My waitress arrived soon after and took my drink order. After serving my drink, she took my order for the Country Fried Steak dinner with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy (customized with same gravy as is on the steak) and premium upgrade to a salad. All of these items were served in a timely manner, were properly prepared, exhibited quality ingredients, and tasted good. The one exception were the biscuits, which were dry and hard. I was unpleasantly surprised at how bad they were, and they are not typical of the franchise. But this was the only negative. My server took care to keep my drink refilled and the check on my table regularly and she was friendly and attentive.

It's been a while since I've ordered their chicken fried steak, but the portion and quality have definitely dropped. It's still adequate and edible, but the gravy had the texture as if made from a mix. And the coating on the chicken wasn't the wonderful crust of before. The eggs that came with it were cooked just as I had ordered them. The sausage links were tiny, although they had a good flavor.
