mice next. Busy as they are hard to believe someone isn't held responsible for cleaning throughout the day. Woman at the door who seemed to be there to help people find seats sneered at me when I suggested they could keep the restaurant cleaner and said "They're too busy." Really?? It's a health hazard, lady. Hope for their sake they don't get cited by the health department. Folks work hard there. Someone should also be paying attention to basic cleanliness. read more

A friend was in town and we wanted to grab a quick bite before he headed back to the airport for his flight home. In the interest of time and seeing as how It was less than a mile from the house and just steps away from I-81, We decided on Waffle House. The Hagerstown Waffle House is no different than any other city or towns Waffle House. Their menu doesn't appear to have changed since my family and I would make the occasional stop on one of our many vacations some 30-40 years ago... And that's a good thing. The reliability of WH is unmatched among breakfast establishments. Nothing has changed because it's never needed to. You can be sure that whatever you order will be just as you expect it. I'll have the pork chops and eggs over easy with a side of hash browns please. The only downside of this particular establishment is it's almost always crowded. Beyond that, you can't go wrong with this place. Be it an early morning off to work breakfast or a late night after bar hopping and hangover preemptive strike, Waffle House has you smothered and covered. read more

This has to be one of the best customer services I received. As soon as we got there we got seated quickly and was able to order quickly as well. I have stopped in several times for to-go orders on my way home from work, and this place consistently has speedy service and hot food. Sometimes when I arrive to pick up my order, they are so busy that they're full. Other times there is no one in the restaurant. I get consistent quality every time. I will keep getting my Waffle House fix here. read more

It's Waffle House. The difference is that when they say "Good Morning!" you really believe that they mean it. We are regulars b/c we are made to feel welcome....especially the am staff. Nasty weird food. I like the feel of the restaurant and the staff both times were friendly but the food...oh my the food. Just bad. I don't even understand what they do to their hashbrowns/potatoes. Everything reminds me of the fake plastic food you buy in a little mesh bag to go with the fake little kitchen kids play with. If you were to eat the fake little food I bet your wouldn't find a difference from Waffle House food. read more

It is always a treat to stop at Waffle House. Tonight was no exception. I had crambled eggs with cheese, hash browns, raisin toast, and bacon - done to perfection. The staff was very hospitable.
