I LOVE Salad farm but was truly devastated when the Alhambra, and Pasadena location closed down :(. Found out they had a location around Vernon very close to my office so ordered it for lunch one day. Placed the order online through uber eats so the process was super quick, paid for my order and it gave me a time that I would like it delivered. I set it for noon. Around 11AM, I get a text saying that my meal is on its way and it arrived within 20 minutes. A little earlier than I wanted, but better earlier than late. Plus since it's salad, it's not a big deal since it's already cold. Opened up my bag and BAM! They packed my salad to the BRIM!! The box was hanging on for dear life. OMG. Everything was so delicious and i love that I added avocado to the meal, it just made everything so much better! My favorite thing about the Chinese Chicken Salad is their dressing. The lady once told me that it was a mixture of honey mustard and house dressing which is why it taste so good. I'm drooling just writing this review. I've never been to the store itself but I've had many coworkers who do go that they've become regulars. They always tell me how kind everyone is and that they don't even need to place the order anymore because the workers know them and their order by heart. Thank you for the lovely lunch. I love their Chinese chicken salad and the baked potatoes. They deliver or you can easy order through grubhub and pick up. This time around I ordered the healthy protein salad with balsamic vinegar. It was delicious. The down side was the delivery time. When I placed the order Grubhub said it would be there between 12:15 pm & 12:25 pm. The driver didn't get there till almost 12:45 pm. I called the restaurant and they said not to go by that time because there's a buffer of 45 min. Really? cuz I've ordered through grubhub before and most places are always on time? I used to go to the Salad Farm located on Figueroa by USC and was sad to find out they closed. So when I found out they have another location in Vernon, I had to go ASAP. Location is clean but I did notice that one of the workers in the back was making a sandwich with NO gloves and no hair net. And when eating my salad (another employee prepped it) I find a HAIR in it I tell them politely what I found and they did offer credit or a new salad and I agreed on a new one; but I did just pay extra for the avocado and for the new salad, they didn't put it in and they said it would be an extra charge.... And I understand to a certain extent but I did just find a hair in my salad plus the employee pretending it wasn't her hair by saying that it was a white hair (mind you my hair is red and the hair in the salad was blonde which is the employee's that prepped it). So service not that great plus seeing that one employee not wearing gloves when prepping/making food so it's a no for me and will not be going back RIP salad farm on Fig :'( read more

I ordered my salad for delivery, so my review is based off of that. I work in Huntington park, which can make it difficult to order healthy options. I found this spot from my search for salads and delivery. I ordered the salmon salad which comes with pita bread, chips and potato salad. I really enjoyed the potato salad! It tasted homemade and was tasty. The salmon salad was fresh and it was enough for me to split it into two servings. I chose a balsamic dressing that was a great pairing to the salad. Because I ordered delivery, I had to make my order $20 which was tough since their pricing is pretty affordable. I would definitely eat here again and try out one of their other salads. read more

Me and my manager recently discovered this salad place by our work place. My manager was buying so I knew I had to pick something good! :) What a great choice because Salad Farm is soo AMAZING! OMG The salads are all really big and tasty! The lines can get really long during lunch at 12pm but if you come a little after the lines come down. A lot of business people come here because its near all the companies near by so parking can get a little crazy. Love how the they toss the salads when making them for you. lol I recommend the Energy Salad and the Chicken Fajita! I got the taco salad before and completely had the worst lunch break ever! My lunch always has to be amazing because if it isn't it just ruins my day.lol but that's just me,:). The Energy Salad is tuna, turkey and chicken all with spinach mushroom and full of veggies and greens, love it. Chicken fajita was orgasmic! You just have to try it! The Taco Salad is just taco meat on top of alot of lettuce and a few chips, eww it was just not right. I recommend people just to stick to the regular salads and if your looking for something greasy dont come here. They also have huge chocolate chip cookies at the cashier! They are a must! If your thinking of just having water with your salad just buy a drink or bring your own water because the water here taste WORST than tap water. That's the only thing that I didn't like about this place. Hopefully they do something about that. I will probably tell the workers to look into getting the filter checked. read more

3.5 stars**** Nearest salad place by work so came here for lunch at around 1230. The parking lot gets super packed during lunch time so if you can't find a spot just park across the street at McDonalds. I've only tried the steak fajita salad here and it's pretty decent. The meat was good and they didn't skimp out on it which was nice. I have to say, 0.75 for extra topping is a little much and $1 for cheese. Also the taco bowl it comes in was cold and super thin so it wasn't too great. I got the salad and one drink and it came out to a little over $14 which is on the pricey side. But considering I'm in Vernon which isn't too pleasant, I can't complain too much. They give you complimentary pita bread on the side but its not that great so I don't usually ask for it. read more

I've been to this Salad Farm a few times before and had no issues but today was the worst experience I've had there. They seem to care more about completing their Uber Eats/Postmates orders than their walk in clients. I waited about short of 10 minutes before someone eventually took my order for a Cobb Wrap. The employee made the filling but didn't have a tortilla so she walks back to the kitchen and request one and ask me to wait. I wait there for about 15 minutes before I ask the owner what the heck is going on with my order!? Why does it take 15 minutes to heat up a tortilla for a wrap? The owner is confused looks around, ask no questions and seems lost. I wait a for some kind of response maybe an apology but I get nothing. I walk out and drove to get something to eat with only 10 minutes left on my lunch break. I understand they get busy with phone and online orders but I'm a walk in client and it shouldn't take over 20 minutes to make a chicken wrap. I wont be returning. read more

The steak and cheese panini is my favorite but any one of their salads are definitely worth trying depending on your appetite. Fresh ingredients, nice service and very real label pricing. Not many options in the area to have a healthy lunch but for me I would highly recommend this Salad Farm. I ordered Salad Farm from postmates at ten am, when they open. I even paid extra to have it delivered 10 minutes earlier. When it came to 11 the app said that they were working on my order. They even changed drivers and by three pm I called postmates and they refunded my money. This place instead of cancelling my order, wanted me to cancel it and be charged. They had my order in "taking longer than normal" for three hours! Good salad but what a shitty service! read more
