He spent hours with us going through every little detail of our new truck camper, even before we purchased it. After the sale, the service was spectacular! There was an issue with the air conditioner, that did not come with the truck camper and purchased separately, and I did not even have to drive back to Texas as they worked with a local Coleman certified Air conditioning dealer near my house. I am beyond happy, and highly encourage anybody to call Jacob if you were in the market for a new truck camper or rv! Trust me, nobody can beat their price or service!

The price was competitive. The install was beyond all expectations. Spoke with the technician who did the install and he explained everything and asked questions to make sure I understood what he was doing and if I was ok with everything. This was not a simple install. This involved many sensors and a camera. All were done very professionally. After the install everything was again explained and I left with the words "If ever anything goes wrong just come on back and we'll make it right." ringing in my ears. Next time I need a trailer or something for the truck I won't waste my time shopping. I know where to go.

I bought a 34' Haulmark Edge race trailer and on the drive home from California the rear latch…read morefailed. The latch had been fastened with sheet‑metal screws, which sheared out -- an obvious poor choice for a critical load-bearing component. Fortunately no one was hurt but cargo security and road safety were compromised. Customer service was disappointing. I received minimal response from Marc Gordon at Phil's Trailers and similarly minimal response from Amanda Greer at Haulmark Trailers. Both acknowledged the issue but provided no timely resolution, repair plan, or clear next steps. For a high-dollar trailer built for hauling valuable equipment, that level of support is unacceptable.
