This location has gone downhill. Messed up orders, hour-long wait times, you name it. Last time I contacted the customer satisfaction people, all I got was a BOGO for something I don't like. Today, it was both. They just finished a remodel so we came to eat. First thing I noticed was the machine with all the flavors was gone and replaced with a standard machine with 8 or so choices... truly disappointed. We waited forever to order and I used a rewards for a free quesadilla then we waited 20 minutes or so to get our food. The quesadilla was forgotten and took 20 minutes more to get that. Then, come to find out, they took our order wrong and I got boneless instead of traditional wings. At this point, I just wanted to eat and leave. I will probably not come to this location for a while. It was super dirty for being freshly remodeled, the crew was disorganized and bumbling around and there was already an issue with the replacement drink machine and 2 of the nozzles didn't work.

It took quite a while to get our food, but it was hot. I tried the French Toast and it was still soggy in the middle, not completely done. Wasn't bad, just not how I like them cooked. My son must have liked the Chicken n Waffles because they did not last long, lol. I didn't mind my order. I didn't read that description through for the Country Benedicts but I'm not disappointed. I also inquired about catering and was told they do cater and have a smoker, pizza oven and that they go heavy on appetizers. Very nice!

Inside looked clean and bright. There was no line at the counter. We picked up a menu from the side of the counter as the hostess didn't look at us again after we said we were ordering to go. The empty tables were clean, and as customers left, the table was cleaned quickly, although only one person seemed to be doing all this. Most of the wait staff was standing around in the back. The kitchen staff was bustling, and one person seemed to be in charge. There was a lull at one point where nothing was on the grill, no one was near it, and we had not received our order yet. Still, it looked like orders were coming out in a timely manner. Ours came out in about 15 minutes. The Cajun burger was cooked properly, but the Cajun seasoning was smeared all over the bun, including the outside. They use some sort of oil/ margarine base to carry the seasoning. Opening the wrapper was a mess as the seasoning was everywhere. The regular steak burger was cooked properly and the additions seemed fresh and flavorful. The fries are bland as they have almost no salt. I'm not a big fan of salt, but this was too little for me. This was an average hamburger experience with some minor things taking it down a notch.

This location didn't disappoint in that aspect. But where they really went above and beyond was how they treated my elderly parents. My mother got a quesadilla and was about to start eating when an employee walked by, saw her with the quesadilla and... said he'd be right back. He came back with a knife snd proceeded to cut it into small portions to make it easier for her to eat. They refilled drinks for them, saying we deserved to sit and enjoy our meal with them and they would take care of that. Beyond impressed. Quality was excellent. The cleanliness of the restaurant was excellent. But the service was absolutely outstanding. Definitely recommend.
