It's almost like you're at a picnic. The people here are friendly. It feels family owned and operated. And the most important part is that the barbecue here is tasty. People have their favorites, but I think this is good Texas barbecue. Also, the beauty of having more Texas style barbecue places in the area is that you get a good feeling of how much a brisket usually costs. And the cost here feels pretty reasonable. Since it was my first time I had to try the brisket so I got that and a side of mac & cheese. Definitely was satisfied with my order. Great spot and I hope to be back soon.

For a Thursday afternoon, it doesn't seem busy, so the service was very fast even with some people coming in to pick up online orders. I found the ambiance very nice, specially now after it being bright and sunny and turning into a gloomy windy. The atmosphere inside this comfy store stayed the same bright as a sunny day. The staff helped with the questions I had. You can pay with different types of payment. They provide seating and look very spacious for a small store. They provide easy to read menus that's on the wall, a water dispenser with small cups at the exit door, and even samples of their agua frescas. I got to taste the mango fruit juice. Which was really good. There is a book shelve right next to it, I am assuming they can take books to read there, maybe for the kids that come out of school to spend sometime there. And finally they even support small businesses by placing their cards for their business there. In short, yes it is a place worth coming too and enjoying their items on the menu!

I had a really great experience at WaBa Grill! The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was hoping for--healthy but still super satisfying. Everything tasted made-to-order, and you can tell they take pride in keeping things consistent and delicious. What really stood out though was the service. Jenni V went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was friendly, attentive, and had such a positive attitude that it honestly made the whole visit even better. It's not every day you come across service like that. Definitely coming back again--great food and even better customer service. Highly recommend! read more
