Awesome drink selection and a really cool vibe. Bartenders and staff are super friendly and helpful. My recommendation is the lemon mint drop drink - I may be getting the name slightly off and there are no online menus for me to check myself but it was good enough for us to order two nights in a row!

Chicken Waffles! The Chicken was over cooked and dried. The staff remade it and it came out the same.

The food was not worth the price we paid. The servers were friendly and the music was a nice touch. However, I will not attend another "Brunch So Hard" the food was not worth it.

The ambiance of this lounge is great, with the seating and lighting. However, it was more of an older crowd and the DJ would not play any new or popular music, mostly very old r&b and older throw back music. If it had more popular music it would have been more enjoyable. The service was great and our waitress was awesome.

I stayed at the W before moving to Boston and I remember this place wasn't very crowded or busy but then it was a week day night. I happened to go here on a Friday night with couple of friends and it was pretty crowded. the interior and decor is simply beautiful and feels upscale. Slightly expensive but kind of expected for a downtown lounge. The cuke zero was very sour bc of lime and tasted like a detox juice with alcohol. If you are into sour drinks, it may be a good choice and also strong. I also tried the cocktail with blueberry (I believe blueberry rush? ) that was too sweet with a lot of ice and not as much alcohol. Overall, I enjoyed my experience though. I would be back!

Ambience: Great atmosphere for a lounge. The decors and fireplace is very chic for drinks. Food: Parmesan fries were fantastic. Very flavorful. Overall Service: There's hardly anyone working on the floor. When you do manage to find someone to order, they disappear because we ended up with a different person throughout the time we were there. And when you manage to spot them, you'll find them in groups chatting by the register which makes absolutely no sense because you should have a host there and all waitstaff should be manning certain areas or tables and actually working. The only people who were nice were the one who brought out our food.

I will keep this simple and to-the-point: The bartender was more interested in talking to the sexy waitress than taking orders, and when he finally did, he mixed and poured my gimlet with such sloppy carelessness, it had full-on ice cubes in it when he slid it over to me. Ice in a martini that costs $15? I don't think so. The drinks were weak and, while the menu was inventive, lackluster. The lounge and bar are gorgeous, of course, but it's all trend and lacks substance. We did have an order of calamari that was delicious but miniscule for the $18 we paid for it. Basically, take your money elsewhere - there's a lot more quality to be found nearby than in this bar, for sure.

$11 for a raspberry lychee bellini, but it is good... so good. Sweet but not syrupy or sticky.

OK for a club! Music is just good and the drinks are too watered down. The bartenders are ok but need to know how to mix a drink!

Yvonne's feels less like a restaurant and more like stepping into a production. On a Friday night…read moredate night, the place was absolutely buzzing, but somehow built to handle it. The scale of the room is genuinely impressive, leaning heavily into old-world glamour with dark velvet, chandeliers, gold accents, hidden rooms, and cocktails that feel theatrical. It's loud, energetic, and unapologetically designed for celebration nights. That said, the experience was not quite as intimate as I had hoped for. We were seated in the corner of the two-person table section, and I ended up sitting almost at the "head" of the area looking down the row of tables. It felt oddly exposed and very close to everyone around us. Instead of feeling tucked away on date night, it felt more like being inserted into the movement of the restaurant itself. The service reflected some of that energy too. The staff was clearly trying their best in a packed room, but the pace felt a little slow and chaotic at times. The food, however, was consistently excellent. The Duck Prosciutto was one of the most balanced dishes of the night. Every component stood out individually, from the manchego pimento cheese to the quince syrup and smoked almonds, yet somehow everything came together in what felt like a perfect symphony. The Seared King Trumpet Mushrooms were lighter and more restrained, but still hearty and satisfying. The Mediterranean Octopus was outstanding, easily up there with some of the best octopus dishes I've had around Boston. The Borek Spring Rolls were playful and delightful, with a shell so light and crisp that the dish never felt heavy. The Lazy Lobster Dumplings were dangerously good, rich with black truffle butter but balanced enough that I could have eaten endless plates of them. Even the Bavette Steak delivered exactly what it needed to, especially with the anchovy butter adding that deep savory punch I love. Yvonne's absolutely earns its reputation as one of Boston's premier dining scenes. It is expensive, but the atmosphere, execution, and location all make it feel intentional rather than inflated. Still, I left feeling like it shines brightest as a group-night or celebration restaurant rather than a truly intimate date spot. I would absolutely go back, but next time I'd want a table of four instead of two.

We walked in without reservations and they were fully booked for the night, but they do have bar seating and a couple of side tables where you can grab a quick bite from the full menu. The ambiance is a 10/10. The decor is insane in the best way. The red chandeliers are stunning, the bar setup is perfection, and the low lighting with the table centerpieces really ties everything together. Even the bathrooms were insanely beautiful which is crazy to say but it stood out. It's rare to find restrooms that are that clean and well-designed. The drinks were great. I can't remember the name of the cocktail I got, but it had red sugar on the rim and it perfectly matched the whole aesthetic of the restaurant. For food, I got the steak taco and the fish taco and both were delicious. We were just stopping by for a quick bite before heading to the movies , but I really wish we could have stayed for a full meal because everything was amazing. Hopefully we'll get the chance to come back again one day.

Once you get in, there's a small lounge area on the left and then a larger lounge area straight ahead where the bar is. They have small tables with couches and local artwork ond display. For their drinks, their mixed drinks are average, but they only had 3 beers on draft which was a disappointment. They do serve some bar food and snacks, but like the drinks they're overpriced. I've been here twice and there's usually a wait for the rooftop. Once on a Saturday I was quoted up to a 3 hour wait that was actually 45 minutes and on a Sunday it was a 15 minute wait. I put my name down and got a friendly text when my turn was up. The view is pretty good, but not the best since it's not by the water so it's mostly looking at the city and large apartment complexes. The rooftop is small with 4-5 tables, a TV, and some seats. It seems like they allow around 40 people in at a time. Overall, this a cool place to hang out with friends this summer!

Who doesn't love a Penthouse bar?…read more After you enter Yotel, make a left to the elevators. Once inside, hit that shiny PF button and enjoy the ride. I like how it is set up like a lounge, where they have couches available for big and small groups. You can also just sit at the bar to grab a drink. There are also tables on the terrace, but it is not always open during the winter months. When the door is unlocked, it is worth checking out the view for a couple of minutes. The bartenders can be a bit hit-and-miss, depending on the night. I wouldn't take that personally. Just order your drink and focus on your company. They will come around like 15 minutes before closing and asking you to close your tabs. Supposedly their lobby bar stays open later than 11 PM, but my friends and I tried going then got turned away by the lobby bar as well. I have always had GIN CRAZE $14 (Beefeater gin, lemon, simple, raspberry puree). It is pretty solid.
