We started with the Pineapple Mimosa carafe ($18 for about 4 mimosas--great value!), but the real star was the Apple Cider mimosa we ordered later. I highly recommend starting with the cider! As a farm-to-table spot, the 30-minute wait for food was completely reasonable and well worth it. My Chicken and Waffles were cooked to perfection; honestly, the best I've ever had. My girlfriend's breakfast platter was equally impressive, specifically the house-made jam, which was a fresh, standout highlight. We finished with the Hello Honey and Cinn Full iced coffees to go, both of which were incredible. After a week in Augusta, this is my highest recommendation!"

The service is friendly and sometimes the kitchen can be slow, but the food is generally very good. The portions, to include the kids portions, are very generous. Chicken forward menu but there are also great options like the shrimp and grits which is a huge plate with creamy grits. There's also a cafe menu and the lattes are solid.

Went back for lunch with work and got the shrimp plate and it was awesome. Coworkers got the grilled chicken wrap and loved it. For lunch the value was fantastic. But went for a 3rd time tonight and tried some different items. Got the brisket Mac and cheese, Cuban Reuben Sandwich, and buffalo chicken dip. The brisket was super dry and had no taste and the mac tasted like it was out of a box and super dry as well. The chicken dip was just meh. The Cuban Reuben was my mistake as I thought it was just a Reuben. It was small and had hardly and corned beef and what little was there was super dry. So basically it was a Cuban with sauerkraut. Wasn't bad, but also wasn't good. So 2 out of 3 trips were good.

If you look at the picture of their baked spaghetti on THEIR OWN website, it shows baked spaghetti with FOUR meatballs. They don't explicitly say it, but that ain't happening without extra $$. So then you are prompted to add things. I asked for additional four meatballs--it shows (4) right next to the word "meatballs" plural. And I added meat sauce thinking I'd get both. Nope... There is also a spot to choose "meatballs" in another area for +$1.75. That's the ONE meatball they put on the order. It happened again, 3 weeks later. The only restaurant in the world where when you pay to add on, they take stuff away. Got the order home and there was ONE meatball, and they argued with me about what I should have expected. I paid extra for meat sauce, and meatballs, and what I got was far less than what was pictured in the standard order. It's not about the cost--just the disappointment and frustration that when you order something from a menu THEY designed, it should come close. No one wants to take orders over the phone anymore, so it's not like you can talk to a human and clarify, beforehand. To be fair, they say they ARE going to fix the menu choices--and if they do, I'll fix this review. Again--I enjoy the food and order straight from them instead of a gouging delivery service. But fixing the choices so one can order what they want--essential! I can't be the first one to be disappointed not to get meatballs, when the menu picture shows them...

When I asked staff for places to eat, it's the only place they suggested, so I am assuming it's the only one, or at least the only one they see worth visiting. It seems like IC changed their operating hours in August of 2019 due to some staff shortages. IC offers a variety of hot food and packaged-grab-and-go items like sandwiches, salads, yogurts, chips, fruits etc. For hot food, they offered 2+ specials at meal times (only 2 indicated on the menu board) and also had a secondary hot bar with breakfast items (maybe they serve breakfast all day?) The first day I was there, the menu indicated Fried Pork and Meatloaf, but there was also Chili Mac and Chicken Wings. There were various sides to choose from. I got Fried Pork, Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, boiled cauliflower (no seasoning), a bottle of water and large chocolate chip cookies (2 in a pack) and a bottle of water was under $6. On the second day, I got Fried Catfish with rice and tomatoes. I guess the Catfish is pricier because the meal on the second day with one less side and less items totaled up to more. Anyway, the prices were still pretty cheap. Overall, the food is standard hospital cafeteria food, if you know what I mean. Having said that, I was satisfied with the overall value of the food. It was hot and it served the purpose. There is seating in the main area with some tables marked reserved and more seating in the solarium toward the back. I do believe IC is still open between meal times. They just don't have hot items and people behind the hot bar to serve. It is more of a grab-and-go of the prepared and packaged foods. It was quite busy when I went around 11:30 am. Lots of traffic here at prime meal times! Stay safe, Friends!
