Probably my least favorite Waba location. Very under staffed and doesn't wash nor clean hands in between customers. Woman you from handles cash but doesn't clean hands or use gloves when she bags orders or gets salad bar items. I am disappointed at this place. I used to order their food until today. They didn't add brown rice in one of my order. They put in white rice in another order. So they went ahead to correct the order. What they did was to put veggies aside inside the bowl and added small amount of brown rice in the bowl! It's ridiculous! It's not worth the money. They should get a new bowl and add brown rice and topped with veggies like they normally do instead of putting in brown rice at the sides of the bowl. read more

Waba would be an excellent choice because it's on my side of the bridge--however, the service and/ or the food can't seem to get together! On a prior trip they ran out of drinks in the cooler so I couldn't get a water. The cashier told me he couldn't give me a refund for the water but I could get water from the drink dispenser! Well I dug my heels in snd the manager finally came up to the register to give me my refund. The food was good so I decided to try again. Last night the service was good, though a little slow. The chicken and vegetable bowl was not good! The vegetables were raw snd the chicken was tough! I'm going back across the bridge to Flame Broiler from now on!! read more

Normally I would rave about waba, this location specifically. But after my visit tonight I don't know if I'll be going back any time soon. I ordered two bowls for curbside pickup tonight, showed up at my arrival time and called the number they had given me. I had to call the number 6 times before somebody picked up. I understand phones get busy (especially right now with the pandemic), but there was nobody else inside or in front of the store in their cars. The girl who answered was extremely rude and gave unnecessary attitude. We waited an additional 25 minutes after my scheduled time and after talking to the girl. Then I got a call when it was finally ready telling me I had to go inside to get my food instead, after choosing curbside and my emailed receipt saying "CURBSIDE", and again with attitude. When my boyfriend went inside to get it he said she had attitude with him as well. If you can't be nice to customers for just a few minutes, you shouldn't be in the service industry. Usually if something wrong i would talk to then directly or call but I've called over 10 times and the phone keeps ringing. Nothing wrong with the order except i was charged twice for one bowl and called to tell them so i can get some help but can't get through to anyone. Paid with debit card and the machine "froze" used a credit card and went through. Checked later and the debit card was also charged ...live an hour away but 1 star sadly read more

This was my first visit to WaBa Grill and was very disappointed. I ordered the steak bowl and the initial presentation was not appetizing at all. I receive a bowl with rice and steak chopped up so small, I felt it was chopped for a child. The chopped steak was dry even with the teriyaki. I didn't finish the bowl as it was not satisfying or was the taste appealing. I'm usually a Flame Broiler fan and may try again at a different location to see if it was an isolated visit. read more

Have eaten at various Waba Grill locations over the years and in general it's okay but I prefer Flame Broiler. Today I had one of the worst meals ever, food was BLA, chicken okay, steak was fatty and lame, veggies were very old, brown and cold. They had these new potstickers which we tried and were terrible. Please save yourself some trouble and DO NOT COME HERE! I have given this place so many chances but every time I come back there is always something MISSING or INCORRECT with my order and prepared very sloppily. On top of that, the staff are very unpleasant to interact with. If you go here at the 9 pm hour the restaurant will look closed. They turn the lights off and put all of the chairs up on the table. They will make you feel bad for ordering and will also tell you that they do not have certain items available. In addition, the music inside is so loud that you would have to be shouting at the staff in order to hear each other. I have brought up my issues with the "Feedback Team" but all they do is have the manager contact me to apologize and offer a free bowl. It is very unfortunate that this restaurant is the way it is. I hadn't had waba grill in years because I work at a chicken bowl restaurant. I gave waba a try and ordered it through door dash. The delivery was fine the food, nooo. I ordered chicken and steak bowl mom less rice and MORE VEGGIES. it was a normal amount of veggies, that were hard. Not to mention they don't fill up their sauce containers all the way only about a 3rd or the way. There was less rice but not enough veggies. Giselle is a great hard worker. Even though the older ladies in the back continuously yell at her in Spanish and roll their eyes. They can't get deliveries right. Multiple times the miso soup has been spilled and sloshing around the bag. If you order the potstickers, they often leave out the sauce (which is part of the item). They frequently mistake brown rice for white. Don't order from here unless you can check your items on the spot. And even then, the people working here are not very nice. I imagine this stems from management. I've called this location whenever an order goes wrong, and they never answer. There is no support option on the app. The Winchester (Benton) location is much better. read more

I rarely go to Waba Grill and this was my first time coming in years and I won't be back any time soon. Why? 1. The staff are totally unprofessional. 2. None of them wore their masks correctly. 3. I asked what kind of dressing goes on the salad and the cashier said "uhhhh, this one" and showed me the bottle. I still don't know what flavor that is, but okay. 4. I specifically told the cashier that I wanted to wait outside for my food to social distance as it was getting busy. He said okay and it would be 5-10 minutes. I step back inside after 10 minutes of standing right in front of the establishment and requested my food. A different guy was there and almost gave me someone else's food. I showed him my receipt after he kept looking around in stupid places where the food wouldn't be and came back to me and said " We must have given your food away to someone else." Ummmm... how hard is it to double check the order before giving food out? But okay. I'm thinking easy fix. Just remake it. Simple. I was wrong. The guy then started talking to the people who make the food orders and no one is moving getting my order together. After watching them stand there for a few minutes, I repeatedly asked them to remake the food because I had to get back to work. Then this girl comes out from the back and tells me to calm down and then walks away. It was so rude and uncalled for. I didn't realize that waiting 30 minutes for fast food is unreasonable. The lady who makes the food continues her conversation with the guy with her mask pulled down under her chin and was making my food. I was so put off by everyone's behavior. Not to mention I was late getting back to work, and no one seemed to give a crap that I was inconvenienced. 5. No one apologized for the mistake or wasting my time. 6. I called corporate and complained about my experience and I was told someone would get back to me in 24-48 hours. I didn't get a call back so I called corporate again days later. When I was finally called back by the manager, I missed the call but the voicemail sounded like the lady was distracted/ uninterested in the conversation. 7.
