First and last time visit. Food was too damn pricey. Chicken nuggs were some fake processed food that I had to toss. Wet burrito was decent. For our salad, it's was pretty big, but they gave us a single, small, dressing. I asked for sour cream. For this small container it wasn't 75c, not $1, but $2 freaking dollars??? $60-some dollar experience (no drinks) for those things mentioned read more

I loved this place for their authentic Menudo unfortunately it seems as they changed their recipe. Not satisfied.

Chicken overcooked. Did have everything on the menu. Service was very slow for the amount of employees.

Bean and Cheese Burrito was not very appetizing. The green sauce is sour.............. read more

Local Mexican spot at the edge of Apple Valley, just down the street from Apple Valley High. I use to come here all the time when I lived in Apple Valley. Now I only come when I am in town. It does not disappoint every time I come. It's still the tastiest Mexican food around. The food is still fresh and the staff is still awesome!!! I met the owner John (Lebron James fan) a few times and I can see why the customer service at this place is always on point. Usually when I come here I always order their carne asada burrito, but you can pretty much order anything here. They also serve delicious sea food and adult beverages to accompany your food. I look forward to the next time I can visit. Go Lakers! read more

I took a chance and tried this little place. We picked up a bunch of burritos and I ordered the costillitas (riblets) plate on a nostalgic whim. What a pleasant surprise! It was absolutely delicious! I will be back for these tender babies! Delicious, tender, mini ribs in a smokey, savory, sweet ancho chile sauce, served with beans and rice. Don't sleep on the real dishes here, they are definitely a worthy option. The lady working the counter was very sweet and helpful. A definite must. read more

walked in. only person in the store. waited 15 minutes for 2 pieces of premade cheese cake. what the actual fuck.

Great food and service! The shrimp was fabulous. Tasty hot sauce. Enjoyed eating here!

Food used to be quite good. However, they raised their prices so much that I won't be back. This is a casual hole in the wall/fast food joint. Now priced like a nice sit down restaurant. I just paid $9 for a cheese quesadilla. It was $4 or $5 last time I was there. I looked at their new menus, prices jacked up across the board. Will stick with Chevos on 18 from now on. As a side note, it was 6pm and I was the only person there. I'm not the only one they've priced out. Updating again. I got the food for my wife. Just took a bite out of the quesadilla. It used to be bursting with white cheese. Now it's a mild cheddar with about half as much cheese. Pastor was burnt in the tacos. Such a shame. read more

I was one minute late to the breakfast they didn't want to serve me breakfast no more and I'm a repeat customer

I was expecting a bit more...food. Honestly there is just so much mexican food around, really damn good, cheap and filling that it is hard to keep up. The place is super clean and the staff really nice. Prices are fair, $6 for burritos, combos, pretty much everything is around that price point. I got the fish tacos with rice and beans. The fish was real, fresh and cooked perfectly. Rice and beans pretty much nonexistent and by the time I piled on everything from the salsa bar I couldn't say if it was great or non. Their salsa bar is fabulous! Huge selection, very fresh, a big bonus. The $1 bean and cheese burrito, lame. The al pastor burrito, tiny for $6. The carne asada fries also teeny tiny portion for $6. In all, if the portions were larger or the prices lower I would be back, not really worth it for me here. read more

These tacos are amazing.... No really.... The carnitas are a different style but delicious.... I also got the carne asada which is just as amazing.... Hahaha I keep saying amazing. Well that's Becasue in the high desert its hard to find good places to eat. Its flavorful and even though its a little bit over priced for a street taco .... I would have to admit that you're paying for quality not the size. And like everyone else.... They have a great salsa bar. Its casual and the staff are nice. They also have a large menu for STUDENT DEALS and SENIOR DEALS. PLUS PLUS PLUS!!!! read more

Great food great service family atmosphere huge open patio take all Covid precautions for their employees.

I unfortunately have a curse where I eat out everyday. I often miss home cooked meals. When this happens I stop by this place and my want is satisfied. The menudo is also very very good and lengua is the best in the desert. read more

Too pricey, decided to go to Wendy's instead. I remember them been good when we came here last time but that was a few years back. I honestly don't remember it been that expensive. Definitely not worth it today to be trying out new stuff without knowing if it's good enough for the price. read more

I've had their pork pezole and it was absolutely delicious! Their chicken tacos are some of the best I've ever had! Good service too!

The staff is super friendly and the food is good when they get the order right. Have had a few times where the order has been wrong - not bad, just wrong and so that is why only 4 stars. Take out is how I have ordered every time and everything that I have order has been very tasty and good. I will continue to come here until I move out of the area. read more

A little too much to wine, had a headache and not feeling well. Decided to order the menudo which they sell all week not just weekends (awesome). It was great tasting. We know a good flavored menudo and this one was up there. Got mini pastor tacos and they were also very good. Our props goes out to the cook! Muy Bueno!! Headache gone feeling great now! read more

Food has been terrible every time, have gone a few times to over priced, dry, flavorless food. Save your money and go elsewhere.

We went there for the 1st time and got our grub on for time. It was delicious!!! The service was great and everyone was friendly. We ordered 1 carne asada quesadilla and 1 al pastor quesadilla. A carnitas tacos. A carnitas Huarache (spelled it wrong I'm sure). Where do I start on the taste?! Wow and grub from the first to the last bite! There is a salsa bar with a nice variety of some flavorful salsas!!! Gotta try the pickled cabbage salsa, that was my favorite. Oh, and the medium salsa has the right amount of heat. As soon as you walk in there are lot of specials on the board and taco Tues sounds really good! We told a few friends to go check out it next week. read more

I didn't care for the food. The service was very unfriendly. I won't be returning . Food wasn't fresh. Chips very stale

Not sure exactly what part of mexico this food style comes from but the seasoning has a flavor we didn't reconize. Ordered a torta and it just did not seem fresh to me. I ask my wife about her 2 piece chicken dinner and without giving my opinion she told me her chicken just didn't seem fresh. Chips and salsa was the best thing about our lunch. Wont be back. read more

Had the small Tacos de lengua very tasty. They a great salsa bar with all the fixings and salsa from mild to hot tried them all and they where very good. They have the option of small tacos and large tacos and even though I ordered the small they where still pretty good size packed with meat. Thank you. read more

I had the chicken tacos their was nothing Mexican authentic about them I guess if that's what I want I should go to Mexico. Also if you want salsa you have to ask for the container the lid is at the salsa bar I'm just saying! Don't get me wrong service is good but food should be worth the price. read more
