What's up with cutting the senior citizens discount at from $.50-$.22 ?? II've heard a lot of seniors aren't happy about that. I noticed there's some young people that work there and they're a little bit snippy and disrespectful. Michelle is really nice. She's really efficient and always gives good Customer Service and works hard and a conscience conscientious worker. Oh yeah, sometimes the regular hot coffee isn't that good couple times it's been old or cold and I've had to return it and wait for them to make a fresh pot for the coffee to be hot. They should always keep some freshly brewed because people get coffee at no matter what time of the day. I don't think I'll be returning so you might see a decline in your business. read more

I went here today and my food was very horrible.I started having stomach pain like 45 mins after I ate, then my Abdominal and ribs/hip area started hurting so bad. I have really bad diarrhea. Provided dinner for a group of three for under $10--not too shabby. It's your typical Jack in the Box restaurant, although they must have recently remodeled or something because the tables, chairs, and floor looked new. The layout is nice--two booths in front of the register followed by a couple tables in the middle and every other table next to the windowed walls. We visited this restaurant around 5pm just as a group of rambunctious young boys was leaving. They were kind of annoying as they were scootering all over the place inside the restaurant, but since the employees weren't doing anything about it, they stopped after getting a couple passive-aggressive stares from the other customers. The lady ordering ahead of us was taking quite a while, so my group opted for the electronic order machine to the right of the register. It was simple enough to handle and can see it being REALLY useful when there are several people ahead of you in line. Definitely recommend using this nifty device in the future, but it runs on a different number ordering system, so take extra care to watch out for your order number. It takes cash/credit and whatever Jack Bucks are. The food came out hot, but one of the tacos in our order had a full slice of cheese that hadn't melted. Boo. My group's not much for soda, so we requested water cups and the girl behind the counter happily obliged. One of the waters tasted quite funky, so we asked for a replacement and got it. All in all, good food, good service, but something should be done about the rowdy customers who do come in. The highlight of our visit here was the funny poster we sat next to. Food actually was not bad. Despite the order taker seem to be new she was okay. The reason for 2 stars is because they had absolutely no diet drinks at all. The machine listed about 15 diet or low calorie drinks but none were "available" Being diabetic it is important to me to have diet or low carb otions. I frequent this particular Jacks, I typically go in odd hours of the day between 11pm and 7am. They are always super quick, very friendly at the window, and the food is surprisingly fresh. Very impressed considering the standards of most of the Jacks in the area. Great job team! read more

With my most recent order which I've just received not only is my drink practically 90% ice but some how swapped ranch with honey mustard. I come here pretty often after closing at my store nearby and the team at night is always friendly,gets my order right and always have a friendly smile at the window. Tonight i witnessed them get yelled at, cursed at and threatened with "ill beat your a$$" and when i got to the window 2 cars later they were still doing an amazing job! I went through this drive thru today with my 3 boys and thought it was gonna be a good experience, but it turned out so bad I will never go back to this jack n the box again. The woman working the register was very nice, but after they gave me my food I checked it like I usually do. Turned out the lady who put the food in the bag literally dumped one of my orders of fries into the bag which was only like 7 or 8 fries on the bottom of the bag. I know this because she didn't put one of my orders of fries in the bag and she tried to say she did when she started to argue with me at the window so I had to take everything out of the bag to show her and she tried to say a value frie has only 7 to 8 fires. I didn't get her name but she was a skinny blonde white lady wearing a red shirt and black hat with purple eye shadow. She shouldn't deal with people. They should fire her or put her in a dark corner to clean. You lost my business and I'm sure others too. read more

I like this Jack's. Every time we go there they are really cheerful, happy to help, and are really nice. The other day March 17th went in and asked about a special order, burger with no bun in a lettuce wraps instead. I try not to give five stars to places, but I love this place! The fries are crispy and the tacos are amazing. I really like the teriyaki chicken bowl to, it has amazing flavor, although I do recommend to ask for more sauce. The service when I go there is normally average speed, but it's busy when I go there, and they've managed to not mess up my order so far. I just went through the drive through! Usually everything is OK. A few times I have received cold curly fries, but today was the worst. I ordered a #1, the bun was burnt and the meat was overcooked (dry)! It was the worst burger ever. I thought I would have a final treat before I began my diet. I must say for late night grub 12am to 1am the food is excellent. Burgers taste fresh and fries are hot and crunchy. Almost like their saving the good stuff for the midnighters.
