After serving my drink, she took my order for the Country Fried Steak dinner with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy (customized with same gravy as is on the steak) and premium upgrade to a salad. All of these items were served in a timely manner, were properly prepared, exhibited quality ingredients, and tasted good. The one exception were the biscuits, which were dry and hard. I was unpleasantly surprised at how bad they were, and they are not typical of the franchise. But this was the only negative. My server took care to keep my drink refilled and the check on my table regularly and she was friendly and attentive.
