Been here a few time before but I like it than now not so good . I give it a 1 star because the place was so dirty and the table was sticky the floor smell when eating there like they need to clean their mop better . The food was under cooked like the rice it was hard not enough water . The meat was dry and not fresh at all. The dumplings was so sad it's not even fresh but at least put some effort into making it . I didn't even finish my food I had to throw it away. I was so disappointed in my food I hope the manager read this review and do something about it . I will give it another try if I get anything back from them . I know that COVID affects many business but this has nothing to do with that. I made a door dash order for a salmon plate and many other foods but my complaint is on the salmon plate. I called and asked if they serve the salmon frozen and cooked and the manager just made an excuse on how it is prepared. The salmon was rubbery and dry and it did not look at all like the menu they have online. When I stated this the manager just said "I'm sorry about that..." with a awkward long pause. That's how the whole conversation went. They really don't care anymore about customer satisfaction or how to deal with their bad food served to customers. Pieces of burnt chick from my WaBa Chicken wrap. There was more pieces but I had no choice but to eat my meal because I'm currently at work. On top of that my mom was the one who bought it and dropped it off for me at work. She paid for the combo and the cashier didn't tell her the soda machine was completely down, so my mom asked if she can have another drink from the vending machine and the cashier said yes but charged her for the drink of 2.25 . My mom then told her why ? If she had already paid for the combo with the soft drink; so then the cashier says "we can't just give you that drink it's gonna be charged to due to our manager". Come here often since I live around the corner. Everytime I tip and no thank you I don't expect one. The tall guy has customer service skills. The cashier not so much. They were busy as fuck and I decided to drop a $10 in there tip to hopefully make there day a problem. No thank you and complete silence as I thank you and tell him to have a great day. Came in for a lunch Togo, I ordered a full salmon bowl and ended up with burnt, dry salmon, I wanted white rice ended up with brown rice, my bowl was so small it looked like the mini bowl. When I asked for it to be changed the tall guy gave me attitude. My salmon was burnt because the employee were too busy being loud and talking to each other about everything else. I asked vivian how much longer and her reply was that I'm working on it we have to take care of dine in customers first then online orders. Vivian is really rude. No apology from her. Worst waba grill ever. I walked in to your location at 712 pm. There was only one person working here which isn't her fault. I was finally able to tell them my order and pay at 731 pm. I went to the donut store next door cuz i knew it'd be a while. I walked back inside at 738 and my order hadn't even been put on the grill. My order was put on the grill at 741. 2 customers that placed their order after me have already got their order. Another young lady walked in and went to help in the back with the orders. This is one of my favorite chains. This store however, is the worst restaurant I have been too. I have given them multiple chances, over multiple months. It is like someone bought a chain to get their annoying kids out of the house because they were so sick of them. Customer service is the worst! If you order online don't get there when you are supposed to because you will see a bunch of unprofessional workers playing around. If you call, you can watch the kid pick up the phone and hang it up FROM THE CURBSIDE PICKUP SPOT. THEY TRULY DO NOT KNOW HOW GLASS WORKS! Just go home and cook your own chicken and rice. I really enjoy this fast food restaurant chain, and have previously never experienced any issues at this particular location. In this particular situation, my order was placed through and delivered by Uber Eats, which I double checked, in order for accuracy. I specifically asked for avocado on my order, was charged for it and it was not included. Although a little frustrated, I figured it was a simple mistake. After all, we're only human. I then proceeded to call the store and the customer service which I experienced was unfortunately, very inexperienced. What seemed to be a young girl answered the phone. I explained the situation to her, and she very nonchalantly placed me on a long hold. Considering that I paid through Uber Eats, I was curious as to how I would be receiving a refund. She then came back on the line, and stated that according to the manger, "they would be able to provide me with some avocado, if I would pick it up." Really?? I get it with brown rice and no waba sauce cause it's a little too much for me. I also ask to eat there, never to go. Not a big deal right? So I'm trying to cut the girl slack because I'm pretty sure she was new...but this was ridiculous. Not only did she charge me an extra 50 cents for asking for NO waba sauce, but actually served it to me WITH it! She also packed it up to go! I'm thinking, "Come on...this isn't rocket science." To the owner: You need to hire people who use common sense. You shouldn't be charging people extra for using LESS of your resources. That's just dumb.
