The latch had been fastened with sheet‑metal screws, which sheared out -- an obvious poor choice for a critical load-bearing component. Fortunately no one was hurt but cargo security and road safety were compromised. Customer service was disappointing. I received minimal response from Marc Gordon at Phil's Trailers and similarly minimal response from Amanda Greer at Haulmark Trailers. Both acknowledged the issue but provided no timely resolution, repair plan, or clear next steps. For a high-dollar trailer built for hauling valuable equipment, that level of support is unacceptable.

If you want an honest, no-pressure dealership that treats you like a person and not a sale, this is the place. Last weekend, Deborah and I set out to find an SUV that fit our needs. From the moment we arrived, our sales representative, Beth Kwasnica, made the entire process effortless. She listened closely and guided us toward the right Ascent, never pushing us to rush or commit. That patience mattered. We even had the space to step back, reflect, and pray about the decision, and Beth respected every minute of it. What made it exceptional * Beth Kwasnica's genuine care. After decades of dealership visits, it's rare to meet someone who truly puts your interests first. Beth is, without question, the finest salesperson I have ever worked with. * A true no-pressure environment. There were no hard sells and no rush. Just clear guidance and real attention to what we wanted. * Mike Lusby's straightforward honesty. The manager, Mike Lusby, handled the management and finance side with the same integrity. No high-pressure tactics, no gimmicks, just clear and honest answers. * Promises kept. What stood out most was the absence of empty promises. Beth and Mike simply exceeded our expectations at every step. The trade-offs Honestly, we walked away without a single complaint. My only regret is that we didn't find Douglas Subaru sooner, after so many less pleasant experiences elsewhere over the years. Recommendation * Buy here if you want honest guidance, patience, and a team that respects your time and your decision. * Skip if you need high-pressure sales tactics, because you won't find them here. Deborah and I are truly grateful to Beth and Mike. We recommend Douglas Subaru without hesitation and will happily send friends and family their way.

They get into your vehicle without authorization and drive it. This company is a total price scam and completely unprofessional in every way. My company has never put anyone behind the wheel without a CDL, and our trucks are never out of service; unfortunately, the driver couldn't communicate in English with the officer, and without justification, they called a tow truck. The tow truck couldn't handle the vehicle--I still don't get it; maybe their machinery lacks the power to move such high-end vehicles, haha--so they drove the car away without permission, creating a huge risk of an accident since they aren't authorized under my insurance policy to drive it. If an accident had occurred due to their irresponsible, unauthorized driving, it would have been a disaster. The vehicle was parked at a truck stop, not blocking traffic, and the paperwork was in order. How could they call a tow truck to take it to their yard when the poor tow truck couldn't even handle the vehicle? Just because this company wants to make money, they hooked my vehicle up without my permission and then charged me nearly $4,000 for three hours--haha, it's incredible how dirty they play.
