I visited about 5PM on a Tuesday in mid-January and the store was empty of patrons so I had no trouble getting a seat. The greeter also served as my waitress and was friendly and made sure my drink was refilled. The other employee, a young male, was expressionless and served my meal in sullen silence. For my entree I ordered the chicken fried steak. I wanted to try the NY Strawberry Pancakes, but they were out. I also added a side of link sausage. It's been a while since I've ordered their chicken fried steak, but the portion and quality have definitely dropped. It's still adequate and edible, but the gravy had the texture as if made from a mix. And the coating on the chicken wasn't the wonderful crust of before. The eggs that came with it were cooked just as I had ordered them. The sausage links were tiny, although they had a good flavor. read more

8/10 service! Our server was great she checked up on us made sure we had refills and updated us on our order! 4/10 food wasn't all that great usually ihop is popping and the food is delicious and all but it wasn't it was more bland that anything! The ambience was good i wouldn't go back to be honest because of the food experience but again the service was great read more

The service at the establishment was subpar. The waitress was completely preoccupied with other tasks, neglecting her duties at the table. She appeared to have taken two smoke breaks before even attempting to retrieve our food from the kitchen. Upon receiving the food, it was cold and the order was completely incorrect. The chicken fajita wrap was half-wrapped and shoved into the other half, appearing stale and having been sitting on a hot burner. The sirloin tips breakfast was supposed to be medium-rare, but they were scorched and fried hard. The eggs were brought over easy, while my child's waffles and bacon were burnt and hard. Despite the poor service, the manager compensated us with a whole meal and brought us new food. However, the eggs were still incorrect, and the sirloin was still tough. The manager had to leave to make my fried egg, which is unacceptable behavior. Immediate action is required to address this situation and her staff. read more

What an incredible experience from the moment we stepped in, Rachel showed us to our seats with a smile. As we settled in, her attentiveness continued as she took our drink orders without a beat, setting the tone for a fantastic meal. The speed and efficiency of the service truly impressed us, especially when our food order was taken promptly. Unlike other times when we've waited over an hour, our food arrived swiftly. Each dish was perfectly cooked, served steaming hot, and tasted amazing. In an astonishing 15 minutes, we were enjoying our meal, courtesy of Rachel and the team's hard work. The kitchen deserves 5 stars for the speed and quality of the food. read more

I ordered the spicy poblano omelette and it was so small. It was like a quick omelette you make at home where it's just folded once and pretty thin, not a big roll like their omelettes usually are and are supposed to be. I ordered takeout and strongly recommend checking your food before you go home. I truly don't see this service getting any better as it has just continued to decline in recent years and it's not the first time I've received an undersized omelette from this location, this is just the smallest I've received. This location seems like it will soon shut down seeing the corners they are cutting. read more

I love eating at this location, the food is always perfect, the kind of food you would find in a 5 star Restaurant, didn't have to wait long on the food to be served, Our Waitress Megan and Paige showed a constant interest in making sure we had everything we needed to have the Perfect meal, "Great Job Girls", with having around 3 Million views on my reviews on Google Maps this is one of my Favorite places to Eat. read more

The server at the front seating people was totally a space cadet. No exaggeration., took 3 couples between 12-15 minutes from the seek to travel. . After getting seated we gave our drink orders. She retuned with the drinks, and started taking order but reused girl at the cashier kept bitching aloud it. P so it delayed the for orders for another 10 minutes. The best was the service our waiter Clifford offered us. He was nice, he has a great attitude and sense of humor. He was efficient and solved issues promptly and proactively. My son's food took longer than expected and he did not charge us for the food. We were a party of 8 and he interacted very well with everyone. The food is just like any other ihop. Today for the first time in several years we tried to give the Dalton Georgia IHOP a try. We waited for 12 minutes for someone to greet us at the waiting area. Finally a guy met us at yelled, are you here for a pick up? I stated that we were here to eat in, if possible. He yelled back, "I am the only person here! " Needless to say we walked out.... Zero stars !!! Unreal attitude to someone who tried to give this location another chance... Goggle you tube videos of this location! read more

Never go to IHOP in the mornings. Came in and after waiting for 20 minutes, we're greater by our soon to be waiter Kiara. Me and my girlfriend ordered basically the same meals, 2 breakfast samplers. The only thing I ask was to add strawberries and bananas on my pancakes. Well after wait another 40 minutes for our food. Our food was finally brought out, but by a different waiter which was actually a good waiter. I told the waiter that brought out our food that they forgot my strawberry and bananas. So he took the pancakes back to the kitchen and told our original waiter that she needed to correct my order. She kept telling the manager that she needed the correct pancakes, and then came to me and told me if I wanted the pancakes in a to go box. I told her no I want to eat them here. And then idk what happened she came back told me that the manager took off the extra charge for the strawberry and banana and said that I wasn't getting any pancakes. Just be you took off the extra charge does not mean that the breakfast sampler doesn't come with pancakes. Idk what was so hard about putting strawberries and bananas on my pancakes but I will never go back to this IHOP ever again. read more

Quite possibly the worst customer service in America. I stood in the lobby for 10 minutes. Several employees looked at me but no one made an effort to greet and seat me. I took it upon myself to take a seat in a booth where two servers were working. Again, no one approached me to see if I wanted coffee, water, or anything else! They just looked. By no stretch of the imagination were the servers overwhelmed as there were only perhaps twelve customers for the three servers I saw. This was just plain poor customer service that the manager apparently finds acceptable. I left this place and drove two miles to Mr. Biscuit. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND CUSTOMER FRIENDLY SERVICE! I'm only this place 1 star because I can't give it zero. The reason is that my family and I went there for breakfast, barely got it. They had coffee, but no cream, they were out of sprite and Dr. Pepper, no country fried steak, and the server informed us that precook the days bacon, and was over cooked. Burnt was more like it. All the syrup pourers were clogged from dried syrup, no way to know when the last time they were washed. If you plan on going here for breakfast, go to crackle barrel instead! read more

Very understaffed which is surprising since most every IHOP in the US is jam packed on a Sat. Crew that was there were busting their butt. Only 7/13 servers there working. Management issue. Also super cold and they could not control thermostat. Wife had to go to the car and get a banket. read more

We have tried to give this Ihop a chance more than once. The first time we came my boyfriend's chicken was still pink in the middle and waa cold. Today we sat there for 10 minutes waiting to be seated when there was only TWO tables being used. Obviously we left because that is ridiculous and while we waited the ohone rang three times and no one took the time to pick it up. This place needs new management and new staff this is ridiculous. I have never been to such a terrible Ihop like this one. read more

This used to be one of my favorite breakfast places. The other day stopped by worth my daughter for our traditional breakfast. I am an eggs Benedict fan. Stopped here early Sunday morning on our way to Florida. We had to loop around through KMart because there is a median, but this location is right off the freeway. We were greeted and sat right away, plenty of items to choose from on the menu. Our girls substituted fruit for toast with their breakfast and it was no issue. We tried the big steak omelette, the chicken fajita omelette, and two quick 2 egg breakfasts. Our food came within ten minutes, everything was great. If you're looking for a quick decent meal, this is your place. Nothing fancy, no frills, and that's okay! Brianna was very friendly and attentive. If the timing is right, well be stopping again on the return trip. read more

This has to be the slowest place we have ever eaten At. My tea was good yesterday, no so good today. It's beginning to turn. The food is I Hop food. Nothing to write home to mom about. Wasting a lot of time here. It was slow last time I was here, but not like this. read more

We left without eating because the whole experience was the worst than we have ever experienced. First our server (I don't know her name) was so new and definitely wasn't trained properly. She was wearing a white shirt that was completely soiled and wrinkled. We ordered a short stack of pancakes with a double side of bacon. A strawberry banana French toast with a side of sausage. According to the menu a side of bacon or a side of sausage should come as 4 pieces. The double order only came with 2 pieces of burnt bacon and the sausage was only 2 links instead of four. The short stack came with one blueberry cooked in it and some of what could be that colored confetti stuff which we never of course asked for. It almost made it look like it was moldy because there were only 2 spots with that color stuff. When we complained about the meat sides our server (again new and improperly trained) just looked like a deer in headlights and said she didn't know anything because she was new and just stood there. No offer of let me ask and see or offer of help. All she did was go back to the kitchen and loudly yelled she needs more bacon. She then brought out two more pieces that was burnt. There was no offer of any explanation on the sausage. While we were waiting for the sausage that is when we noticed the discoloring on the pancakes and there was a hair on the syrup that was served with it. We again voiced our displeasure with the food and again our server just stood there like a deer in headlights. We then asked to speak with the manager. After about 3 mins the manager came to the table. Her shirt and apron were even more soiled than the server's which is hard to believe since she was wearing black. We complained about the portion size first and was told that there are two sides. One was a 2 piece and one was a 4 piece. No where on the menu does it mention that and it wasn't explained to us by the server when ordered. We complained about the discoloring on the pancakes and the hair on the syrup and just couldn't stomach eating anything there so we got up and left. Even the manager looked like a deer in headlights. No offer of any apologies just excuses. This is the first time at this ihop and we have frequently visited many other IHOP's in other states. We have always been pleased with the service and food but we will NEVER go to this location again and it is the only one in the area for us. read more

Worst dining experience ever. Walked in at 7:50p on a Saturday night walked out at 9:05p with never having a bite to eat. We were seated immediately, it wasn't busy, waited 20 mins to get waited on/get drinks then we waited an hour on food and finally gave up and went to the Burger King next door (where we saw another family that also left after lack of service). One waitress who was trying to go home stayed a bit and tried to help (Krystal? - she was great) but the other only checked a couple of tables and then would disappear. By the end, we had seen five other families walk out before ever getting their food too. I am embarrassed for this store. read more
