Sat in the drive thru while the same white Toyota Corolla was parked for 10 minutes. Not the employees fault and not trying to blame management because I know they have labor to stick to but this is wild. I backed out of the line and parked. I got out of my car since my order apparently is ready. I've been waiting in the walk up pick up line for 7-8 minutes now... very disappointing. First time and last time here. Your employees also don't get paid enough to tolerate the abuse. read more

I spent almost $70 for family of 4 for fast food. Now when I get home after a long trip and I pay for fast food I have only one expectation. That my order be complete. Well failure. I get home and my burger for myself not in bag. Too tired to drive back I eat my fries and drink. Not cool at all. read more

Service is still awesome. A friend and I stopped by on July 26th around 11:45am. Not sure if they had two drive thru windows during the time I wrote my last review but this employee was working them. She kept the lines moving and at the same time helped the walking customers. She took efficient time on each order and everyone walked/drove away happy. I went with their BBQ wings. My only wish is if they can be a little bit more generous with the sauce. Other than that, great service. read more

Its been more than 10 years since I've last had Rallys. We used to have a Rallys in the location I reside but ever since then I haven't seen one in some time. I do see one location in Inglewood when paying my respects to the family at the Inglewood cemetery but each time isn't the best time to check it out. Recently I've had this killer craving to make my comeback. Checking out the different locations I now notice that Rallys is not close to me at all. I made the effort to go on a little adventure to get me a Big Buford! Reading the Yelp! reviews, I felt a lot of people talking about how orders are incorrect or the rudeness of the employees. I can't base my future experience on other people's, gotta make my own. I came to this location as it happened to be the closest. (25.1 miles) I do remember that this establishment is mainly a drive thru but walk ups is still available. But walking up felt odd. They had two windows to walk up to and when we chose one, they told us to go to the other one. lol I ordered my food, it came out pretty quick and guess what? It did not disappoint. Felt exactly how it did 10+ years ago and my craving was satisfied! It is a bummer that there is only outdoor seating but I accepted it as the Rally's experience. Overall I was pleased. Parking: small private lot VERDICT: Rinse and repeat read more

there's a short guy with glasses who started a couple months ago and is STILL messing up, he didn't start cooking my wings until I got to the window, I asked for a lot of sauce and got NO sauce he really don't needa b in fast food read more

Damn, damn, damn.... every time I find a different Rally's to give them another chance, every different one just sucks more and more and more. Sorry, but this one is no different from the other Rally's I went to! This sucks for me because I LOVE Rally's and their food!!! I so desperately want to find at least a decent 3-5 star Rally's these days, but I can't!!!!! Just telling it like it is!!! Story time: So last night, I come home from an awesome Destroy Boys concert and found this Rally's closest to the venue. I arrived, saw that the area was so bad...their lights don't even have green to go!!! It's a blinking yellow light and a red! LOL!! This area.... sucksssss. So I arrive at the Rally's and go to the drive thru. I had to close all my windows and make sure my doors were locked because there were homeless, druggies and random stray dogs basically taking over the lot, bothering every damn car, worse than the other Rally's I went to. This homeless lady kept coughing in their cashier line that's basically near the same windows where you pick up the food! Like ... what the hell? I didn't ask for Monkey Corona Pox seasoning to go with the Rally's combo meal that the idiotic workers forgot to give my ranch for! Seriously, how simple and stupid is it to F' up simple orders? This is why Skynet's making them terminators to take over their jobs...because those machines understand English and they do what they do with no breaks or any kind of barrier to mess up a customer's orders. I love you, Rally's.... I love your food, but so far, many of your joints these days and many of its workers and bad areas just are a straight up turn off for me and others who want some nostalgic fast food!!!! Please, corporate... get your shit together here and do something to make those you don't pay as much as you get; some proper training in and out ;) of your facilities....because I want my Rally's to bring back my childhood .... not the negative stereotypical "hood". Thank you and 1 Star again until I see actual change. read more

Service is complete garbage got order wrong 2 times in a row. How do you mess up fixing the mess up.

I love the buffalo chicken wings well done from Rally's. Normally the drive thru goes pretty fast and they haven't gotten my orders wrong at this location as my regular one closed down. so far so good. They used to have an apple pie ice cream sundae but they discontinued it. Hopefully they'll bring it back. The fries are seasoned perfectly and the burgers are really good. read more

3 stars the food has always been hot fresh and always have my complete order. I moved from Orange County for my uncle who lives in a independent living facility and doing late night runs are for him mainly with me picking up the extra pounds as I order those funnel fries or a cone ice cream. They were quite busy tonight ! Both lanes were filled. Social distancing enforced, there is no dinning yet out doors tape is all around. Our food was great nothing wrong, But ! I will now be in the alert when coming here especially due to Coronavirus. As we all have safety protocols to follow like mask , gloves optional, social distancing, there is no indoor dining physically available. But, my question is why go to such extreme lengths when a female can just walked in the side door of the building in plain clothes. She walked in came out with food. My problem is I thought we were trying to create a safe environment and not pass any viruses when people just walking in and coming out of the side door. All the while I'm still in drive thru and the female went in twice without gloves or masks. We are in sensitive times I just think management should have a better handle on this. I seen the girl as my the hubby I was shocked ! read more

Really good good here . Also they haven't been hit by inflation. Good prices . Plenty of good junk food

1 in the morning, hungry and I was here. Ordered a big Buford combo, burger so good, fries tasted a little funny and they gave me a soda with no ice. I mean I can already see that this location be shady but I went with convenience and that was a hard lesson learned. read more

It was my first time at Rally's and did not regret it. Javier was very helpful and patient! The food tasted great!

The Philly Cheesesteak bites were the worse things I've ever eaten in a fast food place in FOREVER. Nasty, greasy with NO FLAVOR. Whatever the cost, free is too much. read more

Ordered on DoorDash and they had the audacity to send me a sandwich that was completely black. It was charred on both sides on the bun and I was charged double the price since using a delivery service. Someone at this restaurant actually thought it was reasonable to wrap up that up and send it to a customer. Shameful. read more

It was two cars ahead of me before I placed my order, but the line was moving it's no reason why I should have received cold fries, burger, nuggets all seem like it was old already sitting for a while and only thing that was hot was my funnel cake fries that's only because they had to make them. It was nobody behind me. Employees need to do better and not be lazy. I would of return food if I wasn't on my way to work smh read more

I ordered on Uber Eats and I would watch the Uber driver reach the drive thru on the apps map and then suddenly cancel and it would send another driver. I didn't know what was happening but my order kept getting cancelled. After the third time I asked my Uber driver to keep me updated. It actually went through this time and she told me they kept denying my order even though it would go through the app and the meal was paid for. I eventually got my order so it's not like they couldn't make it. There was no point in denying my order. The phone number listed does not work so you can't call for any info. I work in customer service so I know things can get complicated but there's no excuse for this. Just because we're in the hood doesn't mean we can't have good customer service. SMH read more

One of fav late night spots! You cannot beat the prices; food is usually hot and gets the order correct with no repeat. impressed by the late night staff for having my order correct AND hot, every time I go. I was hungry so I decided to go to this fine establishment for their fries and a small cheeseburger. When I got home, I opened up the bag to find my CHEESEburger had no CHEESE. I was so upset that I gave my burger, not a CHEESEburger to my dog. Now I'm hungry AND sad. read more

If I can give them negative 0 stars I would. DIRTY AND TRIFLING !!! Do NOT EAT HERE! Bit into my burger and bit into some plastic it look like it could've been trash . Rally's... I have given you many a-chances but we can no longer see each other. I've moved on... please, you've brought this on yourself. If you really love me, you'll leave me alone. My sister will be back for the dog later. This restaurant chain is dreadful, I don't know why people continue to eat here because from what I have ordered, it's all appalling and leaves a bad after-taste in your mouth throughout the day. This one in particular is insufficient in so many levels from customer service to cleanliness to its location. Word to the wise, you don't want to come here at night unless you're asking for trouble and want to be in the obituaries the next day. I find the location in Huntington Park to be more appealing but you won't find me there anymore. You can find me in Tommy's enjoying top-notch burgers with great service that leaves you wanting more. In the end, if you haven't tried Rally's by all means please do so, and after you have been disappointed you can spread the word of the tasteless burgers that are Rally's. read more

+ Great burger and fries - Customer service was a little lacking - Unshaded outside seating - Outside seating was very dirty - Building/facility in general was very unkempt - In a not-so-great neighborhood I was excited to see a Rally's since I happened to be in the area so I stopped by due to my nostalgia for Checkers in my home state of New Jersey. While the burger and fries were great, the rest of my experience at this location was lacking. I was ignored for several minutes while standing at the order window (while employees looked at me and continued their tasks). The exterior of the facility and the outdoor seating area were pretty dingy too. Based on the other reviews here, I see a number of them stating french fry orders were half full. I did notice this with my order. I had two orders of fries, one large, and one small. The large one seemed normal while the small one had about 10 fries in it. read more

They move slow asf be ready to wait at list 15 mins for your food they have nasty ass atitudes

Again, at least a dozen times I've tried to get a burger and always get run off by the panhandlers.

I give this location 0 starts. The cashier guy was so rude when taking our order. I get it. We all have bad days. But I would please ask to refrain from seeking employment in a customer service environment. He didn't ask us if we needed anything, he hardly let us order in peace. Very unprofessional and makes me want to do the extra drive to the next location. 4/18/19 @10:30pm read more

This was around 8 PM this evening. There were only two cars in line in front of me. They let the woman directly before me at the drive-thru order an entire additional meal at the window, and didn't ask her to move, so it took an extra 20 minutes before I even got to the window, then they gave my mother attitude after she made a comment about it. We should not have had to wait for almost 30 minutes because of one person, and then for the employee to be so flippant with my mother... I didnt take the food. Probably never going back after that service. Which sucks because the food is decent. read more

Came by to grab a quick snack with my boyfriend. He said they had good fries, but that's pretty much as good as it gets.
