I ordered to go the Carrot Cake because it said chef Ramsey loved it. I was super skeptical because at my age, I've had many different carrot cakes, so how good could it be? It was sooo good! What was great was that it was different than a typical carrot cake. It had a different twist to it and without nuts. So if you have a nut allergy, this works! Sharon please try making a gluten free version, so our celiac friends have a place to go. I loved the cake was moist but not compacted. I also loved that it had enough carrots that you could taste it was indeed a CARROT cake. There were different types of fruit in the cake that added an extra tasty surprise. If you like the idea of a fruit cake, but hate fruit cake, lol try this. The frosting was also delicious. I don't know what type it was, but it was oooy gooey yummy. Definite comfort food I could eat anytime. You can taste the love in these baked goods. We also tried the gluten free lemon cheese cake. Sooooo goood! Gluten free folks this is a MUST TRY! Each component was tasty, distinct enough to taste separately while also working really well together. The taste and texture were there for me in a Cheescake. It was great crust, creamy cheese, yummy some type of cookie crust or topping - I don't quite know because my kids tore into it lol. The lemon glaze was awesome to taste a full lemon flavor. This was worth the calories. I don't live in this area or I would have a huge problem staying away from here hahaha. I wish this place has more gluten free nut free options. The chef can clearly pull it off. You would never know that lemon cheese cake was gluten free. The place next door was also amazing for Caribbean flare food with fabulous gluten nut free options for main meals. Being able to go next door for a gluten free selection wound be great. My photos were poorly taken because I really didn't think it would be that good :p Also, while the portions was decent, it was enough to share and have left overs because of few bites went a long way. Typically carrot cakes are huge, but the flavors nothing like this. Less was definitely more in this case. Sharon! Saw you on Kitchen nightmares, wishing you blessings and success!! Gordon got it right :-)

Not many Cinnabon locations left where I am from & they are all super far, so I am happy to have finally gotten the chance to try! We ordered the mini cinnabons in a cup, a regular sized Cinnabon, & finally a pack of 4 small cinnabons. When ordering, the staff gave us the option to have the cinnamon buns heated up & of course we had to! We added extra frosting to two of our orders & no extra frosting on the 4 pack small cinnamon buns. It tasted heavenly, especially while warm & I actually preferred the buns w/o extra frosting. Staff was very nice and helpful. Totally did not expect to find Cinnabon at Woodbury Outlets but am SO GLAD I was finally able to try the famous Cinnabon cinnamon buns! Overall, would come back again ;)

Since it was a quick snack and didn't want to spoil dinner later, i decided on the center cut Cinnabon cup, instead of the roll or pecan roll, they also had mini roll (4pk). Everything was about $7-8 per unit. The inner circles of the Cinnabon in a cup made it easy to eat and walk. Only gripe would be seem like their frosting is very on the light side. They do have extra frosting 1-2oz containers at additional cost i believe but we was in a rush to get going. We also got the mini 4 pack, and just visually it's not the lathered on frosting of Cinnabon of yesteryear. Skimpy. Once ordered they pop it into microwave to warm it up for you. Service was quick and easy. Their stall is clean, very organized and they have the system down to be expedient.

You can have it plain or with add-ons, sweet or savory. I prefer this over grits. I chose to have it with gorgonzola cheese because I live the tanginess and creaminess of the cheese. It came in a styrofoam container with the cheese cut in rectangular strips. You then have to mix the cheese into the polenta. The texture was nice and creamy with a bit of the grain from the corn. We paired it with an Italian fruit juice drink called Unico, which had a mixture of grape juice, apple juice, peach and pear puree. To me it tasted similar to prune juice. So if you like that you'll love this. I thought it was nice. It was a great snack to break up your day off shopping and walking around. It's also different and nice to have as an option compared to your typical mall food that you will find in the food court. Ben, the GM was there promoting the place. The star (on a billing with not much else) was the polenta, made on site, mixed with a couple of choices of sausage, tomato sauce, and cheeses. Polenta is Italian grits. It's creamy with some grainy texture. The truck offers corn and whole wheat varieties, to which you can add (or not add) other ingredients. The truck also offers a few different Italian beverages. We tried whole wheat and corn polenta with and without tomato sauce, sausage, or cheese. Each combination was very good. The proprietor was very friendly. The polenta was piping hot and the drinks were ice cold. It was a pleasant al fresco taste of Italy.
