Just a heads up this location does not have the breakfast burrito! Their hash browns are always crunchy in the best way. Tried the minis, they are actually pretty filling. I think they have the best biscuit out of the other breakfast sandwiches. Parking is in side the parking structure for the apartment, but you would only know if you go to the opposite end. It's 45 mins for free, you have to have a physical card to out into the machine in order to get in. read more

We came here after visiting CAAM Summer Nights. The museum had food trucks but the lines were long and slow so we walk over to Chick-fil-A to grab chicken sandwiches and waffle fries. Service was fast and efficient. We dined in and that restaurant was very clean considering how much foot traffic it was receiving on a Saturday night. The workers were very friendly too. They protect and seal your food along with your drink. There is parking on 37th Street off of Figueroa. Parking is free if you going into order, grab and go. I never have issues with Chick-fil-A especially at this location close to campus, but I was shocked to see at such a dry time for the academic year that your employees are chatting, giggling, and taking their time to hand out orders while the bags are ready to distribute to customers. The food is never bad and even during busy times of the year it is normally really well ran, but today, I am very disappointed in how things were handled. There's no parking or pick up spaces in front. If you circle the block several times you'll eventually know how to get into underground parking. Once you're at the entrance, there is nothing to tell you how to work the machine in order to get into the building. After quite some security walk to the gate and I said how do I get my Chick-fil-A and he replied "I don't know". Then I said how do I get into the gate and he said slide your credit card in and you get 45 minutes for free. I did that and threw a search party for the "pick up here" sign. There was not one. All the while I've been calling the store several times and no one has answered. After about five calls, the manager answered and I asked him how on earth I was supposed to get my food because there was no entrance to, the store from the parking structure. He said I would have to park in the parking structure and walk around the corner to pick up my food. I said no thank you and I would like a refund. I also expressed how annoyed I was with the process... After I express everything, I just mentioned twice and asked for a refund he simply said OK. He could have said hey you don't have to pay for it for the inconvenience and we will inconvenience. But he didn't. I hung up the phone and left. Why waste the time explaining the inconvenience. Apparently the students in this college area already know the drill. But new customers don't and neither is the staff available to answer questions nor are the instructions clear on the app as it pertains to this particular location. If I could put no stars, I would. Is expecting to receive what you asked for too much to ask? I specifically asked for the chicken filet in my salad to be cut and when I open my salad, the chicken was whole. Aside from that, the cashier asked me "any sauce" I say CHICK-FIL-A SAUCE AND KETCHUP and when I'm home, there is NONE IN MY BAG. Why ask me what sauce I want if you're not going to put it in there anyway? They literally always forget at least ONE THING on mobile orders and act passive when you tell them. They forgot an entire portion of my order and this has been happening FOREVER!!! Correct me if I'm wrong, is it not customary to read off of a checklist of what's in the order? How is it that they forgot THREE of my food items? I have heard of Chick-fil-A and its cult following, but I cannot count myself as a cult member having eaten here. While the food is cheap, the quality and flavors were just lacking. Expect a nicely sized spicy fried chicken patty, a couple threads of lettuce and thinly sliced pickles layered between fluffy bread buns. The chicken was not particularly crispy nor did the various sandwich elements help balance each other out or add to the flavor profile of the sandwich overall. LMEONADE: A medium lemonade is served in a pretty large cup that you could easily share. Other than that, it is a typical fountain drink lemonade. GRANOLA PARFAIT: You get a tiny handful of berries (blackberry, raspberry and strawberry) and the yogurt is smooth and creamy. This was a tasty and healthier alternative to berries and cream. This is probably my least favorite chick-fil-A ever. I wasn't sure what I was expecting since it's basically on a college campus but it wasn't fun. First off, this place gets super super busy. With that, it means tables are not clean and ample people in the store at once. There really isn't any parking. It's mostly street parking and there's a residential garage you can park in but that gets packed as well. Service ain't that great chick fil a service you get elsewhere. I don't blame them though because they really are super super busy so it's expected. Anyway, food still tastes the same. Convenient location as they are located across the street from a tourist attraction. The staff are a little confusing. All I ordered was a kid's meal w a beverage and it took 2 to 3 minutes to get that order across to order taker. She was unaware of how to scan the points to app. ... everyone uses the app. The front area is quite small leaving the employees to bump in each other as they walk by swiftly achieving the bare minimum. Let me tell you about the parking redesign to get to this CFA after their renovation. FAIL! In addition to no direct access from the garage parking, you have to use a credit card to get in and out. This is so annoying and a hack risk. You also have to get out of your car when exiting cause you will not make the angle to get next to the card reader.
