Normally I like going to this place as a healthy alternative to other fast food!! And normally I have a good experience. I paid for white meat chicken but received mostly dark meat on two of my orders out of 3. I paid for a large drink and was given a medium because they were out, which is fine, but I was not offered reimbursement or another cup to supplement the difference knowing I paid for a large because it was clearly on the ticket. I was offered a bottle of soda and she took the cup back after i had already touched it. Not only that, she was rude and I was made to wait until after she finished another customers order before helping me after waiting for my food. read more

These employees are working so fast and hard- they seem to communicate well even with tons of customers waiting- nobody can even be mad at the wait bc everyone who's working is busting their butts off! Good job employees if you're reading this! read more

Probably my least favorite Waba location. Very under staffed and doesn't wash nor clean hands in between customers. Woman you from handles cash but doesn't clean hands or use gloves when she bags orders or gets salad bar items. They completely disregard customers in the front of the store which causes long wait times. Needs a lot of help at this location. read more

Quick and healthy food! There is a Waba Grill closer to where I live, but I go to this one because I prefer this one's cooking. All the cashiers (Alondra, Breanne, Elizabeth, Gabriel and Dylan) are kind and get the job done swiftly so much so that I have put their names to memory! The only complaint I would have is that sometimes the music they play isn't family friendly but other then that, definitely recommend. read more

Alondra was great from when I walked in to when I left. Greeted me with a smile and wished me a great day. Customer service is very important to me and she absolutely killed it. Will be back read more

Cashier talks low and slow and doesn't know the menu. Had to confirm and ask questions and he stares at you blankly. The crew in the back clearly miserable and messing up multiple orders in the 5 mins I showed up. 2 customers complained right in front of us. The ambiance is. Chill but just a bunch of teens running the place. Seems like no one with common sense around. 2 meals and 1 drink is $32.58.. Overall 3/10. Might as well go to Ono Hawaiian and get double the food for the same price. read more

Food is good at waba But the customer service here is very disappointing, all employees are rude no smiles They act like curbside is a burden for them having to bring it out to you. So why offer it then? read more

I am disappointed at this place. I used to order their food until today. They didn't add brown rice in one of my order. They put in white rice in another order. So they went ahead to correct the order. What they did was to put veggies aside inside the bowl and added small amount of brown rice in the bowl! It's ridiculous! It's not worth the money. They should get a new bowl and add brown rice and topped with veggies like they normally do instead of putting in brown rice at the sides of the bowl. read more

WaBa Grill - Inspired steak, brown rice & veggies - Asian Fusion Near Me - Menifee, California

I come here after the gym about 3-4 times a week and my food and service is always excellent. This is the best WaBa grill in the area in my opinion! read more

Waba would be an excellent choice because it's on my side of the bridge--however, the service and/ or the food can't seem to get together! On a prior trip they ran out of drinks in the cooler so I couldn't get a water. The cashier told me he couldn't give me a refund for the water but I could get water from the drink dispenser! Well I dug my heels in snd the manager finally came up to the register to give me my refund. The food was good so I decided to try again. Last night the service was good, though a little slow. The chicken and vegetable bowl was not good! The vegetables were raw snd the chicken was tough! I'm going back across the bridge to Flame Broiler from now on!! read more

Incredibly slow service every single time. No sense of urgency! By reading the reviews I can tell that I am definitely not alone

Food was good but service is horrible she was rude and tossed my sauce in bag and walked away with a attitude. This is my second time getting this treatment from same employee. read more

Normally I would rave about waba, this location specifically. But after my visit tonight I don't know if I'll be going back any time soon. I ordered two bowls for curbside pickup tonight, showed up at my arrival time and called the number they had given me. I had to call the number 6 times before somebody picked up. I understand phones get busy (especially right now with the pandemic), but there was nobody else inside or in front of the store in their cars. The girl who answered was extremely rude and gave unnecessary attitude. We waited an additional 25 minutes after my scheduled time and after talking to the girl. Then I got a call when it was finally ready telling me I had to go inside to get my food instead, after choosing curbside and my emailed receipt saying "CURBSIDE", and again with attitude. When my boyfriend went inside to get it he said she had attitude with him as well. If you can't be nice to customers for just a few minutes, you shouldn't be in the service industry. The food is great but the service was surely lacking! Avoid if you want something quick. read more

Food is very good! The location looks very new so it's very clean. I wish they had paper towels. Can never go wrong with eating their food!

WaBa Grill - Love the 13. Salmon Bowl best thing u can have a wabba. Customer service is great and super clean - Asian Fusion Near Me - Menifee, California

Usually if something wrong i would talk to then directly or call but I've called over 10 times and the phone keeps ringing. Nothing wrong with the order except i was charged twice for one bowl and called to tell them so i can get some help but can't get through to anyone. Paid with debit card and the machine "froze" used a credit card and went through. Checked later and the debit card was also charged ...live an hour away but 1 star sadly read more

Place has gone downhill this past year, no one looks like they know what they're doing, employees always seem too bothered to answer questions, and multiple order have been wrong. Used to love this place as a healthy alternative but unfortunately the service is bad enough to drive me away. Recommend going a few exits over to the Temecula location. read more

Food was good. But shout out to Kylee while she runs around getting everyone's order while everyone else stands around chatting

Always has my order right and always have fast service. I got the family deal for meal prepping lunch for me was my bf. 10/10

Nope! No more! Hugging and chatting was more important customers food. Bowls sat there without a cover and she took her time. En I finally got it I said that day there a while can I have a fresh hot one. The lady cooking got an attitude put my chicken on the grill for 5 seconds I counted and still gave me warm stale tasting chicken so before even leaving the parking lot I tossed it in the their trash can!!!!! Waste of money! This is the 3 rd bad experience so I'm done no more trying at this place. I wanted something healthy like veggies but this food is cooked who knows how many hours ago and reheated not tasty at all. I have an after taste from that one piece I ate and she was so concerned about her very long fancy nails. Yeah , no read more

This was my first visit to WaBa Grill and was very disappointed. I ordered the steak bowl and the initial presentation was not appetizing at all. I receive a bowl with rice and steak chopped up so small, I felt it was chopped for a child. The chopped steak was dry even with the teriyaki. I didn't finish the bowl as it was not satisfying or was the taste appealing. I'm usually a Flame Broiler fan and may try again at a different location to see if it was an isolated visit. read more

Have eaten at various Waba Grill locations over the years and in general it's okay but I prefer Flame Broiler. Today I had one of the worst meals ever, food was BLA, chicken okay, steak was fatty and lame, veggies were very old, brown and cold. They had these new potstickers which we tried and were terrible. Not only am I never eating at this location again, it left me completed turned off and I do not plan to go back to any locations. JUST PASS! read more

Fast service and easy pickup! Very nice and great customer service. Would come back again!

I hadn't had waba grill in years because I work at a chicken bowl restaurant. I gave waba a try and ordered it through door dash. The delivery was fine the food, nooo. I ordered chicken and steak bowl mom less rice and MORE VEGGIES. it was a normal amount of veggies, that were hard. Not to mention they don't fill up their sauce containers all the way only about a 3rd or the way. There was less rice but not enough veggies. Wish I could get a refund on this it wasn't good either the meat was dry. read more

Not sure about the low ratings but our server was Amelia, pleasant smile , efficient and quick. Wife ordered shrimp and gave them a strong 4. I had the WaBa special and it was also very good and the salad was delicious. read more

Please save yourself some trouble and DO NOT COME HERE! I have given this place so many chances but every time I come back there is always something MISSING or INCORRECT with my order and prepared very sloppily. On top of that, the staff are very unpleasant to interact with. If you go here at the 9 pm hour the restaurant will look closed. They turn the lights off and put all of the chairs up on the table. They will make you feel bad for ordering and will also tell you that they do not have certain items available. In addition, the music inside is so loud that you would have to be shouting at the staff in order to hear each other. I have brought up my issues with the "Feedback Team" but all they do is have the manager contact me to apologize and offer a free bowl. It is very unfortunate that this restaurant is the way it is. I will definitely be going to the Flame Broiler across the way or drive further to a different location. read more

Don't waste your time !! Avoid at all cost ! My rice was dry, vegetables were hard and salmon was burnt ! I never got my problem resolved ! They don't care about their customer services read more

great customer service,, girl named breanne helped me she was really kind and attentive

I just ordered a salad from this location, spicy Asian with grill salmon. Wow, I'm throughly impressed with the quality and portion!

The most disappointing disrespectful staff. The guy that was taking our order had no manners while eating chewing gum with his mouth open and asking us multiple times of what did we say that our order was because i guess he was paying more attention on chewing his gum . read more

The place was clean, because it's new. It's over priced, for "fast-food" "to-go" I can't say it was delicious but I also can't say it was terrible. The food was average, but for the price you pay here I want better than average. read more

Giselle is a great hard worker. Even though the older ladies in the back continuously yell at her in Spanish and roll their eyes. Giselle was running around like crazy making sure all customers were helped while the other two older ladies barely worked. Keep it up Giselle! 4 stars because they didn't take my gift card but that's okay, i got a veggie rice bowl with avocado, the rice wasn't too mushy as i've had a problem with other waba grills in the past, friendly staff they cared enough to do table touches, clean place would definitely be coming back read more

Don't eat here. Me and my girl had white rice with 5 shrimp and we both got sick with stomach pain. Buyer BEWARE!

They can't get deliveries right. Multiple times the miso soup has been spilled and sloshing around the bag. If you order the potstickers, they often leave out the sauce (which is part of the item). They frequently mistake brown rice for white. Don't order from here unless you can check your items on the spot. And even then, the people working here are not very nice. I imagine this stems from management. I've called this location whenever an order goes wrong, and they never answer. There is no support option on the app. The Winchester (Benton) location is much better. read more

The waba bowl is superb, and the staff are friendly. The employees are working so fast, the rice and meat are still hot. Highly recommended.
