The price was competitive. The install was beyond all expectations. Spoke with the technician who did the install and he explained everything and asked questions to make sure I understood what he was doing and if I was ok with everything. This was not a simple install. This involved many sensors and a camera. All were done very professionally. After the install everything was again explained and I left with the words "If ever anything goes wrong just come on back and we'll make it right." ringing in my ears. Next time I need a trailer or something for the truck I won't waste my time shopping. I know where to go.

One drained my battery and I had to replace it and then the alternator I bought and had put on started acting faulty within a month. I should have had it tested then and there, but guess what? There machine was down. So next step was to call all the other stores and guess what? Every single machine was down. After going in to get another one, it was instantly faulty. Again tried to test it, but you know darn well what the response was. I had no choice but to drive home to wait on another part and my car broke down on the side of the road as the supposed "new" alternator completely warped my electrical system and my wheel locked while on the highway. Not ok and highly negligent as it placed my life in extreme danger. I had to go to O'Reilly's to get it tested and every staff member was knowledgeable. I'm a new customer at O'reilly's now. Auto Zone was good in the 90's but they have lost their way. Hired sub par employees that are apathetic and have zero knowledge about parts or automotive. Really sad. He spent hours with us going through every little detail of our new truck camper, even before we purchased it. After the sale, the service was spectacular! There was an issue with the air conditioner, that did not come with the truck camper and purchased separately, and I did not even have to drive back to Texas as they worked with a local Coleman certified Air conditioning dealer near my house. I am beyond happy, and highly encourage anybody to call Jacob if you were in the market for a new truck camper or rv! Trust me, nobody can beat their price or service!

I arrived at Apple Sport Chevrolet fully intending to use my own financing through my credit union. Very early in the process, the sales department was quick to tell me that I could not use my own financing and that the dealership required customers to use their financing in order to purchase a vehicle. Shortly after that conversation, the finance manager came in strong behind them to reinforce that message, making it very clear that I would either have to use the dealership's financing or pay cash. The implication was essentially "finance with us or you cannot buy the vehicle." Let me be clear -- I am not naïve and I am not uninformed. I am a retired Colonel from the United States Army and currently a college professor at Baylor University. I fully understand how dealership financing works. Rather than waste additional time starting over at another dealership, I chose to proceed with the purchase and the dealership's financing knowing that I would immediately refinance the loan with my credit union, which I ultimately did. Unfortunately, it took nearly a full month dealing with the small credit union the dealership placed the loan with before I was finally able to refinance it this week. The tactics used in the finance office felt predatory and deceptive, and the coordinated messaging from both the sales staff and finance manager made it clear the goal was to force dealership financing so additional products and warranties could be added to increase profit. To be fair, the sales team themselves were otherwise very friendly, respectful, helpful, and low pressure during the vehicle selection process. However, when it came to financing, the experience changed completely. Apple Sport Chevrolet should be ashamed if this behavior is condoned by management. Customers deserve transparency and honesty, not pressure tactics. I will absolutely warn others about the financing practices at this dealership.

I asked for the total, and waited a few minutes before getting a verbal quote. I was in a hurry so I paid as it's similar to what I have paid in the past.
