The store itself has a wide variety of almost every parts, accessories and airsoft guns you need. If they don't have it, they'll get it for you. The repair and custom shop is alos a plus! Pretty much one-stop-shop for all your airsoft needs. Staff is always great to talk to, not just about airsoft but all kinds of stuff. These guys know their stuff! As far as prices, it's very resonable. Even the cost of getting your stuff fixed is fairly priced. I read reviews and found that Razor Concepts is in the Macy's wing, so I parked in the shade of the parking structure and walked through the nicely air-conditioned ground level of the mall. This is the "Uptown", Mauka side where there are so many other shops to distractcustomers! I thought that Razor Concepts was a store for skateboards and the younger generation... haha! Now, I see that they have all kinds of merchandise, including t-shirts, collectibles, plushies, bags, samurai swords, backpacks, and more! There's a lot of trending items such as blind boxes and... Labubus! Service was very helpful and informative! The guy near the cash register was super friendly and kind to all customers! I found the clearance area... and was thinking about the low prices... maybe I will return and get some gifts!

We usually just go once a year for my sons bday and each time has always been great. They're welcoming and always go over everything from rules to if you need help, etc. The boys always have fun paintballing. This last time, I paid $240 for 6 boys which included everything and 100 balls each. I bought them 2 cases of 2000 balls and they lasted about 3.5 hours. Probably could have gotten away with one case but one boy was trigger happy! BRING WATER AND LAYER UP :)
