Nice casual spot with indoor and outdoor seating--perfect for a light bite and a glass of wine. Food is decent, just wish there were more options on the menu.

Steak and Eggs was so flavorful!! And the eggs so fresh!

Great brunch spot! The food was fresh, cooked to order, and the quality really showed. The staff was very friendly and even went out of their way to get an item they had run out of just for me. The outdoor seating had a perfect LA vibe with music and a clean atmosphere. Definitely coming back!

Space for empty wine bottles for up-cycling possibly. Super cook.

Beautiful, serene and good vibrations spot. Decided to pop on to get hot tea and was met with good energy from the start. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, both kinetic. I ordered both hot and cold teas and WOW!. The strawberry matcha was made to order. Using freshly made matcha, milk and strawberry puree, I also ordered Camille brewed from dried Camille, black tea, and chai tea. The teas were delicious, they also had a variety of milk alternatives including pistachio milk!. The food being prepared smelled sooooo good, as the watched the chef work his magic with fresh ingredients. The staff was super chill and had good energy. They have a great wine selection and menu. I could easily see this being a favorite local spot. It's definitely a hidden gem and a must for anyone looking for great wine, food, and relaxing vibe spot. This is it, a must to try.

    Strawberries & Cream

We sat outside as it seemed like the air conditioning wasn't working. The place felt more like a pop up. The highlight of the meal was their Strawberries & Cream which tasted like a more adult like strawberry egg cream. I actually made myself these when my parents owned a Carvel. I love egg creams so to get strawberry was a welcome surprise! The meatball was way too salty for me. I ended up giving my portion to Tony. The sauce was phenomenal. Tony got the Pomodoro which was my 2nd choice and that sauce just made the dish. It made him think of his Mom's recipe. I should have gotten this dish. My pasta was ok. My biggest complaint here is that they charge for every side. You figure they would give you some bread w/ your pasta. Nope. Additional charge. Want more cheese? That'll be another charge etc. Between the vibe and the additional charges, I wouldn't come back here w/ the exception of that Strawberries and Cream. I'd easily go back just to get that. The servers were great!

This place was already my favorite go to for dinner, and now they have COFFEE that is just as delicious! I can't say enough good things about this place everyone there makes you feel like your family, they remember you and always are so welcoming. And a big city like this, this place is a hidden gem.

Food To start with, I think this place is mostly a wine bar and had a relatively small kitchen. We were a group of 6 and all our food took so long probably more than 30 mins til our food came out, but my friends and I didn't mind since we liked the overall vibe of the place and were busy catching up with each other. When the food did arrive, the quality of the food was pretty good. We got pepperoni pizza and caesar salad to share, and they were pretty good in terms of taste and I could tell that it was fresh. The ragu bolognese was made with fresh pasta and had relatively good flavor but was a bit on the saltier side for me. I also ordered meatballs but unfortunately they were out of meatballs. Food was okay overall Service/Ambiance The staff that showed to our tables were nice and I liked how they would check up on us from time to time. The vibe of the place was outdoor dining mainly and I liked the overall vibe of the place

    Strawberries and cream soda

My new go-to place for my morning coffee. Both the coffee and matcha are great. I also tried the strawberries and cream soda- house made and delicious!

Service was very friendly! Cacio/pepper pasta plus meatballs were good. Mixed drink was meh for the price. The acoustics were very challenging--it was very loud and when one man moved a stool the sound was exceptionally unpleasant. I left feeling overwhelmed and craving the quiet of my car. Food is good, but I would bring earplugs next time.

We started with the Wine Station Salad and it was the perfect light opener. The lettuce was crisp, the candied walnuts added a subtle sweetness, and the cherry tomatoes were fresh and juicy. The parmesan and house dressing pulled it all together. It felt balanced and refreshing without being boring. Next up was the Pizza 4 Fromages with truffle added. If you love cheese, this is your move. The blend of cheeses was rich and creamy, and the truffle hit right away without overpowering the tomato sauce. The crust had a nice crisp edge and held everything together perfectly. Definitely a standout. We also shared the charcuterie board and that was ideal for pairing with wine. A great assortment of meats and cheeses, plus olives, pickles, and toasted bread. Everything tasted fresh and high quality. It's the kind of board you can slowly work through while enjoying a few glasses. The vibe inside The Wine Station is relaxed but elevated. It's perfect for date night, catching up with friends, or just unwinding after work in Downtown LA. If you're looking for a wine bar in DTLA that actually has food worth ordering, this is it. We'll definitely be back.

Initially we were going to…read moretry De La Nonna, but they were closed for a special event and we didn't know when we showed up. In the same vein, we stuck with a similar style of food and ended up at Propaganda. There was little to no wait, which was pleasant. It was a nice day and we decided to eat outside. The focaccia bread and salad came out first, and both were good. I enjoyed the crispiness of the bread, though my only qualms were that the bread was quite oily and the butter and salt were just a tad bit too salty for my liking. The Insalata Mista salad was solid. Good flavor, good dressing-to-salad ratio, and a surprisingly good portion size. As far as pizza goes, the Margherita was good. Tasty, moist, and a nice crunch on the crust. I found it to be enjoyable, though I may have enjoyed more fresh basil on this. I did find it better than the Boscaiola. I got the black truffle honey add on, and it does not go well on this pizza in my opinion. There was virtually no taste of truffle to me, and more of just an aftertaste of oily sweet honey. This was a miss. It's hard to say whether the base pizza was good without it because the flavor profile was just too overpowered by the aftertaste. The Arts District is definitely coming up with new upscale dining establishments, and I'm there for it. I think this is a solid addition. Though this is a wine bar, I don't generally drink, so my review is based purely on the food. Results of their drinks, which is quite an extensive list, may be to your liking! They do have an inexpensive three wine flight, for reference!
