Worst waffle house I jabe ever been to..10 minutes without even being spoken to.dishwasher gave me coffee..another 5 minutes and waitress takes my order.brings bacon and 5 minutes later brings eggs and hash beowns..had to ask for silverware. I went to this Waffle House earlier today. It was practically packed but we were able to find a table. The waitress had a lot of tables to tend to so we had to wait a little bit for her to get to us. She took our order and the food came out rather quickly. The food was tasty and we got quick refills on our beverages. The bathroom could have used a good scrub down but that was the only negative for this location. I'd go there again. read more

Easy on and off of I -55, on the east side of the road. Very busy place on Saturday morning, turning out fresh, hot food. There were people waiting for tables, we chose the last two places at the counter. They had a lot of employees, at least one training. My husband ordered and when I said I didn't want anything, all the items were too much, Vee, the waitress, said she could do a senior meal, I chose a scrambled egg and bacon. I am sure glad she was so helpful, the scrambled egg was perfectly cooked and bacon tasty. I watched fresh eggs being cracked and personally cooked. I saw fresh bacon being peeled off and put in the grill, covered by a cast iron weight. The scrambled egg was made in a small iron skillet. The over easy egg for my husband's sandwich was made in a small sauté pan. My husband's hash brown popped and jumped when first placed in the griddle, when turned, a lovely golden brown. The show the hash brown put in was worth the stop! My husband's sandwich was good looking and tasty. Coffee was hot and refilled. The cook was the hardest working person I ever saw, she made at least 30 plates while I watched. Our food came pretty fast, and it was hot. I did see pork chops cooking on the grill, they looked delicious when they were served to the guy next to me. I am see where service could be a problem, it was total chaos when I was there, we had excellent service and food. Am bookmarking it so I can stop again! read more

It's 2020 the client base doesn't need to hear the order called out aloud and repeated back accurately; just give us our order. This Waffle House is outstanding! We drive 45 minutes passing by other Waffle House's just to eat here! The people are friendly and the food is ALWAYS perfect. I ate at one of the original Waffle House's in Atlanta in 1977 and they had an omelet specialists there. This Waffle House is easily comparable. I wish the inside was open 24 hours a day. read more

Well not the best waffle house I have been in. Breakfast was good, but eggs and hash browns were not like i had ordered. Waiters and cook staff were nice and professional to the patrons, but their was a disconnect in their team. They didn't seem to work well together. Horrible service, we stopped through to get something to eat. The staff of 7 didn't greet us or seat us. The tables where all dirty and full of dishes. Not one of them cleaned a table for us. After 10 minutes of wait we left! Sad! read more

I did not like the customer service at this Waffle House. I asked for 2 separate waffles, an order of hash brown and a stack of bacon. Instead I got 2 waffles in the same box, the hash brown and some grits. I wasn't worried about the order being messed up, so I ordered some bacon, separate of course. Once my food was done the waitress continued to talk to her boyfriend and let my burnt bacon sit there while she spoke to her boyfriend. Once her boyfriend left she gave me my bacon and my receipt and rushed me to pay for my food by tapping on the table. Then she closed my container so tight that I had to struggle to open it. I had no problem with any of this. I actually gave the lady a tip because she needed it. I just didn't like the unnecessary attitude that she gave me. I wasn't rude, I didn't rush her, there was just a little mix up and she took it personal. This happened on June 2nd, 2019 around 11 o'clock pm. read more

It's okay if you really don't feel like cooking from being drunk or something amazing like that. The staff as of right now is friendly but rather basic education, sometimes a slightly "complicated" order (IE blueberry waffles with the all star) will get misunderstood. It's better then McDonalds at least. read more

Four stars is probably one more than deserved, but the staff made up for the mediocre food. We had to evacuate the RV park at which we were staying around 6 A.M. due to a flash flood. We went into the Waffle House to catch our breath and figure what to do next. The ladies there were helpful and sympathetic in spite of our looking like something the cat had dragged in. Our food was adequate, but their personalized service meant a great deal. Kudos to them. read more
