Excellent service and food! Our sushi chef is our favorite. He really cares about the food he puts out. He very inventive too. We go there often and are never let down.

Food is always great, and fresh, seeing as I order through Uber Eats. HOWEVER, charging customers $5.25 through said app for a flavored tea, and then sending customers a drink in child's to-go cup is a complete rip off and very distasteful. Can't say it's dishonest since the drink description doesn't mention size, but it is very conniving. For reference, here's the to-go cup next to my 3 y/o 12oz sippy cup.

Went to a Japanese dinner place in Eastvalle after picking up a friend and taking her back from the airport. We decided on coming to Wabi Sabi because it was close by and it was also open. The service here is nice and also the sushi chefs seem happy to be there. Overall we had a comfortable nice dinner here. The seating is just like that of an average local mom-and-pop store. So don't expect anything fancy. They get the food onto your table fast! Also, they do sell sake cold and hot varieties. We ordered a boat to share and man the rolls were filling. Maybe we sort of ordered but it was still a nice meal to be had.

It's a small restaurant to dine in, so do expect seating to fill up quickly during rush hours. I have dined in and taken out, and both options work out well for me. I love the simplicity of the chirashi bowl they offer and the fish is very fresh. I also enjoy their una ju (eel/unagi) bowl, when I want cooked fish over sashimi. When I'm in the mood, I'll order scallops sushi and uni sushi, too!

Amazing!!! Awesome friendly staff, I placed an order for pickup at 4:00pm arrived early at 3:20 and they started to work on my order ahead of time. I was out there by 3:40p. The chef was super friendly and did not shorten us out when we asked for extra ginger! We ordered 6 rolls and an order of gyoza. The blue mountain roll was my favorite followed by the baked salmon roll and albacore delight. Every roll had its own flavor didn't taste the same one bit! Super fresh and good quality of fish. They didn't disappoint when it came to the rolls! The only complaint I would say is the batter is a little too thick for my liking on the tempura but overall amazing quality sushi! I would definitely be back when I'm in the area!!

This was our first time at a Teppan restaurant and I can honestly say we thoroughly enjoyed it. We came around 1230pm and we're seated right away (party of 3). The restaurant wasn't super busy, but had a good amount of people. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. They checked on us several times, we never needed refills, and they wanted to make sure we were enjoying our meals. We ordered the following: egg rolls and tempura scallops as appetizers, steak and shrimp with fried rice, shrimp yakisoba, chicken teriyaki with steamed rice, and a Mexican sushi roll. Everything was delicious and fresh. The meals came with soup or salad- and the food preparation was amazing. The chef was personable, funny and engaging, and he made the whole experience fun. We would definitely go back.

Food was mediocre. The rice in the sushi rolls was hard and crunchy not fresh. Seemed like it was 3 days old.

Honestly most people know ramen expectations should be low when you order it as take out but i think they do a great job with how they package their takeout! I've tried their normal lemonade and their mango passionfruit sweet tea and personally i like their sweet tea more! The drink portion is nice and large! Definitely not overly sweet and it always hit with my ramen. I've tried most of their ramens, i like the fact that they have different style noodles. Personally i think their wavy noodles go better with the rich broths like the miso and the Tokyo style one (a mix of shoyu and tonkotsu ) and the straight noodles go god with their clear broth like the shoyu or the yuzu shio. I normally get their shoyu mostly because it gives me the least acid reflux, but that's nothing with their food it's just a health issue for me :( i would say my favorite is their Tokyo style broth. I think it has a nice balance of flavor and the wavy noodles just soak up that broth nicely. I've only had their appetizers on takeout so they're not super fresh, and not really a main stopper for me. The large is good but i wish it was a little bigger with the pieces. Sometimes they're just small and idk it feels like it's missing something. I got the opportunity to stop here yesterday after my tattoo, and the service was decent. Got seated quickly and my order taken quick as well. My food took a few minutes to be made but nothing crazy of a wait. Overall i had a good time, i do go on a Saturday around 7:30 pm so not sure if that matters. For take out i do recommend ordering min 30 minutes before pickup because i do feel like it can take a minute, but thats the nice part of take out that you can order in advance. I think for Eastvale/ norco ramen this place a nice broth and noodles. And it's not overly oily or salty :)

My daughter found this location when we were looking for places to eat around Corona. I was excited and looking forward to eating here. When we walked in, it took some time for anyone to acknowledge us. Finally when we were told to choose a table and were brought menus I thought the service would improve, but sadly it only got worse. There were three other tables besides ours, two of them hadn't placed their orders yet. The waitress took the orders for those tables, brought food for the third table, went and got waters for the first two tables, then the drinks they ordered, then their food, and then finally came back to take our order!?! We sat and watched all this for maybe 20 minutes before she came back to our table. The staffing wasn't her fault, but she should've taken our order at least after those two other tables or after giving them drinks. I was really disappointed by the service, but the food and drinks were still good and consistent with what we got from the location we used to frequent. The restaurant is not big, maybe around 8-10 tables. Could be a bit cleaner, but otherwise similar to a fast casual restaurant. We've returned once since this visit and the service was better but it still took a long time to be acknowledged when we first walked in. I would probably come back again because I enjoy their food and drinks, but wouldn't recommend this particular location until their service improves.

We were seated pretty quick and I ordered the jalapeño bombs as well as the Tonkotsu Spicy Black ramen. Everything was delicious. The ramen was flavorful and the portion was satisfying. One thing to keep in mind is that the bowls don't automatically include the salted egg, so you'll have to shell out a few extra dollars if you want that classic topping. While the meal itself was a hit, the logistics of the meal were a bit more frustrating. The service was fairly lackluster and felt mostly absent; we waited quite a while for attention, and the overall pace was very slow. It's the kind of place where you have to be proactive if you need a refill or the check. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant is a major concern. Everything felt "sticky" from the tables to the floors and the bathrooms were definitely not well-maintained. It's hard to fully enjoy a premium-priced meal when the environment feels a bit neglected. On a brighter note, the location is very convenient. Since it's tucked into a large strip mall, parking is incredibly easy and stress-free, which isn't always the case in Chino Hills. If you are a "food first" person who doesn't mind a bit of grit and slow service, the ramen is worth a try, but the management could definitely step up the cleaning

Anyway... After perusing through the menu, which had quite a few blacked out items (black tape applied over the menu item) we both decided on the Tonkatsu Spicy Black Ramen Noodles as well a the Crispy Fried Rice appetizer... the appetizer was delivered but I had to request some small individual plates so that we could eat off of our own plate, rather than reaching over trying to share the same plate and making a mess on the table... no worries, small oversight (or so I thought at the time)... Next came the Ramen... Looked very appetizing, but again I had to get up and request a couple of soup spoons... went to dig in, and while the bottom of the bowl was warm, the broth itself was quite cold... after calling over the waitress and asking them to please reheat (even if they had to use the microwave)... the waitress took it back to the "open" kitchen and they used the microwave to reheat... The bowls were returned and as we started to eat, satisfied that the broth was indeed hot, we noticed a couple of items missing: the corn - no corn in the broth like it was described... in addition to that, no Wood Eared Mushrooms were in the broth either... the wood eared mushrooms set the "black" apart from the standard ramen and cost $.50 more per serving... when questioned about it, the hostess informed us that they didn't have any mushrooms... as a consolation, she offered us one of the "extra price" toppings in place if it... we opted for the tofu... a bowl of tofu pieces came out and although they appeared to have steam coming off of it, the tofu was cold as well... smh... The hostess returned them to to kitchen to be reheated... We received a 10% discount ($4.90 of of a $49 bill)... Not sure if they're going to make it with this level of service and food quality... Good Luck!
